My 2012 freightliner M2 broke down on the roadside. Jason came right out and fix my truck. He was very fair on price. He was very fast get in there. very pleased with their Roadside service.

Our exhaust fell apart on the I90, Pullens had us back on the road safely in an hour and it held all the way back to our home which was 6 hours away. They are incredibly honest and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you for helping us!

Everyone at Pullens went above and beyond to try to make this horrible devastating situation less painful. Diane in the office, and the guys who towed my van and let me access it to get my belongings out were incredibly kind and helpful. I even forgot something in the vehicle which Diane had pulled and mailed it to me. Really just a great experience during a really really difficult time.

Awesome company and Zachary is an excellent person working for the company. I was stuck on the highway and less than 30 minutes the tow truck was there to help me!! And Zachary, the tow truck driver was so efficient. First time I’ve ever broken down in my life and I’ve been driving for 54 years.

I was headed west on I90 pulling my travel trailer when one of the tires on the rig blew out. Was fortunate to be in the right lane and have room to get off the road quickly and safely. I called AAA who connected me to the Thru Way Authority, who, in turn, gave my info to the folks at Pullen’s. The guy who called was really helpful and patient with me while I was giving him erroneous information because I was unsettled and my brain wasn’t functioning I guess. I don’t think it was 10 minutes later that the Pullen’s truck pulled up behind my rig. I’m assuming the guy on the phone and the guy in the truck were different people (maybe not) but this guy was great too. Very personable, super helpful and had my spare on the camper in no time. The best part is that they’re able to bill AAA for it, so I don’t even have a bill. All told from the time my tire blew out to the time I was back on the road was around 40 minutes (Ten min from the time my tire went until Pullen’s called. Five minute call. Ten minute wait for the truck. Fifteen minutes fixing the tire, getting my info, helping me get back on the road safely.) I always take note when a business can turn a negative experience into a positive one. Pullen’s did that in this case. Well done, and thank you!

We're so grateful for these guys, they were so polite and friendly. We are doing a cross country road trip from AZ to Maine when our car broke down. We got stuck on the I 90 turnpike. They came and towed us to their station after the driver tried to figure out if he could get our vehicle started. They were getting ready to close and we had to get a hotel. They were so kind to drive us to and from the hotel. All of the staff was so amazing and kind. They repaired our vehicle installing a fuel pump, scary when your from out of town and you're at the mercy of strangers but these folks felt like long time friends. God bless each one of these guys. They were outstanding.

Had to pull my camper out of a bad situation. They helped me with things that weren't their job. That's rare!!! Went above and beyond! My heros. Very grateful that there's still decent people in the world. I personally don't know any but these guys are strangers you wanna know!

I had a brake issue and Pullens was sent to me through Ryder. Josh was quick to arrive and assess the issue and Justin showed up in no time to tow me while Josh looked for the part for my truck. I can’t comment on prices since I went through Ryder but customer service from Josh and Justin was top tier. Pullens seems to have a great team put together with excellent customer service

We were stuck on the NY Thruway with an RV tire blow out and Pullen's quickly sent someone out to assist getting our spare on even though there were issues with the rim. They were very friendly, honest and fair in charging us considering he did a roadside repair on the bent rim getting us back on the road. He also advised us to replace both tires as soon as possible since they would not have stock help at their shop the same day. Thank you so much for your help!

The driver Johnny was More Than Sufficient. More Than Courteous and Extremely Kind. I waited on the thruway for almost 5 hours waiting for a tow from my insurance company. I gave up n contacted NYS authorities who connected me to Pullens Truck company. I could have never been more than gracious for Johnny's immediate assistance. He was understanding and apologized on the behalf of the lack of someone else. I honestly can say he was our hero tonight. Thanks Johnny U definitely deserve a raise and there should be.more like you. Ur one of a kind.

Mike from Pullen's was a life saver. My car broke down on the NYS Thruway (restricted road) and Pullen's came to tow. Mike was super attentive and personable. As well as very helpful with questions I had. Nice to have a good experience follow a bad situation. Thanks Mike!

I had left Niagara Falls Saturday morning and my Bus (shuttle) started to act weird. I believed it was going to be the fuel filter. I ended up staying at a near by camp ground. Monday morning came around and I had no luck getting someone to diagnose or even fix my ride.. everyone either booked way out, I’m too big, I’m too small, blah blah.. Well I got an appointment set up for Tuesday morning. I was about to get it checked out. We did have to order a part but the boys were able to get it on Tuesday morning.. I am beyond greatful I found this shop as I had started to hear amazing reviews.. everyone is as so nice to me and my dog even though we sat at the office for long periods of time.

We were stranded on I-90 eastbound in NY, hauling a travel trailer, when one of our trailer’s tires blew. We called our roadside assistance, but because our location was in a restricted area of the road (still not sure about that), they couldn’t come help us. We called the non-emergency 911 and they contacted Pullens for us. Mike was the worker who came to find us, less than half an hour later (it was after 11pm), and he swapped our tire on the side of the road in under ten minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable and saved our whole trip. Thank you Mike!

Mike, thank you for the rescue in I 90 . 2 flats in 1 dsy with our camper. YIKES! It was nice to have someone show up quickly. Be polite, professional and friendly. Taking us to tractor supply for a new tire saved us.

Mike is a great asset to your company! He was very friendly, there quickly, and very efficient at his job. Hopefully won't need again for a while (lol) but do highly recommend Pullens if you need assistance with vehicle help.

I had a flat tire on the thruway and didn't feel safe changing it myself, John responded and quickly changed my tire. John was great and helped me move everything from my hatchback including my dog and his crate so we could access the spare tire. Thank you!!

Two weeks ago I had a blown tire on a flatbed trailer EB on NYS Thruway. After calling the NYS Thruway number for assistance, they arranged for Pullen's Truck Center to respond. And respond they did. Josh showed up after some 30 minutes, was very professional and got me back on the road after some additional 30 minutes. It was the fastest and best tire change I experienced on the road. Thank you Josh.

Josh Ahseelm is outstanding. He is amazing at his craft. He took a potentially hazardous situation and dircted my husband, dog and I to safety. He was able to safely repair our vehicle and get us back on the road. He is a master at his craft and needs to be recognized. He was genuinely concerned with us and the work that needed to be done. He executed this job with professionalism and kindness. I hope my son turn out like him. Thank you will never be enough.

Late Sunday evening I had a flat tire on my boat trailer. John showed up within the timeframe allotted and was a big help to get the tire changed, even required a trip back to his shop for the specialized socket I needed. Thanks again John for the top notch service!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Our RV broke down on the thruway coming to an emergency stop. We ourselves found the belt wrapped around the fan but when they arrived with a belt it a lot worse. Our water pump was shot and we had to be towed. These guys were all professional and did a great job to care for our RV. They acted quickly to order the parts we needed so we wouldn’t miss our entire vacation and went above and beyond to let us stay in our camper overnight with their assistance. The next morning they were quick to get right to work on our unit to get us back on the road safely and quickly. We would highly recommend Pullens to our friends and family for their professionalism and honest fair pricing.

GREAT SERVICE!! I got a flat tire on a Friday night on the thruway. Mike calmly helped me get to the service center and got me right in, John helped me get off the road and a bathroom and place to stay while I was so far from home. This place is a good egg!

We got stranded 25 miles from home. They arrived within 30 minutes and had our vehicle to our mechanic within the hour. The driver was very helpful and courteous. Definitely will call them if I need a tow!

These guys do not play around. They mean business. They have the right people and the right trucks to get the job done. I asked them to do a job that most places wouldn’t even take on due to the challenges it involved and they not only got the job done but they did it at a very fair cost. Justin was a great help setting up the job and letting me know how it was going to go as he went on site to assess the situation.
