I only come to this specific Adirondack Tire because of Nadina. Her hospitality, customer service and commitment to efficiency and excellence keep me coming back. She makes me feel welcomed, cared about and most importantly safe. Great team at this location that went out of their way to save us money and to fix our problem. Another mechanic friend recommended Adirondack Tire because his garage didn't have the equipment to fix my air conditioner that was blowing hot air. We took the car to Adirondack, they informed us that we had an active recall and that Honda should fix it for free. Adirondack did not have to tell us that (thank you). The Honda dealership told me it could cost up to $470 just to find the problem and that it most likely would not be covered under warranty, even though they had replaced part of the AC unit less than a year ago. We went back to Adirondack, they got us right in. The amazing office manager called with a question from the mechanic and then fixed our car pronto. They are friendly, transparent and focused on helping the customer first. That is more than I can say for the Honda dealership that I went to. Great job, Adirondack Tire. Driving in the cool air is nice. Thanks so much!

This location does thorough inspections wothout taking a long time making it easy. I will be coming back here and would recommend this location to others.
I had a wonderful experience here. I needed to get my car inspected and they didn’t have any appointments for the time I was available with my two little kids and being a stay at home Mom. They were able to work me in to their schedule and I was in and out really quickly. I had brought a bunch of toys and things to occupy my kid and didn’t even need them we were in and out so quickly! I really appreciated them being kind and accommodating.
Visited this location a few times and every single time I get amazing service from the store manger Nadina and her crew. Everyone is always very welcoming. the service is definitely top notch here. Waiting area is very comfortable with sofas, tv and coffee. Will definitely continue to recommend.
I went in for a wheel alignment. All of the employees were extremely friendly and the service was very fast. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze as well. I will definitely be back again.
Best vehicle related experience of the year. Amazing customer service, and quality work at a very reasonable price. I definitely would recommend it for all of your mechanical and tire related needs. They squeezed me in for work I needed done the same day when nobody else would, and i am very happy with the results.

This review is directed towards the Central Ave location store manager where I got my tires installed on 10/23/2024 and not towards Adirondack Tire.
To start, I went to purchase goodyear tires online. Tire price was $213 per tire installed. I selected this Adirondack Tire location to have them installed.
Before I made the purchase, I called this store location to discuss other possible work to be done and ended up scheduling the work over the phone. Fast forward, the work is done, new tires mounted and they charged me $256 per tire. When i asked about the price difference she said, well if you ordered them online i would have had to honor that price but because you didnt, i have to charge you the price i get from whichever dealer has them instock. That's $43.00 more per tire x 4 ($172.00)!. She made no effort to try and make this better and to keep a customer happy. Not, gee, let me see if there is something we can do for you. So, I called corportate office and spoke with Tabbitha who was phenominal with her response to me and addressed the situation right away with an offer to credit me the difference. That's customer service! Tabbitha works at the Morris Rd location and I will use that location going forward and I will continue to use Adirondack Tire, just not the Central Ave location.

Always responsive and able to fit you in. They've gotten tires for me with a day turn around after a flat and are always communicative. I can even work from the shop as they have redone the inside with couches, chairs, a comfortable vibe, and a Keurig.

Nadina is great! She listened to my concerns, her and Logan answered all my questions, and assured me they would check everything over. I was in and out for an oil change and inspection less than an hours time. Definitely will continue scheduling services at this location.
The staff are great, and the reception area is clean and charming. Both times I have been here for service, I've been very impressed. Came again (3rd time) for oil change on my car that was being driven a fair distance. They got me an appointment for the next morning, took my car in right on time, and I was back home in half an hour. Everyone was friendly and professional, and again, the reception area is very comfortable. Great service!
Went there for tire checkup...strut fell off on lift. Ended up with replacing front end struts. .reasonable..done in timely manner...friendly staff...waiting area with coffee...very impressed with the whole experience...Manager upfront!
Fastest oil change I've ever had done on my vehicle. I swear I was there less than an hour! The waiting room was very pleasant. The manager was really nice and explained everything to me well. I will deffinently be back to get my brakes done.
I ran over a piece of glass, tire started leaking air fast. Saw ADK tire across the road and went in to see if they could help me. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. It was incredible, no apt, came in out of the blue, they saved my day!

I highly recommend this shop. The manager is excellent. After $300+ and my 4th trip to the dealer for “repeat repairs,” I bailed & went to Adirondack. They had me back on the road the same day with OEM parts and full parts & labor warranty. They went above & beyond to help me out of a tight spot. A+ service.
My wife blew out a tire this past winter and was in need of immediate replacement. She contacted the 2015 Central Ave store and spoke with Manager Rick Sisco. She had her tires delivered right to him and Rick worked to get them on her car within a day of their delivery. He also accommodated rear brake pads and caliper changes during the same last minute visit. He was upfront about the cost as well.
After having all of the work done. There ended up being an issue with one of the calipers (it was faulty and not noticeable until driven at at road speed). As soon as Rick was informed, he fit my wife in almost immediately, even working around her schedule. He had the issue resolved within an hour of her bringing the car in and even test drove it at road speed to ensure it was fixed.
We could not be more pleased with Rick's professionalism and customer service. Additionally, the cost was reasonable and the store was well maintained.
We will definitely be bringing both of our vehicles there in the future.
I was told by another mechanic what was wrong with my car and then never heard from them again. Adirondack Tire looked at my car quickly and was able to fix all my issues. I’m very happy with the continued service here.
Small, quiet shop with great customer service! I live in Cobleskill and had to come out to Colonie to get a rental for my husband. I decided to stop here on a whim to get new tires, alignment and inspection for my Buick. I appreciated the honesty and quality of care shown to the customers and vehicles. I will definitely be coming back here for any further repair needs because the drive will be well worth the dependability of the work done.

I have been coming to this branch for more than 9 years.
I had gone to a different branch previously and had the worst service of my life, with the techs forgetting to do the oil change and blaming me, calling me names and throwing money at me.
When I contacted the main office, Tracy called me. He did everything right from offering me complementary oil changes, to assuring me the manager at the other Branch would be handled accordingly. He was always helpful and straightforward with information.
When Tracy left the branch, I was wary of the new staff. However, Rick took over right where Tracy left off. He is not only friendly and helpful, he also makes me feel like a human instead of a consumer. He always calls me by name when I enter the shop. He knows my car, my husband's car, and always treats me like a friendly neighbor.
The few times they were unable to schedule me and I had to go to a different shop, I have always regretted it. I recommend this Adirondack tire branch everyone I know.
This place is great. Rick is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped me make a transition from run flats to regular tires. Best decision I made! That was 8 months ago, stopped in today to ask a question, not only did he school me on air pressures, he fixed mine.
