I worked with Steve and he was fantastic. Kind, professional and respectful. The prices were fair and as a woman, I just appreciated being treated like a normal person because in the past, I've dealt with a lot of misogyny from car-related businesses. He also returned my calls very quickly, like within less than a half hour. And this was during the first snow storm of the year. Highly recommend if you're in a bind and need a tow
My best friend had a pretty bad accident today. The driver denied towing her car to the shop of her choice. (Probably bcuz they wanted the storage fees). She’s been in hospital all day dealing with this unfortunate accident that she was not at fault for. So the driver made a stressful day even more stressful bcuz he denied her to choice of where he car could be towed over collecting a few dollars. He also lied to her and said it was the cops discreation on where it goes. Yet cop wrote on the accident report where customer wanted it to go and the DRIVER denied it. And made a snarky remark. “Why would he want a totaled car”. Hmmm prob the same reason you denied this customers request on where to send HER belongings. Thanks for denying my injured friends concerns of where her property went while she was CARLESS and sitting in the er all day. So now it sits in your lot for the holiday weekend, all to have a wasteful second tow done to the shop of her choice.
BAD BUSINESS
Asked for a non-emergent tow, it took a day but that wasn’t their fault, they were busy with police tows. John was more than helpful, he towed the vehicle, noticed where there was a break in, fixed what he could to allow the door to close, and didn’t accept any payment for the damage that the terrible person did. Thank you John for helping a guy out, it is much appreciated!
Car was towed to there shop, upon inspection of car I seen two scratches, not hard to assume seeing my car was always hand detailed and Fully covered ect. Expensive pricing, will not work with you. Would not recommend this business
I had the worst kind of issue, intermittent. It happened maybe 25% of the time. I dropped it off and described the symptoms, I thought it was maybe a transmission issue, and he said he would take a look at it. I'm sure he had to drive it several times before the issue happened and I told him if he had to do that he could charge me for those drives, but he didn't. Turns out it was a brake issue the calipers were locking up and he told me that he would recommend replacing rotors pads calipers and hoses on both front brakes. He went on to say that I could get away with replacing one rotor and one caliper but they always recommend replacing brakes in pairs. He quoted me $700 for the whole job and mentioned that there were parts available that would be less expensive but that didn't carry the warranty that the parts he was quoting me carried. He said he could save me about $150 if I went with the other parts but I chose not to. He did the work and I also asked him to check the entire car front to back hoses belts fluids suspension transmission exhaust etc I told him he could charge me for that as well, but he didn't. He was honest up front and the work done was done very well. I will definitely be using him again.
Do not call them. The receptionist said the tow truck driver would call me “shortly” when he was back to the office, and when he may be on his way. After an hour and a half, I called the receptionist again to get an ETA on when the tow truck driver may be there…? He said he didn’t know, and he’d have the tow truck driver call me… that’s what he said the first time. After over 2 hours, the driver calls me and tells me, he didn’t have service at the location (how do you do your job???) and he was supposed to call me ON HIS WAY. I asked would he come again, and he proceeded to say I need to get another tow truck services, and he “wasn’t coming down there again.” So rude, so unprofessional.
