After seeing how a coworker was treated, I would absolutely never buy a vehicle from Rock City Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I don’t think I could trust the work to be done on it if need to be brought back. The way Andrew Thompson speaks to people is extremely rude, and it’s disappointing that the owner couldn’t even be bothered to make things right let alone address the situation. Then your wife posting a glowing review while your husband is developing a reputation for poor professionalism is honestly sad/ embarrassing. Edmonds in Bradford,when they were still open, handled customers with far more respect than this. And that’s coming from someone who had to walk to the hospital while in labor after being sold a car that broke down 2 weeks after purchase. Anyone who knows about that knows how much of a pain/fight that was. At least they never threatened to impound my car durning that time! To think a dealership could rake higher on the poor professionalism list is crazy.

This is the most unprofessional and ignorant group of people I have ever dealt with. We have a truck that was under warranty, yet they are refusing to honor it or perform the necessary work. Our experience with management and the service department has been a complete nightmare: Lack of Communication: We sent an email to the owner, Kevin, explaining our situation, but he never once returned our phone calls or bothered to email us back. Unprofessional Service Department: Andrew from the service department called us, not to help, but to tell us to come get our truck because they were refusing to work on it. Threatening Behavior: To make matters worse, they threatened that if we did not pick up the truck immediately, they would have it impounded! It is clear they do not care about their customers or standing behind the vehicles they sell. If you expect professional service or for your warranty to be honored, stay far away from this dealership.

My family recently dropped their RV off at this location for service. The service advisor Andrew Thompson said he would get to it when he could. Over the course of four weeks, Andrew provided multiple excuses as to why the RV had not been looked at and became very irritated by the weekly check in calls. Today a different dealership came to this location to pick the RV up. While the driver was picking up, the service advisor Andrew stated my father was a “DICK” and to get the RV the “HELL OFF HIS PROPERTY!” I’m not sure what Andrew thinks customer service looks like, but bad mouthing customers is not what I would call quality service. General manager Kevin Frantz, is this the behavior you allow to occur on your watch? Is this an acceptable customer interaction per company policy? If I could give zero stars due to Andrew’s behavior I would.

Left my truck fr a recall set appointment month in advance told me it would be done same day sum how they dnt hav my info to call me and tell me truck was done had to call off another day bc they lost my phone number tried calling at 5pm they close at 6 and no one answers other then that make sure they take ur name twice when they take ur keys only complaint

I bought my truck from Rock City. No added junk charges. Very good to deal with. Today I went in for recall service. It was fast in and out. Their on premises signage could be better. It took me a bit to realize the service counter was out back and not adjacent to the service bays.

We purchased a 2020 3500Dodge Ram from here over a year ago. Unbeknownst to us, there was an error in mileage between the truck and title. We were informed about this after we we purchased and inquired as to where our title was. Only then were we told there was a problem. Here we are a year later, and the title issue has still not been resolved! When we call and speak to the owner, Kevin, we are told we should be getting the new title any day, yet months continue to pass without a correct title! This has prevented us from selling or trading in the vehicle. We will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership! Customer service at it WORST!!! They were only helpful when we were spending our money!! The BBB has now been contacted.

Went in for an oil change, and inspection. In and out quickly! The service gentleman kindly reminded me to change oil more frequently, which I do forget/ put off, added a free one just to make sure. Thank you so much

Sorry, not really happy. I was asked by a man in the front, "What do you want!?!", I told him I was there for an appointment, he told me "back there!" I had no idea that they had totally remodeled the whole building. So eventually, I found someone in repair. I was told that the parts needed for my repair were there on 3 days before my appointment. When I told them who I was , the parts were not there, and they kept getting the wrong parts. (???). I was not called to not come in. They found a problem on my 1st visit, so changed the oil. On the paper work, a car I bought from them was there and the mileage for that car too. Computer error. I traded the 2015 I bought there, a great car, for a 2017 at a different dealership. I bought a vehicle in march. They delivered me the vehicle with many scratches on it..that I was unaware of til like hours before they brought it. Guy told me he would bring touch up paint and said they would fix the scratches at the shop. When i tried to make a appointment to get this done..he told me they weren’t a body shop. Also..I took vehicle in to be checked a month or two later..assured me issues were fixed. Next day..still making same noises. They did make good by putting new tires on for me since they brought it to me with winter tires. They didn’t bother to reset tire pressure and I was told by another shop..it’s a fuse or something else. Unreal. I’ll never go back there again. I’ll pay a shop that will do the work right the First time. The deal wasn’t even legit..the loan isn’t even in my name but vehicle is registered to me and insured to me. I thinking I could report this place and I am going too. Poor service and customer service I believe guy that did the deal was named RED or ROD

My husband bought a 2018 Ram 2500 in April. The navigation is not right in it and hasn't been since he purchased it. It gives you completely opposite direction of where you're going and says your in another state. After he purchased the truck he went away on a business trip and we were not able to get the truck up there. I took it there today and they wanted to charge us $1600 to replace the radio because they couldn't reflash the navigation and then gave attitude when you questioned them about warranty. The service man stated they only give 1 month warranty on issues like this. When questioned about factory warranty they had no response. They proceeded to say that Ram has had an ongoing issue with the radio and when we said if it's a continued issue why would we replace it for $1600 and it may not work in a month and the serviceman said "well so it works." I'm sorry but after spending $50,000 on a truck and they treat their customers like this we will NEVER buy another vehicle from them. Furthermore we will be taking it to another respectful dealership when it needs any work my husband can't do.

My 89 year old father was with me and was very impressed with entire process, staff, and our salesman Paul, and extremely fast purchase. Would highly recommend this dealership. Got a good deal in October 4000 lbs snow ice came off my roof hit the window and broke filling the cab with snow. It was totaled.Called michael at fairlane dodge/ford got a even better deal. I'll be buying all my vehicles from them.

Bought a new ram 5500 from them and paid to have it delivered to Michigan. Truck showed up completely filthy inside. It’s obvious the truck never was detailed prior to delivery. Spoke to both my sales person and the owner Kevin. Neither of them cared to make it right. Like others have said, they don’t care once the vehicle is sold.

Was sent a preapproval that I didn't end up qualified for it that is not the point. Had to chase down the salesperson 6 times to find out this information and then he was rude . Wouldn't buy a stick of gum from this place. Wish they had negative stars on this system...my Father and Grandfather used to own this business and they would roll over in their graves over this type of unprofessional behavior..one bad apple spoils the whole barrel for me.

No half star options?? This place is all about the sale, had warranty issues with my truck. Had it there several times & they were unable to resolve the issue. The truth is they didn't want to get involved with a timely repair & would rather do simple maintenance.Done business with them for many years, never again... BEWARE

Not sure what happened here. We've purchased four automobiles here over the past 10 years. The customer service has gone downhill. We will not be buying another vehicle here nor will we have any service done. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I am so happy I found Rock City. This is a small dealership (with a large selection) and a family vibe. I didn't experience any hassles or games and communication via e-mail was great. This was the most painless car buying experience I've had. We'll be back, definitely recommend. Ask for Autumn!

Small town dealerships treat you like family. They are so friendly, so helpful, so fantastic to work with. Their pricing is better than the big city stores. They are so fast too. In and out in no time at all. I'll never buy anywhere else.

I just purchased a 2020 Ram REBEL!! The people I dealt with are REMARKABLE!! They were very attentive to my needs and met them perfectly!! A place that is glad to take your money but beware after the sale. Not very good at taking care of warranty service. tried to tell me that Jeep using a quart of oil every 2 thousand miles was the norm. Had many new vehicles and never had a problem like that. Did research on the matter and find that is not a norm. According to consumer report. Then had a problem with the manual section of the the transmission and they told me not to use it just drive it in the drive position. Great service not even good after the sale service. Beware

Just purchased a new truck from Rock City. Eric and Casey are awesome and made it extremely easy and painless. I would definitely recommend going there and plan on doing so in the future. It’s small enough that you get a nice personal experience but big enough that they have everything you want from a dealership.

DONT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! This dealership scammed me. They said they get me down to 150.00 a month. They put me into a why higher vehicle that I could afford. They promised that I would get me there. Now I have lost everything. My good credit. My place of living as soon as they do another credit check. I and my austic son will have no where to go.

Prompt and helpfull staff. I went in for a free oil change and multipoint inspection. Oil was changed quickly and staff gave a fair appraisal of my car's weaknesses without trying to upsell me more repairs.
