Figured i would post after seeing this someone has a 750 brute force for sale said this place fixed it 2 days later making lots of noise and it's for sale redeye was the last name
Good guy knows his stuff been going to him for years usually has the part that you need no matter what you have! If you got the wrong part from him he will make it right and give you your money back and order the correct part for your machine. Took one of my bikes there to get it restored and he had it done within a few weeks. Would recommend
John is a great guy,very knowledgeable, my wife took an ATV course there,he was very helpful and knowledgeable, taught me a useful riding tactic ,that even I did not know and I have been riding 40 plus years

Bought a seat from them, they shipped it in a trash bag i over payed for the shipping, then found that it had a hole in the seat pan and was entirely ignored.. id give less stars if possible AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I took my bike there for a tune up and check the breaks out, told him i only had $200. 2- 3 days later, i go to check on my bike and he tells me i own him $700. He takes it upon himself to replace my front tire, ordered a rear tire and replaced the fork seals. He tells me that it wouldn't pass inspection. I didn't ask you to inspect it. He didn't do an oil change same spark plug, no tune up. He had a the breaks cleaned up, no new parts, just cleaned. I wouldn't take a tricycle to him.
Very knowledgeable and helpful owner. Had some great ideas and knew so much about fourwheelers and dirtbikes. Wish I lived a little closer I'd definitely have him work on my stuff. Highly recommend for anyone needing any toy worked on. You won't be disappointed

Situation: I bought an 81 suzuki gs750e and it ran ok, but not perfectly (carbs needed clean but in perfect condition otherwise and 100% OG). I unfortunately took it to PartsRus and all they did was mess it up internally. I rode the bike away from the “shop” after they “cleaned the carbs” and got 1/2 mile before the thing died. It couldn’t even hold an idle. They not only blamed me for THEIR bad work, but the side cover on my bike fell off on the 1 mile ride too...
Edit (after owner replied, lying). If price was the issue, then how could I afford to pay for “work” 3 times over, for thousands of dollars, for a $600 job? I know labor is $100 a hour on avg. I took it here 3 times, 3 TIMES people, for carb cleaning and it never ran correct. My carbs initially being cleaned costed around $700, not outrageous, but it ran awful after still and that was just for the first visit. I eventually took it to Exploration Motorsports, another recommendation, in Springville. Price was fine, he said that there was no rust anywhere… but some moisture built up in the carbs when the bike sat (8,400 miles for a 81) so it’s common. He said whoever was in there last (partrus) didn’t clean the carbs, and used wrong parts within them. Partsrus don’t even know what parts to use and the word is literally in their name… Partsrus took at least a month for the “job.” PartsRus said they could fix my dads bike too, held it for a month, said they couldn’t fix it, then charged him, for what, storage? Update: It’s now 2022 and the bike still runs good, I’m sure I would’ve taken it back 10 more times to Partsrus by now if I had never left to go to an actual mechanic. All I’ve had done to it was carbs cleaned in 2018, I do all other routine maintenance myself. I wouldn’t let this place try and fix my toaster let alone a machine.
Tells you one price or what's "wrong with your machine" then they tell you that wasnt it it's this problem then okay fix it then price triples has happened twice now with both machines I've brought there! Definitely never returning there again
Great place to get maintenance and parts! Jon is a great guy to work with, and prices beat all locals and online. Ive taken my motercycle and fourwheeler there many times for maintenance, and they get it right the first time. They will also call you with any new information they find, so you dont just go in with a big bill to pay. They also like "show and tell".. if something isn't right, stop into the garage to see for yourself! Very knowledgeable crew at parts r us. Highly recommended.
They will get over on you every chance they get tell you something will be a certain amount and then when u get there to pay it's way more. Not honest people. Go to Jim coast.
Jon will have you back on the road or trail in no time! Great guy and does good business always! Stop down you won't regret it... he has just about any used part you might need including complete motors stocked but if he does not have your part he will get it!
