I quit doing the bulk of my own repairs and service when I found Mino (and his son Greg) 20+ years ago and have been with them ever since. Greg has taken over day to day but Mino still drives and runs the wrecker service.
I have moved into PHEVs and put limited miles on my vehicles in retirement but still bring them to Greg for what little service I need.
They shifted (years ago) from 5.5 days a week (Sat morning) to 4 (long) days a week and I've found it just as convenient. There have been a few specialty jobs they referred me to others over the decades at *just the right time*.
Greg is not only highly knowledgeable and friendly but also very efficient. Over all the years I've rarely had to wait longer than projected or come back for problems...
I even bought one of my vehicles from Mino after he did a collision tow/purchase/repair decades ago... Greg carries on his father's tradition well.
They came within a hour, safe and friendly and just the Best tow company I have ever seen, thankyou so much for helping me today! And the price was so reasonable! Thankyou!
Affordable, honest service. Greg explained my options thoroughly, which helped me make an informed decision on which services and parts my vehicle needed, as opposed to trying to convince me to spend more money than was required. From him, I learned contextual information about the manufacturing process of various automobile replacement parts that impact consumers today. He is a knowledgeable, skilled, and trustworthy partner for your automotive needs.
RIP OFF! Very dissatisfied. I broke down in Pojoaque and called M&G and they said they could work on my VW Routan the next day and even offered to tow the van to the shop for free. I call the next day to find out they are booked two weeks out and they recommend that I get it towed to Kurt's Import repair in Santa Fe. This information could have been useful when I first called and now I am being charged $105 for the tow to the towing yard out in ESPANOLA! The van never even made it out to their auto shop in Pojoaque which increased the cost of towing fees. Then its another $250 to tow it from Espanola to Santa Fe. That's $355 total for towing fees. They definitely ripped me off on the towing fees and never even intended on working on the vehicle since they recommend I take it to an import mechanic after the fact.
We have a large family and Mino and Greg have serviced all our "older" cars with excellent service and attention to detail. They are well trusted in our community.
As someone new to the area (recently relocated from San Francisco) my partner and I were looking to find a good shop to service our cars. They didn’t seem to want to work with us and they seemed to be some reservations about working on cars owned by people in the LGBTQ community. We realize we are new to the area and we wanted to fit in with the local culture. Hoped this could have been a good relationship but we will have to someone else.
These guys are the best! The most honest and high integrity mechanics I've had the pleasure to work with. They arent going to do anything they dont have to. I've been worked with them for over a year on a few minor issues but have been on the move a lot this last year and had to go to some other shops. I've been to 3 different places with an alignment issue that no one could correctly identify but was back in the area and grateful these guys could figured it all out. Thank you!
My truck i bought ran for 2 weeks, then something else was wron. Ran for another week and now been sitting there for a year. It needs a transmission which i have no clue how it had full oil half tank of gas.we were also told everything was new when bought it. I spent 3000.00 for a 3 week rental pretty much it bogged out since they day i bought it and i want half my money back or it fixed for free i didnt spend 3000.00 for a vehicle me and me and my daughter could of died due to negligence.
A big thank you to Mino and Greg for your excellent and speedy service! Our Subaru died while driving through Pojoaque; we got an immediate tow to the shop, and a new alternator put in. They got us back on the road within just a few hours. Thanks again!
Mino towing is super, I reccomend it to everyone, Mino really knows what he's doing and saying.. I wouldn't recommend anyone else than mino's for all your towing needs.. Give em a call and you'll find out for yourself...
Truly a business with the customer's interest at heart. We are so blessed for having them in our Valley. Reliable, truthful, careful, genuinely happy workers bees ... I could go on, but you get my point, these are people I am happy to have as neighbors, and trust to take care of my car's safe functioning amongst challenging drivers and roads.
Reliable, up-front, and honest people here. Mino looked at our car on a Sunday when my dad I has car troubles in the middle of a road trip. Would recommend them to anyone!
Excellent for a late model vehicle. Rebuilt the front end on my 30 year old truck as well as a few other repairs for 3000 bucks. Greg does good work at fair prices.
Mino is a great person and is always so helpful .. I’ve had a bunch of my cars worked on and would go back .. he treats my dad like a king always so helpful when my dad needs his cars looked at .. I tell everyone that comes into my work to go to them .. Greg is awesome as well
Very professional and helpful small business! They checked my car out in anticipation of a trip, and I'll be going back to get the work done. My girlfriend's family has gone to them for years with no complaints, only praise for the good work they do.
I haven't had them work on my car, but I happened to get a flat tire right in front of the shop on a day they were closed. There were people around, and one of the guys let me pull the car the shop so that I could put my donut on in a warmer environment. Super helpful when he could have just told me they were closed and had me leave. If I lived in the area, I'd bring my car here for service.
Mino and Greg's have always taken care of my vehicles when I lived up north, but after moving to Santa Fe a few years back I had to find someone closer to the house. Well, today on the way in to work I had a tire blow out. Called to get a tow and the first place I thought about for the repairs...Mino and Greg's of course. Got towed over there and as soon as by vehicle was off the tow truck the guys got right to work. I didn't have to wait or get a ride to the office and then back. They got to it and fixed everything while I waited. I mean, how cool is that to get a repair done quickly so you can get to work. Thanks again for getting back on the road so quickly!
