I’ve been sitting at the store for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to install my battery. I was told at first the person that he would ask someone in the back. I waited about 10 minutes in my car and then went back in to an empty store. 3 customers rolled in and the guy came back to the front and said at 2pm in another 10 minutes someone will be here who can help me. I got tacos and waited until 2:07 before entering and again seeing an empty store. A different cashier comes up and I let him know what I’m waiting for. He says maybe someone in the back can help you, I told him I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes for someone and the guy in the front said at 2pm. The cashier then sarcastically says well he can help you if he wants and that he will send someone out from the back. Finally a very young man comes out to change the battery. He was the most pleasant part of this experience. Do better on a Tuesday in the afternoon.

The night manager Infinity was amazing. I pulled up with my tires torn off and she came out rolled her sleeves up and saved me! Plus she is fine!! 10/10 recommend !!! Will come back just to say hey

Traveling from CA, dead battery. AAA jump started, drove right to the nearest OReilly's and 25 minutes later a new battery installed and back on the toad. Amazing friendly, fast service. Thank you!

Matthew the assistant manager was patient, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile in the rain to make sure our windshield wiper was fully installed since there was a clip issue. He was persistent and tired multiple parts until the windshield wiper was replaced.

We're extremely grateful for Ramon Baca's amazing customer service. Over the past couple of years, we've been given the wrong parts for our vehicles, and we've had several instances where the parts were defective. Usually, we've never had any issues with returning, refunding, or replacing. But this most recent, they couldn't find our expensive defective part, and informed us that they hadn't ever sold that part. Luckily, a few days later, we were able to retrieve the receipt of purchase and bring it back to the location as proof. Ramon went above and beyond to locate this sale, as it was virtually impossible to pull up. The store was busy, and he still made it his priority to make sure that we were well taken care of and that everything was resolved. I know a lot of people have had their own issues with this company and specific locations. But we keep coming back because we've been pleased with the type of service as that of Ramon. So, thank you again. We appreciate you greatly Ramon.

I was replacing the headlight assemblys in our 2011 Kia Forte, when I found that the after-market headlights used a different bulb from the ones in our car. I visited the Kia dealership, and rather than receive help finding the right bulb, they told me "this is what you get for buying an aftermarket part". So, I went to O'Reilly and Fernando Granados and CJ fixed me right up. They even opened the package and showed me how to install the bulb. Wonderful, friendly service, and I will be back.

I called in for serpentine belt I gave the information for my truck. I sent my husband to pick up the belt, it was the wrong one. My husband told the kid it was the wrong one they guy kept telling it was! It was the AC belt. I hate when employees argue with a person thinking they know what they are doing. This kids don't know their left from the right! Never again will I purchase parts from this auto parts.

It was a bummer I had to return what I bought. However the gentleman running the store was cool and quick to help. And what he couldn't do for me he pointed me the right way. And being a girl most men just roll their eyes but he was very pleasant and had a nice smile

Knowledgeable staff. You can recycle your oil here but must do/dump it yourself in the interior rear of the store and then you must take your empty dirty oil canister with you and dispose of that yourself.

My windshield wiper flew off my car and this was the first place I came to. Not only did they have the wiper in stock for my one wiper windshield, Alexis put it on for me. I love service like that!

Very bad service at the Cerrillos and Cordova store. Cordova did not have a battery checker, it was missing and cerrillos did not a person to check the battery and sales person was rude.. Frustrating when your vehicle can barely start and go. Thank goodness autozone was done the street

Store manager James (Big guy who claims he’s too busy to back up his lies. Guy with an attitude) had the gall to lie about a product on the phone with corporate. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Had no clue about the warranty policy, made up stuff that is nowhere to be found on the website (I asked him to show me numerous times but he said he didn’t have time… ya he was literally sitting there at the counter… soooo busy). So I spent long enough online searching for ANYTHING he said and it was NOWHERE to be found on the website. Explains why he lied… to corporate. I’d wager good money this is why he’s not a mechanic anymore. For a business that supposedly prides itself on customer satisfaction being it’s number one priority, which is placed all over the store, they’re pretty bad about it. Update: received the refund after speaking with the district manager who clearly didn’t really want to issue it either. This was all over less than 25 dollars. 5 hours. An incompetent lying store manager and a total waste of time lager I finally received the refund. I will say Otto at the Cordova store was as helpful as he wanted to be and actually TRIED to help without lying like the Cerrillos manager. So thanks Otto. Otto didn’t lie to me or to corporate, which seems like just a common sense thing not to do but you wouldn’t know that after dealing with the liar at this location. The lack of knowledge on store policy is baffling and the laziness astounding. I will never shop at O’Reilly again. So Update: Still one star.

Was not impressed with the level of professionalism behind the counter of the staff of this location. I went in for a simple oil recycling and Ramon handled it very poorly. He was very rude to me and could've handled the situation with better work ethic and less of a lazy approach. I went in just to recycle 1/4 of a quart of oil. How hard can it be to open a lid and let it drain for a minute. I'm a professional mechanic and have been an O'Reillys loyal customer since day one. Never have I been treated so poory from walking in to walking out.

Complete mess from a service perspective! Went in to get a replacement light bulb, stood in line for 5-6 minutes. CS counter rep called me up to see what I needed, told him a parking light bulb for a 2012 Outback and I suggested it was a Sylvania 2085, he looked it up and confirmed. Then he pointed me to an aisle 5 feet from his counter to get the bulbs. He was dealing with an elderly customer but they where no were near ready to check out. So as he didn't offer to walk over to get the bulbs, I did so. When I walked back 30 seconds later he advised I had to go back to the end of the line, and it was quite long. I said you sent me to get the bulb, and now I have to go back in line because you are too lazy to walk around the counter and get the product! Worst service I have EVER gotten at an auto parts store. That guy needs to be fired!!!!!

I went to O'Reilly for new wiper blades and couldn't find them in the wiper blade aisle. The employee noticed this and asked me if I needed assistance. With his help I was able to get the particular wiper blades I wanted, which were behind the register counter, and the employee installed them on my truck for me. Great products and great customer service.

I cannot believe the level of poor customer service and sheer rudeness of the woman at the counter this morning. Sassy, unkind, and unaccomodating. Ma'am if you don't like your job, don't work there. I've been choosing O'Reilly for years BECAUSE they are known to be reliable and helpful. NOT SO this morning. We spent $100 on a battery the day prior for our RV while stopping over for the night. Got it to camp and the battery registered as half full. By morning, our LED lights wouldn't power on. No big deal, right? Just thought we'd bring it back and exchange for one that had power seeing as how its brand new. With an air of complete and utter rudeness, she tested it and said 'our policy is not to return it but charge it for 24 hours before doing anything, and if we don't like it we can wait for a manager.' WOW. I don't mind company policy, in fact I get it, but the way in which it was delivered was so off putting and rude, I am seriously considering never being a repeat customer to O'Reilly's. 100% unnecessary. She even said, 'It was probably just our vehicle, or whatever.' To the manager: you may want to employ those who represent your company well. She definitely does not.

Bought a battery yesterday for our RV and by morning it was dead, the guys who helped us choose the battery the day before were great, sometimes batteries fail, not their fault. The next morning we went in to see if we can get the battery checked and exchange it. The moment we tried speaking to the cashier about it she gave us nothing but attitude, was rude to my fiance and in general had a terrible disposition explaining "company policy" on battery exchanges. You can explain policy without being rude or condescending.

03/17/21, Our skid guard got messed up while we were driving cross country and stopped here to find parts. They went above and beyond to help us with a short term fix. Santa Fe has to have the kindest people we’ve met so far.

Well a guy by the name of Issac checked out my items. This is the third time I’ve had him as a cashier. The first time he was spitting His chewing tobacco into a cup at the register. The second time he was in the store cussing really loud with another coworker. Now this time he is standing at the front eating tacos while trying to talk to everybody around him. How can anybody let someone this unprofessional handle customers? Absolutely ridiculous this guy should be fired. He should be working on the dock somewhere where it doesn’t matter how bad his social skills are

The weather got cold and my battery went out. A couple places didn’t have the battery that I needed for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Firestone recommended O’Reilly. They had the battery I needed and the sales associate really did an amazing job replacing it. The battery is located under the front passenger seat. I’m sure it was one of the most difficult battery replacement she’s done. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I was able to sleep well without worrying about a dead battery in the morning.

Going to Burrito spot this morning but I remembered the other day I stopped at this O'Reilly Auto Parts in the people here were very friendly and very knowledgeable! They also got me my part as quickly as they could on the next shipment in the town that was very helpful as well! If you don't know what you're looking for as well they can help you out with that too by looking up the product!

Manager needs training in customer service. Friendly/helpful staff BUT I purchased a headlight cleaning product and when I got home and opened the box half the contents were missing. When I brought it back 4 days later to get a new one or a cash refund the manager stated that is would have been unlikely that their staff wouldn't have noticed a box with missing contents, and then asked why I didn't bring it back immediately, insinuating that I had used the missing contents. They didn't have any more on the shelf and refused to give me a refund, instead giving me a gift card. I don't know if I'd go back to O'Reilly again. Later, I called the district store manager from the website's customer service number. He was very apologetic and tried to rectify the situation and contacted the store manager.

Greg and Jay were very professional and super friendly. Both were very knowledgeable. Great service! And i might add the part i needed was special order in all of santa fe but they hit5 it the very next morning from tx with no shipping charges to me. Always a good experience when i come here.

Have never been treated so rudely, first tried to sell a part at 130.00 when just the part was a 100.00, the extra 30.00 was for zip ties. The. Refused to honor the 20.00 off on line coupon. Tried one more time only because they carry the antifreeze I use and no one else does, only one person knew where to find it, the rest were clueless. And it cost more at this location. Use this store at your own risk!!!!

I think these guys do a good job. I'm restoring an old VW and have been there several times now with different needs and never had a bad experience. The parts I've purchased have been of good quality and the guys behind the counter have been great to work with. I'll be back.
