We've been dealing with Fenix in Binghamton since they purchased Dons many moons ago, they have a wonderful selection of parts. Nikkia Hoover has been our sales rep for 7+ years. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Always treats us fairly with pricing and provides great service. Furthermore, she handles any post sale issues that we may have very quickly and diligently. 5 stars

The last few times I have called regarding the parts, I haven't even been able to finish talking before they rudely cut me off, very poor customer service (this has happened more than once, hence why I'm putting a review here. I understand if you don't have the parts but there's zero excuse to be rude and now even let a customer finish talking(didn't even know what part clearly if you don't listen to the customer) highly DO NOT recommend!!!

Couldn't get in, got there at 4:30 after an hour drive. Called the number on the door and the guy said they close at 4, when it says 5 online and on the door.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. If I treated a client of mine like they were less then , screaming like I was a child lied and said the cash registers close at 5:30 , told me I was trespassing bc I wouldn't leave without my phone he refused to call is so I can find it said I can look for it tomorrow and threatened me with the police on your website it clearly states that you must be in the yard by 5:30 and they close at 6 the yelling and trespassing comments were started around 5:26 I drove an hr and 18 minutes my husband is a disabled veteran money is tight I had to save for a month for this trip and I left empty handed and was forced to leave nearly $1,000 worth of tools behind....then he held the bus so I had to drag what tools I could grab then omw out the door he literally laughed at me

Bad customer service parts in poor paint condition I decided to buy a door and a rear bumper in the same color as my car to avoid painting it, but it turned out that the ones I bought here were in worse condition, with lots of scratches and dents. When you buy parts here you have no idea what condition they are in since not even they themselves know, personally I will not buy anything here again due to the poor customer service and the poor condition of the parts I bought. The excuse they give me is that they are used parts. To which I respond, if you inform me beforehand of the conditions of the parts, I will not buy them.

I don’t write many reviews, but my most recent experience with Fenix Parts in Binghamton was absolutely seamless! I worked with Nikkia H. who was able to provide friendly, professional, and overall outstanding service while I was ordering parts. She was able to answer all my questions and made the experience much smoother than expected. Pleasure doing business, will come again!

They seem less interested in customer service, care, and satisfaction. I am certainly not interested in the inconvenience of prepayment by secure link for parts because of your inability to do this correctly. If you need the customer to provide you with charity then you shouldn't be in business. Have the part in hand and get paid when it's provided to the customer. The previous business (Don's) showed due respect for their customers. Shirking and they disrespect.

This has been a runaround trying to get my parts 1st has taken almost a month and the 2nd time has taken quite awhile . Very disappointing . I have had good luck in the past but now I wonder ? I am losing Fath .

Fenix sold my mechanic a faulty transfer case and my car broke down over 200 miles away. Over $900 in rental fees, a tow from Mass to NY, and they will not pay for their wrong. They sent a replacement transfer case and that is it. If they stood by their parts they would get back to my mechanic and fix the problem, pay for tow, and labor fees. My car has been sitting for two months now without any resolve. You will lose business from many mechanics if you keep this bad business up. I will be contacting my lawyer.

Was a great place to get parts before Fenix bought them out. Fenix picks through the cars and resells the parts back to the people like tires, leaving nothing for the average man to get. It's an embarrassment how far garysupullit has fallen

The gentleman was extremely helpful. I was told I had the wrong size rims on my car. I had a flat on it and wasn't sure about tire purchasing. Only 2 of the tires on the car matched. The other 2 was by different companies.

After a good experience finding a part for my car here last week, a very disappointing experience today. Drove 1.5 hours this morning to Binghamton location to pick up a part that was ordered from another Fenix Parts location. Confirmed part # multiple times over the phone before placing order. I arrived at 8:00 AM and they had an incorrect part waiting for me. A big waste of time!

Everyone working here was so nice and patient! They go above and beyond for their customers if only more establishments had this type of customer service ethic! I Needed to exchange a rim five minutes to closing and they stayed open for me to able do so. Jennifer was the sweetest.

Purchased an engine to replace mine that thru rod out side, arrived for pickup was wrong after 3 hr drive they told me they found correct but $600 more and needed to wait a week and come back or drive 6 hrs to get it. Garage installed and head gasket was bad. Came with parts warranty and paid $486 extra for platinum warranty to cover parts and labor. Just was told I was denied because I didn’t replace my good water pump. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY COOLING SYSTEM. Stay away!!!! I tried talking with them and they won’t return calls, Unless you see it work or run stay away .

Sold me a junk transmission which they did exchange for a working one, but not before I already payed a shop to install their not working transmission. Dont buy any parts from them, they dont test to see if they work nor do they care if they do. Have your transmission/engine rebuilt, you have a high chance of getting garbage from these guys and having to pay twice as much to have your parts reinstalled.

It was Great, looked online for 4 tires at $369.00 2 day shipping, today is Wednesday 3/10/21 I'm leaving for vacation Saturday....ALMOST MOST purchased them, then God said, Jaye'.....before you do that drive over to Fenix/Don's Parts...so I did.. 4 HARDLY used tires for $150.00 flat I'm now going on vacation with extra money on hand... Thanks Guys...

I have been dealing with Nikkia at Don’s Auto Mall for almost 2 years. She goes out of her way to assist me with any parts needed, from a simple used rim to an entire engine. She returns phone calls immediately without ever having to leave a message. The parts are usually delivered within the next two days. The parts are high quality used parts and covered by a warranty if needed and using the warranty is easy as well. No argument or harassment to use it. I would highly recommend calling Don’s for assistance with quality used parts, and definitely would ask for Nikkia you will not be sorry.

Very poor service , treated unprofessionally and ignored when trying to execute a bought and paid for warranty on a allready expensive transmission rhat replaced a originally bad transmission they sold me ! If you are looking for reliable parts and decent service Dons is not the business ! The manager Todd has been very difficult on many occasions when try to resolve thier own mistakes !

UPDATE!!!--- ITS NOW 3 MONTHS LATER, AND PART ID STILL WORKING, AFTER IT WAS PUT ON MY CAR. - A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. --------------------------------------- Well service was very friendly and competent. I havent had part put on car, so I cant comment on that, yet. But as far as the service- no complaints at all! I will definitely do business there again, if needed!

I ordered two parts from a employee name Stan on Monday which I was charged promptly . I called back Friday to learn my parts will not be shipped out until the next day Saturday. So I canceled half of my order and request a refund. Tuesday I did receive my order. Thursday I called and asked when will I receive my refund it’s been four business days. To learn he never processed my refund. The woman proceeded my refund while I was on the phone with her. As well as she sent email proof of my refund, and proof of my purchase. I would not recommend buying any part from Don’s. If you do don’t deal with Stan. He is unreliable, and a lier.

Awesome place they have everything, batteries, rims, seats for sale in the showroom and everything else in the back, super quick service, these guys know their stuff. I bought a used fuel pump, I was in and out in 5 minutes tops and when I had to return it they charged it back to my American Express card with no questions asked Pro tip:don't call them at 8 before the coffee is done

Ordered a reman motor with 3yr 100k warranty. It lasted 200 miles before it malfunctioned. Been waiting 4 months for the replacement to show up. Had to buy another vehicle to get around. What a joke! Never buy from this place. They don't back up the warranty.

I got a complete engine assembly for replacement from these folks and they delivered as promised. Drove more than 7,000 miles and had no issues with my 2.0 Turbocharged Audi A4 engine. I also got the extra 18 month warranty out of caution, but hopefully I'll never have to use that. During the engine search process I've encountered lots of companies claiming to have high quality aftermarket parts, but somehow I resisted the urge to buy from them even though the prices were very attractive. Stark's Auto mechanics recommended me to buy the engine locally from Don's and I'm so glad I did the right choice.
