Went to O’Rilley’s today to replace both of my front windshield wiper blades, As I was from out of town and did not know my way around, there are no O’Reillys auto parts where I live-Jeremy was excellent. He not only helped me get the right blades, but he came out and installed them for me as well. I have arthritis in my hands and it’s difficult for me to do something like install wiper blades. He also gave me information on the rewards program and was just overall friendly and helpful.
Benjamin at this store was very helpful bro needs a raise he helped me find my 1980 Toyota Tacoma’s motor that I needed, bro is also licensed so don’t come at this location all crazy. Thanks again Benjamin!!!
This place is wonderful! I've had nothing but great experiences from education on parts to assistance from employees. The manager has gone above and beyond by checking other stores for a certain part and assisting me in what I needed to make my vehicle run better!
Had a horrible experience here. I just picked up a part I ordered from another store. I Was greated with complete attitude by the woman with redish hair with braids. She acted like i was bothering her from texting on her phone. Totally unprofessional. I handed her the reciept and gave me a dirty look like how dare i make her walk back to pick the part off the shelf. She came back and couldnt even ring it out. She had to have Jared so it. Which he was very pleasant and a nice guy. I even tried to lighten the mood by saying thank you and she couldnt even say anything she mumbled something and walked back to go text some more. I usally dont give bad reviews I love O'Reilly's. But i just dont think this lady is a good fit for you company.
Gave my son the wrong parts so we had to go all the way back. An then they charged him more money for the difference in the parts. Should of been like hey I'm sorry for your inconvenience back so we will eat the extra ...wasn't too much of a difference but still the fact he questioned if they were the right parts the first time an was told yes. To get home an they weren't!
I’m extremely disappointed with the service from that redheaded woman. She brought me the wrong part and claimed they only had two in stock, even though I needed more. She walked away for about ten minutes, and I just waited around for her to come back. In the end, a man stepped in, brought me the correct part in the right quantity, and saved the day. I’ll give five stars—but it’s all thanks to that man. That woman deserves the worst review.
O’Reilly’s was the only place that had a replacement oil filler cap that I needed. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. I found myself stranded yesterday after the battery acid was cleaned off of the prongs. I was more than 2 hours away from home, on a Sunday evening after 5pm. No family or friends around to help me. Jesse saved the day. He did some research & got my car up and running. I am eternally thankful for his determination & kind heart! He saved the day!
I get off of work at 8:45 PM during the week, so it’s tough for me to get to the store before it closes. Today (7/12/2023), I got to the store three minutes before it was set to close. Instead of turning me away (understandably) like a competitor store had on the previous night, the gentleman working the counter let me know that they were about to close and that he could help me out if I knew what I was looking for.
He pointed me right direction and I was in and out before closing. This type of customer service is infrequent these days and I definitely appreciate it
They had a battery correctly sized for a Toyota Corolla when a couple other places in town did not. I wonder what's going on that it is so hard to find a battery for a Toyota Corolla? The guy that did the installation was fast and clearly knew his way around under the hood.
Greatest oil prices in town! Brake bundles are an excellent price. They also a guarantee of lowest prices of competitors. I Checked out the summer car care items .... what great prices!!!!
I went in and was greeted promptly. I was looking for wipers for my wife's car and was helped immediately. I found what I needed and the sales associate was amazing.
Wonderful staff. Very clean store. It looked like they had everything there. Very accommodating floor staff. I don't shop for Auto parts very frequently but when I do I'll be buying them from O'Reilly Auto parts.
The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices can be a little bit higher but they will price match for you. They can usually get anything you need that day or the latest next day. Overall I recommend thos autoparts store.
Wonderful team member assisted me with type of adhesive for my car. I also found out they recycle car batteries. Felt very safe and comfortable in this conveniently located store.

This location, and the employees are absolutely amazing. I blew a spark plug out of my engine. They spent almost 2 hours helping me repair it with a kit, and I drove away instead of being stranded in a hotel. I'm now a lifelong customer. Thank you so much!
THEY TURN ROTORS HERE. $12 per disc. Did a great job! - Though take note - it takes til next day to have them ready. Getting a good set of rotors can be seriously hit or miss, with pitting and pulsing issues so common, so to be able to renew a set of already known good rotors for a reasonable price was well worth it. Ryan was very helpful, as was the woman who helped me when I picked them up - and both were very courteous. Car's braking is smooth as silk now! I'll be checking this store out again.
