I had to get rid of my old car which needed to be towed away from my garage. I checked out this place and Monica answered my phone call. She was very nice and helpful. She arranged someone to come and picked it up within an hour. It was a fantastic experience and saved my a lot of headache.
This is a honest review. I did business with EIG two year ago, bare that in mind. I am now writing this review, because this was such an amazing experience I've ever had. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the gentleman that I worked with, but long story short. I had my car towed and couldn't afford to get it out the yard. I found EIG online. I scheduled for someone collect the car as is (the car was totaled) The gentleman that came out from EIG ( I can't remember his name) was very pleasure and help me claim the car. Though the value of my car exceeded how much it would have cost to pay the yard. The gentleman offered to pay the balance, which for me wasn't an issue because there was nothing I could do with the car.
A quick backstory. This car belonged to my now past father's. It meant a lot to my family, especially because this was the car I grew up with. The gentleman knew exactly what to say at the very end of our interaction, I briefly touched on the car and who it belonged to, and he said to me "remember this wasn't your father" and immediately I broke down. I hadn't mentioned to him that I did feel like I was losing the last connection I had to my dad, but somehow he knew what to say.
This was an experience that stuck with me till this day, and finally I wanted to publicly thank EIG beyond the service, but of the humanity that still remains among people.

Very sweet on the phone but don't expect to get top dollar for your salvaged vehicle. They quoted me $300 for my 2002 Sienna van whereas Brookfield offered me $500!
Was sad to see my car go but they offered me the best price $$$. Really awesome place and what makes it stand out for me it's women owned and operated. I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival I loved it. If anyone is looking to get rid of a junk car this is the place. Highly recommended.
I purchase a computer for my mercedes E320 and these ladies were great, they not only found me the part I needed they ha e me an exceptional price. Truly happy with these lady.
