Our bus broke down on 81 around 10pm. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They jumped on our bus first thing in the morning and we were rolling by 11am. If we break down again I hope it’s in your neighborhood

I had an issue after accidentally putting kerosene instead of gasoline in my truck. Don Oralls Garage went above and beyond to help me out. They came to tow the truck to their garage and quickly got to work. The team safely removed the kerosene and got the engine running again without any damage.

I want to thank Brad at Oralls garage. He drove to Grahmsvilke to pick up a truck for my 16 year old son and hauled it all the way back to our home in Windsor. His attention to detail was amazing. On the way back he even noticed the bumper was loose and stopped on the side of the road to zip tie it back together so no damage was done. This was a last minute tow for us and the Oralls team not only got the job done they did it for a more than fair price, they were super friendly and Brad was so nice to our son. This experience made buying his first truck special. I highly recommend them to anyone in need. They are amazing.
The fuel supply line to the cylinder head on my 3406E Caterpillar engine burst. We contacted Don Oralls and they were able to work me in the same morning. The mechanic was proficient and worked steadily. He was cautious with my truck and explained what he did, showing me the damaged part. The labor rate is competitive with neighboring shops and Don Oralls is close to the Loves and TA right off 81. I noted that they do road service and towing. The entire staff was friendly, and I would definitely do business with them again.
During the night, at a truck stop, my tire deflated because the valve broke. We were 0.3 miles away from them and decided to go there because it wasn’t busy, and I was in a hurry for a delivery. The girl working there checked the issue, said it was just the valve that needed replacing, and assured me it would be done in 15 minutes so I could continue my trip.
She worked on the tire in front of the truck while we watched from inside. She attached the tire to the air hose to inflate it and went somewhere else (the air hose didn’t have a PSI gauge). After 5 minutes, since she left the tire inflating unsupervised, the tire exploded (it’s worth noting that tires should never be left unattended during inflation, especially not for that long).
I got out of the truck to see what was going on, and the worker told me the tire was damaged, even though the original issue was just the valve. Long story short, they charged me $500 for a new trailer tire (you can see it in the photo), which burst due to the worker’s mistake. In the end, another worker and the boss said I should have gone to Loves or TA.
All in all, I came to get my tire inflated and the valve replaced, but I ended up missing my delivery and paying $500. If there were an option for zero stars, I’d give them that.
I recently had a spring replaced on my truck and the experience was excellent. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a clear explanation of the repair process, and got the job done in a timely manner.
The quality of the work was top-notch. If you’re looking for reliable, skilled mechanics, I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be returning for any future vehicle needs!

Had a coach with a water pump that went out, I called and spoke to Beth, she took all the info needed, found the part and sent her tech out with it. Our coach was back up and running by late afternoon. They stayed in touch with my driver, the mechanic did a great job and made sure the repairs were good to go Riley helped me with billing. First class outfit all the way, I highly recommend them

My daughter had a flat tire last night and was 2 hours from home. They went out of their way to be kind and help her so she could make it to the Alanis Morissette concert on time. Great shop had an air bag go out on my trailer they were more then willing to get me in and get the job done… nice to go somewhere that everyone is friendly and professional. If you are in need of repairs call this place first you won’t be disappointed
40 min to change an outside tire on trailer without even taking the rim off the trailer. Charging over $100 with tire fee $78 without disposal fee. just to put my Own spare on. I Understand you did it quickly but what if I had a flat which would take maybe 1.5 hrs to repair what would you charge $200?
They have been my go-to towing company for the last 4-6 weeks. They have been the most affordable towing company around. Both of my cars are out of commission at the same time and they have been excellent in picking them up and bringing them to several local repair shops. The woman on the phone is very nice and pleasant despite working in an job where people are often upset. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.
Hit a huge pothole on 17E was luckily able to make the next exit for Hancock and to The Old Bat Factory gas station where a helpful employee told me about Oralls Garage that opened at 8am next morning. I called the garage to see if they wanted to tow me that night or next am and we decided in the morning. Luckily, there was the Delaware Inn next door so got a room for the night. I over inflated my tire the next morning and drove to the garage 1.4miles away and was at Don Oralls Garage before 8am. Patrick took a look at my bent rim with tire partially off and said he thought he could pound it back in shape. He took my car right in and by 10:15am I was back on the road! He also found that one of the tire bolts had snapped so he replaced them all. In and out of the garage for under $150 and in just about 2 hours! I was completely satisfied with their service! Dude Zach is a hell of a driver, I’m a driver myself and I know a good driver when I see one, he’s it. On top of that he responded quicker than I’ve ever seen from a recker. Got my truck where it needed to go and went the extra mile to take me 17 mins away to a hotel for the night. I highly recommend this company if your truck is broke down.
Fully available and very accommodating towing service handle two calls - the original roadside breakdown and a subsequent scheduled tow to the repair shop. First row came quickly and the dispatcher kept me informed of the progress. Second row was handled without me having to be present and went without a hitch. The driver knew his equipment, knew the job and knew the territory so everything was accomplish as it needed to be. No drama - just good organization, good people and good work.
Good service but as an indigenous African i felt so uncomfortable being in that place an old man walking around making racist comments such as dirty Mexican and jew a coworker told him to be careful what you say because I was around he chuckled an walked off as I was outside someone else made a remark to one of his co-workers saying yes Master never again im going to use loves from now on!!! This was the best towing company I’ve ever used no question. Prices are more than fair, they are extremely reliable and friendly. They towed my daughter’s car out of a very dangerous situation. We are very grateful for their help. I would not hesitate to call them!!!
Absolutely came through for us when no one else could. Rented a sketchy car through a p2p rental app called Turo (would not recommend) and got stranded by the side of a highway for a good 5 hours in the middle of the night, the whole time being put on hold and left clueless by customer support and "roadside assistance" that seemed like it didn't exist - the company was reaching out to local tow companies in the area and could not find a single one that were willing take the job. Just when we were about to lose all hope, we were notified that Don Oralls Garage had picked up the task at 3am on Labor Day weekend, saving our lives. We called them and were told AN ACCURATE ETA - the only people we talked to all night who had the competence to run a business and gave us any useful information at all!!! They came promptly and did their jobs well. 10/10 would recommend.
The truck needed road assistance.
They charged 6 hours for work that could have been done in 2 hours max. They used the situation to their favore just because they could. They may have good reviews with others who use their services regularly ( i get it), but I would not advise using them as side road assistance. The problem did not get fixed, also created other issues. Charged more than 2k for nothing.
10/10 Really really satisfy with Don Oralls! And their people, Zack who is really friendly, helped me getting my car out of a really steep hill/ditch and managed to do it quick and during a freezing snowy day! The price was reasonable for the job! Not like this other companies around that were hugely over charging!!! Really really recommended, top notch
Helped me out of a real pickle and were absolutely great to work with. Nice people. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and fair, all the guys Friday morning with the " non driveshaft" issue we're professional and pleasant.
My husband and I where out of town and got a flat tire we couldn’t get the tire to Release from under our van. We called the insurance and they sent us Val-U Auto. The driver hand No clue as to how to find us, took him 1 1/2 to get to us it started lightly raining when he got there he was cocky, and wasn’t dressed for the job with his gold chain necklace, told us he wasn’t going to get dirty. He was rude and told us nothing he can do to help but tow us. When we told him no tow he jumped in the tow truck and speed off, leaving us stranded. The insurance company then sent out Don Orals Garage, who sent us Zack. Zach worked very hard to get the tire off the van changed the tire and got us back on the road in no time.. Zach was friendly helpful, made me feel like we where in great hands this time. I will ALWAYS recommend This garage and most importantly Zack, this guy saved us…
This was the best experience with a company I have had in a very long time. I would especially like to recognize Bill who went above and beyond in his job to help us stranded on the side of the road. We had a newborn and a four-year-old he came quickly, and was amazingly kind. Bill was so professional and thoughtful that it was inspiring.
