Found a nail in my tire the other day. I called up LaBarges and they were able to see me that day. It was so fast and easy, and everyone there that I encountered were so nice. Would definitely recommend!
I had a minor accident causing damage to two wheels, they got me in the next day for repair, four new tires and an alignment. I was able to get my car back in just a few hours. Highly recommend this shop!! Thank you!!

I got new tires and a battery installed they go above and beyond to make sure you get the service done and explain everything to you so you understand what needs to be done I will be a customer for life can't say enough good things about the place

My daughter had her check engine light on and Pete at LaBarge's checked the code for free and said she needed to have the dealer fix the issue. We went to the dealer, but they're multipoint inspection revealed 7 other items at a cost of over $3,000! I called Pete and read off the list. He said just have them correct the check engine light and then he'll look the car over for the rest. Once he looked the car over, he said there was another item that the dealer should do. I tried to pay Pete for his time, but he wouldn't take anything. That's what I call HONEST service! Pete and LaBarge's are the BEST!
Tried this place for the first time because of the good reviews. My windshield wipers had suddenly stopped working. I got an appointment quickly but they called me a few hours after I dropped off my car to say I'd probably have to take it to the dealer because they weren't able to fix it (electronic issue).
What shocked me was they didn't charge me a dime for the time and effort spent in diagnostics. I can't remember the last time I had ANY service done on anything where they didn't charge me at least $100 just to show up/ take a look. I will definitely come back if I need tires, or car repair that isn't electronic. Thank you!
Wow, what a refreshing experience to have an honest person work on your vehicle! We were able to make an appointment at our convenience and our car was done HOURS later, not days! I have an issue with the one of the tire I crossed the street walked to them. One of the guys came in fixed that issue for me. That was nice of them to com to my house to get the hop done so I didn’t have to move my car. I’ll just spend some extra cash.
This spot has high ratings for good reason. What you read in the reviews here is accurate and true. I recently called a local chain competitor, they wanted 550 to do the work. Being in the automotive industry that seemed a bit high, this place is located near my house so I gave them a call, they were able to get me in the next day and have it done same day for 340. Keep in mind, this was very much non-invasive work so not everything will be done in one day, when you read this. They were polite, courteous, and very accommodating especially having the time constraint traveling for the weekend... they also test drove the vehicle and checked out everything. This spot is legit. Shop here with confidence.
I had a wheel bearing issue a few months ago and brought it in, both wheel bearings ended up needing replacement. I picked it up and it immediately started making noises and shaking. Had to bring it back numerous times. Now had an issue again so I brought it to another shop, they said it was not installed correctly which caused the wheel bearing to fail early. I called Labarges back as it should be under warranty and they were unhelpful and said they couldn’t get into their records for another week or two. So I had the other shop just replace it. Not happy with Labarges service.
I have never met more honest, fair and transparent mechanics than at LaBarges. They went above and beyond to help me and broke down the issues my car was having so i understood without pulling the wool over my eyes. Their service is unmatched and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much!!!

I had such a great experience, they are great! I went in for an issue with my heat shield and they were so quick to get me in and get it done in about 2 hours on a busy day. The people were so friendly and so helpful. Absolutely recommend!
My suspension randomly broke and I was told by every shop in Clifton Park that there was a two week wait for any service. Called LaBarges and they were able to get me in 2 days. Reasonable prices.
Best mechanic in town. I've had some suspension and steering issues, and other shops haven't fixed it. Tom explained what he found, and he even told me I might be having certain symptoms which indeed I was having, which I forgot to tell him about. They finished the job early afternoon on the same day, with very fair pricing. LaBarges is a pleasure to deal with. And stay away from the chain shops!
They have done decent work on my car..... however my car wouldn’t start, I took it to them they told me my battery was fine and my starter was broken. 700+ dollars plus the cost of a tow later my car still wouldn’t start days after I got it back from the shop. I took it to autozone and in 5 minutes they tested the battery and told me I had a bad battery. Some 18 year old at autozone fixed my car in 5 minutes and it was 3.5 times cheaper. Maybe think about buying a better battery tester.

Was dealing with Tom.they did a 4 wheel alignment, re- balance all 4 wheels and rotate the tires ,set all tire presures.they are very professional, the work was excellent, the price is very reasonable. These people are honest,trustworthy, professional. I highly reccomend them.

We've taken our cars to Labarge in Latham since we moved to upstate NY 5 years ago. They're always honest about what you need fixed, what might be a good idea, and they're affordable. Its family owned and run and they've never tried to overcharged or treated me unfairly for being a woman. I highly recommend them.
No matter who has been in the shop, we have always had the best of service and quick. I hand out cards and I loved one day they really had to squeeze in a friend of mine for a state inspection. Wound up he needed a $300.00 repair that could have cost him more if he drove home on it, 3 hrs away. I will always give these guys my business knowing they will do right by me. Hands down they best shop if you need tires, brake job, oil change etc. Tommy and his son run the two,locations and keep it a family business with family values. Most of the times you don't need an appointment they will just figure out how to fit you in and get you on your way. Highly recommended!!!
Got a quote for work on my daughters car $739.00. Had the work done and got a bill for $1339.00. I questioned the bill and was told the quote didn't include some things. Unbelievable. !!! I have been loyal to them for the past five years. I will never go there again !!!!
I recently visited LaBarges for what was almost an emergency repair. They are good mechanics and do not keep customers waiting. The cost was minimal because I had gotten an estimate over the phone from my dealer and also looked up the problem on Google to get an idea of the cost. As a widow I have to watch my budget. It seems when it rains it pours. I have other serious issues going on and one more problem just gave me more stress. I am so happy I got the job done there. I had used their garage before with the purchase of four tires,a brake job and some other job I cannot recall. I moved out of state and now that I am back I am happy to know they are still dependable.
