This motorsport store is a true gem-honesty and integrity is what I was looking for with a side-by-side and this is what I found at this company. Bud, my salesman was fantastic. Any information I asked them. He got back to me within minutes. It made the Transaction painless. If you’re looking for a good honest company to buy quality product from look no further you may have to drive a little bit to get there but believe me it’s well worth the drive.!!!

Bought a Cforce 400 yesterday. Everything went great. Nick Was very knowledgeable and friendly helped with every question I had. Made the process very smooth and easy. Would 100% recommend to anyone that wants a new atv. Great prices. And very very friendly people.
I realized that my motorcycle inspection had expired, so I took a chance and stopped in to ask about getting my bike inspected. They said, "Of course, no problem." The mechanic stopped what he was doing to inspect my bike. He gave me a detailed explanation of the process and offered some good suggestions. Very friendly and helpful people. I was very pleased.
I will start my saying that I've never submitted a negative review.
That being said I'm very disappointed with Townline Motorsports.
After purchasing a motorcycle from them a couple of weeks ago.
I drove it home last weekend and decided to turn on the heated
grips switch. Well the grips remained cool with no heat from them
at all. Prior to making an offer on the motorcycle I had quite a list
of issues that I wanted them to answer. One of the questions was
about the heated grips. I was informed via email that both right and
left grips were heated and they tested them out. I then made an offer
based on the answers that they provided. The following Tuesday
(there closed Mondays) I sent them an email and asked them if
they were sure that the grips were heated and they assured me
that they were. I next did a google search to see where the grip
wires were connected to. The location is under the left compartment.
I looked inside and there we no wires coming from the grips.
I even removed the left grip myself and it was just the grip.
I emailed them again and even sent pictures that did show no
connections from the grips. They insisted that I was not correct.
Well the motorcycle doesn't have heated grips. My problem is that
they would not admit that they made a mistake. Now I wonder how
many other answers to my questions were incorrect. They also told
me that they replaced two tire pressure sensors because one was
bad. They claimed that they replaced them with genuine Triumph
OEM parts, but did they? I guess I'll find out when the tires are replaced.
If you can't trust a dealer which such high customer reviews who can
you trust. I did find a heated grip kit that I'm going to purchase and
install myself. It's another cost that I shouldn't have to pay.
Very very disappointing.
I love my motorcycle and I love to ride it but I am way to busy to maintain or clean it. I ride as much as my busy schedule allows. I brought my 09 street glide to townline motorsports on recommendation of a close brother. I dropped it off at 2 pm on tues and it was ready by Friday 3 days later. Dave went through the whole bike. The fairing was loose, the seat was falling off, it hadn't been inspected for 2 years, did a full tune up and fluid change, and new tires and back breaks. They even detailed it. When I picked it up Erica at the desk was super polite and the owner John came out to go over the bike with Dave the tech. I was elated. What service . When I pulled out on the road and opened her up she felt like a brand new bike. My mind was blown. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all. I might actually take better care of my bike now that I have a place to bring her.

I bought my 4 wheeler new there and anytime I needed any work done everyone was very professional. Great owner and mechanics there. Always made things right and stand by there word. Highly recommend this place!!!
I had issues with my choke cable on my ATV over the winter. Eventually my cable stopped working all together. Then one day I started my machine and it was revving at full rpm without me touching the throttle. I tried to figure it out and finally caved and brought it to Town Line. I had never been here and I have to say I am very pleased. They fixed the issue and recommended I get the carbs cleaned at the same time which I did. The price was reasonable. When the mechanic went to test his work the machine ran great but wouldn't move. I went down there and the mechanic talked me through what it could be. He explained it is most likely a mouse nest in the clutch belt or the belt slipped off when the machine was revving at high RPM. What impressed me was that rather than sell me on them fixing it the mechanic said its probably a simple fix and walked me through how to fix it myself if I wanted. I brought it home and the mechanic was dead on. I removed the belt cover and sure enough the belt had broken and there was a bunch of debris in there from mice. I fixed it myself no problem. The work they did on the carbs and choke has the machine running excellent, and they even fixed a few minor things that I noticed when I got home. Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel welcome. This is the first shop I have ever had to bring an atv to and will probably be the only one I ever got to. Great folks here!! Made the buying process simple. Before we bought the CF MOTO ZFORCE 500 the asked my wife to try it out and had a nice little route to drive. She loved it from the look to the ease of driving and we came away with a positive feeling from everyone we spoke with!! After a horrible experience at another regional place and a major let down from one other place, Town Line came through and we appreciate it very much. Thank you!!
ATV I use almost daily suddenly broke down. They got me in quick and got it up and running in less than 2 weeks. Other ATV place gave a 5 week turn around time frame. Turns out it needed a new starter. I added on a full maintenance since it was in there for a pricey fix what was a few more dollars. Picked it up today and the invoice was a few hundred dollars less than I prepped myself for and they pulled it out and I almost didn't recognized it. It was clean, clean, clean. To give you perspective, it is used on a farm.
I brought my 1989 Yamaha FJ1200 to Town Line Motorsports and had my forks rebuilt and new head bearings installed. Not only were the mechanics very familiar with my bike they showed incredible resourcefulness in finding discontinued fork components. The bike handles beautifully now.
I stopped in without an appointment to have my bike inspected. I was done in 5 minutes. Nice. The guys in the shop are all very knowledgeable & very nice. Great combination.
Been to a couple shops in Albany area. This is by far the best one. They are friendly and very helpful. Have a surprising amount of parts in stock. Even some small mikuni carb parts I was in need of. Best place to go!
This is how all motorsports shops should be! Highest quality work from the mechanics; comfortable showroom, fair prices for parts and service. And these people are enthusiasts themselves. When I bring a bike in for a new tire, they’re likely to find anything else the bike needs, like tighten a fastener, lube the chain, clean the air filter. Simply the best.
They tuned up and fixed both my Kawasaki sport bike and 4-wheeler. Having an issue again with my 4-wheeler but no question they will help. Nice people. Would definately recommend.
Stopped and looked at the CF motor 500 quads, the machine looks really well built foe the price def gonna go back on a nicer day to take a test ride. The experience was very pleasant.
Best motorcycle garage I've ever done business with!!! Let me tell you, these guys are amazing! I unfortunately was screwed over by someone and was having massive issues with my bike. I had checked other places and was given bs answers, was treated as if I knew nothing, or was blatantly ignored when I asked questions, but not by these guys! I had heard about them from someone who overheard me describing my issues and the problems I had trying to fix it, and he said they could do it at a reasonable price. I checked them out and right off the bat, I was treated with respect. I brought up my concerns and was told they could fix it. The trip took me more than an hour one way, but it was worth it. They took their time and I got the bike back in what feels like better condition than when I bought it! Took the long way home and rode about 100 miles on it the day I got it back with zero issues! I am incredibly impressed with the quality, kindness, and honesty these guys offered and will definitely be doing business with them in the future!
