Darren was a lifesaver when our exhaust pipe broke on our way to Cleveland Clinic. He responded so quickly even though it was a Sunday/Father's Day. He did a quick repair to get us on the road to Erie where he met us at his shop with all the parts needed for a more permanent fix. Extremely courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I’m so grateful for the man who helped me last night! I’m not from here just for size reference I have a long bed f350 with a 43 ft triple axel camper I bought for rescues of wolf dogs so I’m here in NY from Florida to get 6 wolf dogs from here because it’s a illegal state. Anyways it was super late I called ahead to this local campground and they told me my rig would be fine ohhhhhh how wrong he was lol. It was raining the road completely gave out under my camper tires and almost tipped I managed to maneuver it out of the mud with it completely sunk on one side. Mean time my truck got stuck. I couldn’t see I just drove 18hrs so I was exhausted and needed help, when the camp ground owner said leave it I’ll use a bull dozer in the morning that wasn’t working for me I have my dog and tired. So I called emerald explained to him what happened and kept apologizing for waking him up I felt horrible but he was absolutely amazing. We got my truck and camper out and he helped with the area and best place to park for the night. I’m so incredibly thankful for you answering my call and coming to help me.
I was stuck in Erie, PA with my car overheating. Emerald Towing came to my location very quickly. The technician was very polite and professional. He asked me what was wrong with my vehicle. Without hesitation, he started to check my engine and run diagnostics on my car. He attempted to figure out the problem with my car, which he didn't have to do. Although the car still had to be towed, Emerald Towing went above and beyond! They towed my car back to WNY the same day. I highly recommend Emerald Towing if you ever have any issues with your car.
Darren from there went above and beyond. I wrecked my 4runner and he happened to see me stuck and helped calm and assure me everything would be okay. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! The driver went above and beyond to help me out! I was locked out because my lock froze but my battery had died because of the cold temps. After not having success, he brought the car to a carwash to blast the door with hot water so we could unlock the door and jump the battery. I definitely recommend this company!
this company and this gentleman under the guise of towing for another company stole my vehicle from the state of Pennsylvania and is now holding it hostage in bemis point New York he had no business taking my vehicle where it was at was paid to date he listened to the people he subcontracted out to and now he's holding my vehicle and me as hostage and supposedly charging me over $600 for the tow and he says $100 a day since October 31st of 2025 against me to get my vehicle back I don't call this commitment to making my customers happy he should have brought my vehicle back and put it where it should have been and he should have went after the company that he was working for they aren't going to need him much longer anyway because any place on that property that had a vehicle stored will no longer exist because they are turning it all into container storage he will be no longer needed soon and I don't know if he sees that or not but he's screwing people over left and right and I believe his name is Darren if I'm not mistaken from our last conversation, he doesn't answer my attorney's letters he refuses to give me my property including my box truck and all of the property contained inside it back we'll see where it goes from here Darren actually thinks it's a joke he had said to me in one conversation hey bro like we're related something let's go on judge Judy I don't think he fare well there it might not be a bad idea but if I could give him minus stars I'd give them minus 10 - stars no plus stars at this time unless he honors his commitment and puts my vehicle where it should be instead of on his property trying to put a lien against it and take possession of it I'm not having it sorry Darren but the only way I see this is you're being unreasonable uncooperative and you're stuck in the middle and you're trying to throw it off on me instead of the people that are supposedly paying you which from one of our other conversations he hasn't gotten a penny from them from one toe yet this is still safe storage I'm talking about on East 12th Street in Erie Pennsylvania Don't ever deal with them they're not only crooks but they hire criminals to work for them The people on the property that were tearing down the buildings that the vehicles were stored under broke into my vehicle took my ignition out was trying to hotwire and steal it before Darren at emerald towing got coerced into taking it by the company he subcontracted himself out to and put himself in this position so like I said you can make this all right and we could probably have a decent relationship and I could recommend you for the services if you put things in order then and only then and I'm not going away Darren I'm sure you're going to see this and read it have a nice day God bless you and Godspeed and resolving this matter of the proper way
I run a 1 ton diesel plow truck, these guys came out and took care of me after a tire blowout in BFE. Awesome service and very personable owner, hard to come by these days!! Stores number for future service.
Darren was great! Helped get my car home. And when we found out it was not drivable. Helped workout a plan to get my other car fixed and was very resourceful. Really Helped us out of a tight bind!
Called him to dig my girlfriend out of the ditch showed up promptly, very friendly, stayed in contact with me or my girlfriend the whole time. And advised me on what I should do for our safety and best financial route to go. Even brought her home and grabbed her stuff!!
Definitely a great experience and Darren was awesome. My car broke down in middle of the night he came to try and jump it. When it wouldn't take a jump he towed it to his shop. The next morning he diagnosed it and gave me a call. The issue ran deeper than expected. It ended needing a belt and another part. He ran around town to find a belt and the other part that was broken then proceeded to get it all fixed the same day. He then towed the car back to my house in the evening in case I didnt have a way to go get it. He went above and beyond to make sure I wasnt without a vehicle. He also gave a helpful recommendation on oil and did oil change to try to solve an issue with burning oil. To top it off he is fairly priced. If youre looking for a good mechanic whos also honest and good person you should definitely give Emerald a call!!!

Every other tow company refused my call or wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to tow my car to the service center. Darren was the only one to accept the job and be extremely reasonable with the price. He's a good guy with a great demeanor and work ethic. This was the only tow company that would help me the day before Easter. He was very quick to respond even though I didn't end up needing him. Every other tow company told me I had to wait until Monday or didn't pick up. He was only going to charge a 100. The other company told me it was going to be 220 dollars and a wait until Monday. When I called and canceled because my dad ended up getting them he has ok with it even though he was already on his way. Will definitely being using them in the future!
We (me & female cousin-both females) were in way home to Michigan, when we blew a tire. Darren came out after another call. He not only fixed it, but gave us a great recommendation for directions home. Back to Michigan. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.
I had another towing company here at 10 o’clock this morning, AAA sent him, and he basically refused. He said it needed dollies to get it on the flatbed.. Darren said it didn’t need dollies because it was front wheel drive. It was a lot of work getting it onto the flatbed, but he was willing to do it after having put in a full days work, Darren got to my house about 630 and got it taken care of for me. If you need a tow, he’s your guy!
I got a flat tire in the middle of the night while driving home from work and AAA left me waiting for over 2 hours. I gave Emerald Towing a call and Darren immediately said he could come help me, and even towed me when I didn’t have a spare. His price was extremely reasonable. He was very concerned for my safety since it was late on the side of the highway and it being very cold and snowy. All around, an amazing experience. I definitely recommend this business and will go to him in the future. A+++++!!! Thank you again. If it wouldn’t have been for Emerald Towing, I’d still be frozen and waiting.

My son and I got stranded in Jamestown NY in freezing cold. Darren kept us informed how long he would be there, asked questions about car and was able to have an idea of what it was, towed us to a garage that was on vacation (my choice) so Darren recommended a garage to go to and drove even further to help us out.
