Justin pulled my truck out of axle deep in less than 10 minutes! The price was fair! And they are local! It was less than 30 minutes for response time and I'm at the Bernardo Mountainair exit.

Was looking for a town truck in Rio Rancho. Needed to get my vehicle towed to Albuquerque for a new transmission. Called carters towing and they said they didn’t want to drive to Albuquerque! Called Highway Towing and was immediately assisted. No one were they there in 3O mins they were professional the entire time, even sent me picture of my vehicle once it was at the transmission shop to show me my vehicle was just as I left it before the tow. Highly recommend you if you need a tow!

I was referred to Highway Towing through my uncle. My task was to get Highway Towing to tow my truck to a lock smith. Instead of taking my money and Towing it they referred me to a couple of locksmith's that they work with, saving me time, money and stress. Honest people are hard to come by these days but you can count on Highway Towing to be honest.
This tow company is by far the worst I didn’t even want to leave a star but I have to in order to comment! Do not use this company my car got impounded and just in a matter of days my bill was so high I couldn’t even afford to my car out of tow yard! To top it off after you lose your car to them they sell your car parts to the community from there skrap it junk yard!!! Thieves if you ask me!!! Come on community open your eyes and see what this company is doing! I went to police department and they advised me that hwy towing was removed from Belen PD rotation! I hope the sheriff department also does the same!! We as a community need to stand together and do not use this towing company!!!!
Highway Towing moved a chicken coop to our property that was sentimental to us because it was built by a family member who is no longer with us. Not only were they prompt, but they were also very professional, very careful with the coop, and their price was much less than their competition up the street. Definitely will use them in the future for any needs we may have and recommend them to anyone who’d need their services.
This is a very professional business that cares about the people they are serving. Carolyn (sorry if I spelt wrong) was super amazing. She is a true professional and a Boss at her job. The fuel pump on my first-generation cummins pickup truck went out the other day, which left my truck stranded in Belen (I live in Albuquerque).
I called Highway Towing and spoke with a very nice lady, who gave me a quote and arranged to have my vehicle towed back to Albuquerque.
Two employees (Mark and Casey) both arrived at my location and were extremely professional and friendly.
They charged me a very reasonable fee and brought my truck safely back home.
I was very pleased with my experience and will recommend them to all of my friends or family members!

My driver was beyond helpful, they towed my Jeep and didn’t break my bank! When i called the person who answered was very polite and helpful, she let me know when there was a driver available within 25 minutes of me calling! Overall the best towing experience i’ve had!
