My brakes were grinding. I stopped ant Matthew’s Automotive and they and verified that the work needed to be done. They gave me a quote. I agreed to the quote. They provided me with a loaner. I got a call mid afternoon the next day and my car was repaired. It came in and under the quote . You can’t ask for better service from better people. Matthews always does an excellent job.

Matthews's is quick to answer the phone and the front desk is incredibly helpful. They always answer all of my questions and are quick to call/text back if there are any updates or issues. They are very accommodating and the services I have used with have been painless and smooth. I would highly recommend this team of professionals and their services. They even offer online/phone payments, have very reasonable prices and have a lock box to safely store your keys if you need to pick up after hours. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had a great experience with Matthew's Automotive. They were very courteous, kind and extremely helpful in my time of need. They were very easy to talk to and helped me understand all that was going on with my car. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody who may find themselves in need of the services they offer.
Very knowledgeable, great and finding strange issues with my older truck and keeping it running smooth. Big diesel f350 almost 20 years old. Always very responsive and easy to communicate with by phone text or however needed. Always best to have an appointment, but once they have your car they give it full attention until she’s back on the road. A++ in my book!!
I totally trust Matthews with my car repairs and maintenance. I have a1986 Toyota MR2 which is still running great, thanks to Adam and his team. Also a 2014 Subaru, which I plan to keep for many more years, which I'm sure I'll be able to, with Adam's help. A very loyal customer of about 30 years!

As always, it is a delight to have a business exceed expectations, and yet Matthew's Automotive does it each and every time. My husband and I have been customers for several years, because they have integrity, caring and they do good work!
I live out of state and have a small place in Sandgate, anyway over the weekend my GMC pickup control arm collapsed and i literally stuck on the road , with the use of Triple AAA I had my truck towed to Matthew’s over the weekend. So understanding that this was my emergency and not theirs , I called at 7 am sharp to explain my situation, not expecting any quick responses since I was sure they were busy , well the girls in the office couldn’t have been more friendly, they put Adam on the phone and he was extremely accommodating to me . They quickly devised a plan and got my truck back to me quickly. Not a negative word to say , these are good people!
I needed an oil change and tire rotation on my camper while passing through town, and Adam and his team got me in and performed the work very professionally and courteously. I was in and out in under an hour, and their waiting area has free wifi!
Great experience bringing a 2006 Subaru and a 2000 Jimmy to Matthews. Speedy service on the oil change for the Subaru and quick turnaround to fix a brake control issue on the Jimmy. Honest and knowledgeable owner will give you straight and thorough answers. We will definitely be back.
