Smitty is such a great guy to do business with. We put down a deposit, but unfortunately, we had to backed out of the deal because of circumstances we couldn’t control. Was camping at Lake Erie State Park last week. Helping another camper in the campground with the water pump in his trailer. After determining it was faulty, we went on went on a hunt for a new pump which included all the auto-parts stores in the area along with building materials stores. Also, Harbor Freight and Tractor Supply having no luck. O' Reilly's did help us find one online but it was days away. Then he remembered seeing "Smitty's" used campers a few miles away. Upon arrival we met Smitty and told him the problem, within minutes of talking it was like the three of us had been friends for years. He hooked us up with a used one at no charge and asked us to return or replace it whenever we could. Even though He had to leave he allowed us full access to all the tools in his shop. There just aren't many people like "Smitty" left in the world. Thanks Smitty!

After my father passed away May of 2023, he left our family 20 acres of land to camp and gather. We bought a camper from Smitty almost 2 years ago in November. At that time he was in the warmth of Florida, but that did not matter, communication was like he was right here with us! The whole transaction went so smoothly and we couldn't be happier! Because we had such a great experience we just took my sister in law to Smitty to find her own camper. Smitty was great! Once we decided on a camper he was patient with us while we got our finances together. Great communication back and forth. He was even willing to deliver and set up on Fathers Day and stayed until we had everything completely set up. No rushing to drop and leave. No pressure sales tactics and was willing to educate me on all aspects of trailers since I never had one and didn't know the first thing about them. Very informative and the signing of the paperwork was so easy. Smitty had everything ready for me to take to DMV. Awesome place and owner!!!!

Needed someone to come out and give an estimate for our insurance after we had some water damage. None of the large RV Dealers in the area would take the time to come out. Not only did Smitty come out , but he took the time to work with the insurance company and help us get it resolved .
