Having been involved in an accident I chose Sissons to take my vehicle to. They described what will need to be done and an estimate on how long the work will take. The day I picked up my vehicle i was amazed at how good the car looked. Very pleased.

My car was damaged by a deer and I took it to Sissons for estimates. The process was very thorough and they explained everything to me. Rental car was really easy to do. When I picked my car up I had questions because the price was higher. Eric explained everything they did and showed pictures of the internal damage that couldn't be seen from the original quote. I needed to have collision work done on the entire right side of my car after an incident with my garage door, and the car looks spectacular, just like new! The work started when promised, I think a little under estimate and it was done earlier than promised! When I picked it up, it was like it was the day we bought it at the dealer. The staff was wonderful and they took care of everything with the insurance company as well. I will absolutely use Sisson's Body Works in the future if I ever need work done again!

Everything from the estimate to the actual repair could not have gone smoother. I made one call call to the insurance company after getting an estimate and they handled the rest. The repair job was perfect, just like a previous job I had them do. We’re fortunate to have a body shop of their caliber in a rural area.

Guy and the whole team at Sissons are amazing! I go there every time I need work done. I was very pleased when they were able to hear as a customer backed into my car. Guy called and had to explain that my car was in another accident. We still laugh about it till this day. They will go above and beyond to help you ! We joke about the fact I have "frequent flyer miles" bc I am a deer magnet. I can not say enough great things. They do quality work. I have gone back to them with questions or asked if they could fix the headlight setting. They were ALWAYS more than happy to help.

From the moment I walked into the office to the time my car was repaired I was very impressed with the friendliness, courtesy and knowledge of everyone. First: The gentleman that gave me my estimate was thorough and quick. It took him only 20 minutes and he came back with everything printed out on a work sheet. Second: The ladies in the office were also very knowledgable, very friendly, answered all my questions promptly and If I may say, seeing as how I'm old, they were all very beautiful. :-) Third: The estimated time of repair was 3 days, job was done in exactly 3 days. The repair was superb plus the whole car was washed inside and out plus sanitized. Awesome job! Super friendly and professional. My car had been rear-ended and Sisson's did the repairs. The car looks like it did when it was brand new two years ago! The quality of the work, which was A LOT, is perfect! I highly recommend Sisson's Body Works and if needed, will most definitely go to them in the future!

I hit a deer a few weeks ago, they were able to get my car in quickly, their office staff helped me figure out everything with my insurance and I was able to get a rental right from them. I didn't have coverage under my insurance, but they charged me at a discounted rate like what they would get from an insurance company. They kept me updated the entire time about the status of my car.

"Nordstrom-level" service. Absolutely every detail is attended to, communication on status of the repair is timely and consistent and all insurance company swerve balls are line drived back at them. The accident was an awful experience but at least my collision repair experience at Sisson's was fabulous!

First off this is hands down the best place to get your vehicle work done. My first time collision work done by the best in Western NY. Rental was ready and upgraded too, 😁 Just lucky on that one!!! Thanks again also for the great customer service.

Wow! This place was so great! They took only two days to fix the front end of my car. Made look like new. and They also cleaned my car floors and dash. I had sand on my mats, but was so surprised to find out they cleaned it up! Made it smell and feel brand new! I will always use them now. Thank you Guys!

When I picked up my vehicle engine light was on they refused to take responsibility. My mechanic later found there were electrical connections not made. Paint began chipping one month after work. Customer service was more condescending than helpful. Will not be doing business there again.

Sisson's did a wonderful job returning my 2019 Equinox to it's original glory after an unfortunate deer hit. Everyone was very considerate and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and keep me in the loop during my repair.
