Got a pre-approval for a car loan and these guys were listed as approved dealers. Visited the website and let them know I was interested in a car on a Monday night. Found like 4 or 5 others I would equally like so had them in mind. Tuesday got a text and set an appointment for Thursday evening at 5pm. Took an Uber straight from work to the dealer. First, no one was there. Then they ignore me on the ring cam. Then they ignore me reaching out through the number they text me on. Then, after I gave up and ordered an Uber home some random kid (I say kid, scrawny 20-something) comes out from behind the shop and gives me a hard time about "you can't be here when we are closed" and continues to give me attitude after I say I set an appointment with someone and they blew me off, so I'm just waiting on my Uber home. So, in the end, don't waste your time. Most sales people dream of a motivated buyer showing up with financing and wanting to drive home that day. These guys waste your time and money and give you a hard time for being on the property.
I needed a vehicle and that’s exactly what I got. Stayed open late to accommodate, worked with and advised me, and gave me a good value vehicle and excellent rate. Also the first place besides Maguire, back when they had their used car lot, that actually stayed within cents of what I said I could pay monthly, usually it’s been raised on me by as much as $100 to make it happen. I highly recommend!
I 100% highly request you guys go to any dealer but this one. A few months ago I bought my first car from this dealer. From the start there was issues within the first 3 day check engine light. They kept clearing the codes constantly then finally decide to fix a o2 sensor we still have problems to this day because the repairs are so expensive I’m only 20 and work a minimum wage job. We are literally still driving with bent rims and tires on the back it’s sad really but We ended up going to another mechanic and come to find out the whole turbo is blown on top of $9k worth of repairs. Tried to have them cover the cost but they refused and stated they were trying to scam us on top of us having extended warranty our warranty wouldn’t cover either so all together got screwed over so please save you the time and trouble and do not shop here.

THE BESTT! After coming from the worst dealership this one is truly a blessing. Went beyond & over to get me a car , a Mazda Mazda 5 to be exact!! Soo grateful to find this dealership & was able to approve me with BAD credit within a week not even. Low miles too wasn’t in 100k when I bought this vehicle. No problems just brakes & normal oil changes. Ever since purchase (which was in may of 2024) No lights on dash EVER except normal low tire. Every time it’s time for an oil change , mechanics always assume I am too early for an oil change. He was Super understanding & tried to get me approved for exactly what I wanted!! Thank you budget autos. Can’t seem to find more pictures of when I first purchased the van but here’s what I have!!! RECOMMEND 1 TRILLION %
I recently purchased a vehicle from Budget Autos and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
I was greeted with professionalism , honesty and genuine desire to help me find the right car.
We purchased a 2010 VW Tiguan from these guys. Had 89k miles on it. When we took it to our mechanic for its first oil change, we learned that it had all types of issues. Our mechanic said that it looked like they pieced the car together with parts from other VW tiguans, a Frankenstein. Doesn't sound like a big deal u til you realize that they used the wrong parts from different models. Like the transmission was not the one that came with it. That the bolts didn't line up. The headlight switch had a spot to turn it all the way to the left but the switch didn't go that far. It needed struts, and oil pan, a caliper, brakes, shocks, a wheel bearing, the motor had 2 oil leaks and an antifreeze leak. We had the car for about 10 months, in and out of the garage fixing things to keep it running & safe. Thats when every light on the dashboard came on. Airbag, abs, power steering, brake, traction control & check engine. The inspection was going to be due in the near future and there was no way it was going to pass it.
I got online and read some reviews for this place, someone had the similar problem and the owner of the business responded saying that they should have brought the vehicle to them and talked to them and that they would have worked with them. Thank God!! So we took the trip up to see them hoping that they could help us out. Maybe with an inspection, maybe they could fix it cuz we had only had the car 10 months and still owed $9,000 on it. I mean we didn't do this to this car, we had only put 12k miles on it. Had 100k miles on it.
So we got there and I told the guy all the issues the car had and lights on the dash. He assured us that he knows these cars and that sometimes the lights did that. He took the car in to look at it and he encouraged us to test drive a new car, because we were done with that lemon. So the first audi q5 we drove threw error codes as soon as we pulled out of the lot. When we returned he told us that he cleared the check engine light and that there had to be work done to get the rest of the lights off. We told him that we wanted to trade it in and get something that actually was going to last us more than 10 months. He did hit computer stuff and came up with an offer on a new car. They were going to give us 1500 for the car we had just got from them less than a year ago, that we still owed
$9000 on. They would get us a new loan that had the old loan amount included. We choose to not.
I tired to give these guys the benefit of the doubt hoping they would do something helpful but they just tried to rope us into another loan on another car. They have a lot of the same model cars because they piece them together and sell them. They dont care about you or that you owe the bank on a car that is worthless. They will most definitely get you approved for a loan because they know the car won't last and you'll end up owing the bank more.
Dont end up like us. We sold the car for $1500. A 2010 vw tiguan with 100k miles. We still owe for it and it only lasted us 9 months. I swear this to be true. Dont fall for these guys nonsense.
Budget autos is the best car dealer you can ask for they are great to work with and very friendly and the vehicles are reasonably priced I would recommend budget autos to any one that needs a vehicle
Treated like family, responsive when texting, and when check engine light came on he fixed next day and haven’t had an issue since ! Would recommend budget definitely and thank you for the smooth service!

Only one year my vehicle lasted and that’s not without repairs and regular oil changes in between. I’m beyond disgusted!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!! It’s not about how nice someone is or because the car sales man is a veteran. My husband is a veteran too. These people rip you off and don’t even bat an eye. They do shady inspections, say they will do it with their inspection person and reset the battery so the check engine light goes off. My transmission was bad. Don’t believe anything they say!!!

Good experience - totaled my car suddenly and needed something quick - Brian was extremely helpful in securing a loan for a Honda CRV, and after there was a problem transferring my plates, helped financially with both new registration and plates as well as warranty. Great experience and excellent vehicle with no surprises. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere was friendly, but they allowed me to pull off the lot and drive an hour with no bulbs in my tail lights, the color of my car listed on all of my paperwork is not the color listed with dmv. First time buying a car from a dealership and it has made me skeptical about buying from another.

Car was told to be good, ran good, but people always tend to discover what is really wrong with it. Made sure it had a warranty as it is a 2016 and there is, when the budget auto found out there is a check engine light on after 1 week and heard we were taking it to a dealer, Bryan immediately wanted it to be taken to Advanced Auto to get it diagnosed - that wasn't happening. Once at the certified dealership to check over the vehicle, it had WATER in the radiator, which now has to be flushed. The catalytic converter was bad - thus the check engine light. The oil needed to be changed because it was due. Seems like Bryan may have known about issues with the car because he insisted on having a family member fix the problems. I get you can't think every used vehicle is going to last a long time, but really, having a check engine light come on and water in the radiator only having it a week, along with needing an oil change as well due to it being up... doesn't sound like good business practice.
We had a great experience at Budget Auto. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and all was handled very professionally. And we got a great car at a fair price!

Called in on a vehicle for sale no one answered finally got a call back 4 hours later Brian said he was "swamped" and would let me know about what I'm not sure was a cash buyer! 2 Days later calls back and says the vehicle is sold! Get some help down there sounds like a one man show and I'm very disappointed with their response time! I was a buyer also!!!!!!!
Worst car place ever they do not fix things properly. Took car back several times claimed ac and exhaust was fixed. Had to take it to Scoville Meno in Sidney to be fixed.
Bought my first car, a ford fiesta, from them a few years ago. Didn't have the experience at that point to know how far above and beyond they went for me, but I do now. They helped walk me through the purchasing & registration process, gave me a great price, and the vehicle has given me 3 years of excellent service. The much-worse experiences I've had at other dealerships since then made me feel the need to come back & leave this review...I very much wish all dealerships were like this one; honest & fair.
Bought my first car here. The experience was awesome, they where very easy to work with and kind. Overall a great experience and I would personally recommend budget autos.
Bought two cars at this dealership: 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt, in November of 2017 and 2009 Volkswagen Jetta, in March of 2019. Had no issues with banks obtaining the car loans - the cars these guys sell are all clean title, mechanically good vehicles and reasonably low mileage, acceptable by creditors. Both times I was able to bargain the price down to what was acceptable to us and the dealer. On a personal note - we were treated with dignity and respect. Will consider the Budget Autos for my next vehicle purchase; they would certainly be my top priority people, whom I would trust.
