Just recently went in and I accidentally grabbed the carburetor and they allowed me to go in and swap it out for the correct one no problem great parts yard give it a 10 out of 10 for service definitely going to be going again
I’m leaving three stars due to me having a difficult time even getting into contact with this place, and second and most important, they’re closed on the weekends! Most mechanics are off on the weekends. At least be open a full day on a Saturday!
3 Tires and rims were stolen from my car after my front cv axle blew out in town.I let everyone know I was not in a good way and would not give up looking. I was in a hard place and needed something to get my car safely on a car hauler trailer. I have a very rare lug pattern. I arrived at 9:15am. At around 10am. I thought I had seen two steelies with my lug pattern welded together to make a makeshift car stand. I cried a little because the cold blooded theif that quickly stole my rims and dropped my car in the dirt probably didn't know the lug pattern wouldn't fit their car when the theif stole my rims and left my car to be robbed further and impounded for not being on 4 wheels (if a car does not have rims and tires it can be towed without a ticket). I did find the two sets of car stands with my lug size. I realized I probably couldn't get them to seperate a car stand and welding the rims probably damaged them. At 11:45am I had found two wheels that would work for the lug pattern with the help of a borrowed lug sizing tool. I was ready to checkout at 11:50am with a heck of a sunburn and muddy shoes. At least I was offered a bottle of water. I was advised upon purchase the steel rims would likely not clear the brake caliper. I had to remove the rear brake caliper bracket to tow (two very high torque bolts on the back of the caliper [I use hand tools]). I was given a "deal" for $20 for the two steelie rims as long as I left a positive review. So, here it is.
Worthless place, first I call and ask if they have parts for a ford and they said for me to come out and check and when I get there she says "NOPE" we don't have any parts for fords, really? Very Rude person! don't recommend at all, I was just needing a part.
As a junkyard, I called for a part and the person said that they would check and call back, I tried a couple of times and no call back.
This company has changed so much from a tow company to a scrap yard. The people that work there are easy to talk to and to get along with. Their prices are decently priced and they have a lot of classic stuff that is hard to find. Highly recommend them for auto parts and towing.
Used to be a good towing company/junkyard to find parts. Seems ownership has changed. Towing prices are outrageous(used to be $50 flat rate anywhere within abq city limits) and it's so hard to get them on the phone anymore. Don't even bother with this place.
These people quoted me $150 to move one car 500 feet in Vegeta. It’s one thing to make money but that’s ripping somebody off. Ain’t nobody but a disabled veteran but I think that’s really messed up. Fyi go some were else
