Bad experience, they tell you a price, they send you to another place where they mistreat the vehicle and when you return to the office they want to pay you less than agreed. They use the excuse that the vehicle did not have original parts, in my case the catalytic converter of my CRV.... something a little crazy since the catalytic converter has a higher price than that agreed by the CRV.
Quoted me $500 on the phone after they picked up my car gave me $400 typical bait and switch and then they lie about it and say they only told me $400 but I have proof and I will be going to the better Business bureau
These guys promised me 550 dollars for my car and when they came they said they could only give me 300 for it. They bait and switch. I got 1000 dollars from someone else. Also, by looking at the other reviews, I would go elsewhere. I'm not the only customer who's not happy with these people.
I called to ask about a part they said they don’t sell auto parts just making them aware when you find this place online the first thing it says is their a used auto parts store and then he rudely just hung up
I was contacted by the towing company the same day I called the 800 number. The pickup was for the next day between 8-10. I received a call at 8:30 to confirm the truck was on it's way. Arrival was about 9:30. The tow driver, Harold, professional and courteous. All business transacted and completed before 10am.
Awesome experience.I love the engineering deployment to extract the engine and shocks then compress the car.take it out to recycling plant.This reduces old cars littering the streets,creates jobs,turns waste to wealth.As an Engr I wish i can establish this line of business in Nigeria.
The took my car with the title and promised to pay me $200 but they keep telling me that they sent a check but it hasn’t gotten to me.

The guy who work on Monday morning around 11am is a gay stress not good worker at all. Didn't even bother to help me when I call he just decided to keep closing the phone!!!! The worst place to go DONT GO OVER THERE TODAY IS MAY 15, 2017
The whole process was easy. I called the previous day to schedule a pick up. They called later in the day to confirm the time frame to pick up my car. The next morning the tow truck driver called me to let me know he was there. He came earlier than I expected. They had the cash and everything like discussed over the phone. This business, in my personal opinion, was great. If I ever had to junk another car I would call here again. Thanks for the wonderful service.
Lousy business practice. They promised pick up between 8-10 AM. I called at 9:45 to confirm. Then he says he doesn't have anyone in the area to pick up, they'll come the next day. Why wouldn't they call to say that!? No apology. I cancelled transaction. They lost business--and a good car.
