What clients say about FleetPride in Portville Township (NY)

Called them about their Rhino liner and chose to use them rather than an out of town location. They were very easy to work with and even took the time to show me other vehicles with the liner in their parking lot so I knew what I was buying. The job was scheduled quickly and completed just as they said it would be. Pricing was fair and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. I've had LineX bed liners in the past and I have to say this Rhino liner looks just as good or better. Thank you Portville FleetPride for a job well done!

I would like to thank Manager Rilla, Gregg a mechanic, and ALL the staff at Store 692 in Portville NY.. The team stayed late and made sure I had a place to stay for the night.. Eventhough they could not fix the issue due to not having the parts, they were able to do enough to get me home safely…. THANK YOU!!!

Trailer flat. Company mechanic called and advised them I'd be there. They were expecting me and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Good place. I'd go back if I'm in the area and in need of tracror/trailer service again.

We took our motorhome here because it was listed on the Allison website as a place that could check on the transmission. On the way, a check engine light came on related to a problem that a Cummins shop had supposedly fixed. They agreed to work on that issue. We also talked to the mechanic about some problems we had been having that neither the Cummins place nor Freightliner shops seemed to be addressing. This mechanic listened to our descriptions of when and where the issue occurred and wrote down the codes I had gotten from the dashboard system at the time. He said the codes were vague, but it seems that rather than just look at codes as others had, he kept looking until he found the problem. We are just finishing a trip of about 3800 miles, and the motorhome seems to be running better than it has in two years. In spite of all the electronics on these engines, sometimes you need an experienced mechanic who will actually listen and think and do more than check the codes.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I took my Peterbilt in for a no start problem. Told them it would sometimes take multiple turns of the key to turn over. When it turned over it starts fine. Was told they did not think it was the starter, but 2 batteries were shot. They recommended replacing all but I opted for just the 2 bad ones. They replaced the batteries and it still had the same problem. But they noticed that the key would pull out when it was turned. Maybe the ignition switch was bad? I said no, I replaced the switch with a new one and it was the same problem. anyways, the key coming out has nothing to do with the function of the switch. Supposedly they noticed the starter smoking and we told them to replace the starter. It's fixed. I had the same issue almost a year ago and it cost $672.00 to replace the starter. I didn't tell them that when I dropped it off because I didn't want to muddy the pool. I figured they have ways of testing the starter and how many volts were going to it. There's also ways to test the ignition switch if they thought that might be the problem. All said and done, the bill was $2,180.70. They generously knocked off 1 hour of labor. So the labor portion of the bill was only $1207.00. A little less than 9 hours. Also charged $144.84 for shop supplies, I can't fathom what that was, maybe dielectric grease? They are either very incompetent or thieves.

They’ve lost their minds. They’re charging $1250 to replace 1 tire 18 miles away, but if I drive over to them, $850.. the price of the tire is $380.. they’re just exploiting in need drivers.. no thanks.. I’ll rather drive 50 more miles and go to loves.. and you wonder why small companies are being ran over by the big guys.

Worst company to deal with they tell you that they'll call you back and don't I called them back and told me they weren't interested or setup to tow heavy ridges I would recommend a different company
