Glen was extremely helpful and had the best customer service I’ve seen in this town!! However I was disappointed with the older lady thinking he made some mistakes when it was actually another employee. Glen really made my day and we truly need more of him here! The one thing I was very sad about was, I asked two questions when I walked in, do you sell car batteries and can you install one for me. The answer to both questions was yes. After coming back inside to get the correct battery because the lady grabbed the wrong one, the older lady said the girl with the car battery is going to have to wait until we clear the customers out of the store. I thought I was a paying customer as I bought a car battery. I shouldn’t have to wait. I had a job to get to myself. After waiting for all the customers to clear out, Glenn asked the older lady if he had permission to go install my battery. She started to say how they don’t install batteries for customers and blah blah. Glen had no idea they didn’t install them and neither did because I asked the younger lady if they do and she said yes. For bein a small town, I was kinda disappointed in the lack of help for the community.
We were traveling from MN to AZ and broke down in Lemitar at 5 am on a Saturday. We went to find a water pump. The gentleman working went above and beyond to help us. They wouldn’t be able to get the part until Wednesday and we couldn’t wait that long. But they deserve a HUGE shoutout for trying as hard as they did
I purchased a motor, with Holly. Had it installed.paid over 5000 dollars for, less than a week later started making noise. Talked to Belinda said they would see what they could do. Told to get a estimate, so I did. They said they would fix and pay parts n labor. A week later told to call. They said they gave me the wrong warranty and now it's up to me. Well it took all my saving and months more to get 5000 . Now I have to save to fix with parts they gave me after the fact that they were gonna do the work. It not a small part customer should get better service on a 5000 dollar part.
Napa has an experienced, knowledgeable crew and their store is kept clean and organized! The best counter sales person is Andrew! He always has a smile and is anxious to help you find your part!
These people went over and above the call of duty to help us find a starter we could afford, and get our car running again. Customer service experts that truly care!
Napa Manager older white woman with short salt & pepper hair did not even acknowledge me nor did she greet me or assist me when i walked in. Finally another employee noticed me & greeted me. He tried to help me but then the short haired salt & pepper woman there decided to put her rude two sense in & i left without help or assistance. She should smile once in a while. She obviously is not happy with her life or job there & definitely should not be managing or working there. Very bad experience there. I do not recommend anyone going there if they want acknowledgement or friendly customer service.
Great service. Particularly impressed by willingness to get information for mixing two part auto paint. Usually if a sales person doesn't know something about a product that was it. Now they will find or call someone in NAPA who does.
