Scheduled tow the day before for 10am for a 10:30 service at auto shop. No show. I called and receptionist said she thought it was 12:30? Then she said they had lots of cop calls this morning and I’d just have to wait. It might take a while. That’s just so unprofessional. It’s 11:00 and they haven’t arrived. Is it that hard to look at your own schedule when you arrive to work in the morning? If you have someone scheduled why do you accept more jobs??
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We had some bad luck two weeks ago when my husband got a flat tire on Cerillos Rd. They came to help within 15 min and changed the tire for him. Then, two days later my car got a flat after running over a big rock. They came all the way to Tesuque Village Market to tow my car back to my house. They were very accomodating, very friendly and I highly recommend them!
OMG!!!! These people are seriously angels. The woman that answered the phone was so nice, helpful and wonderful to speak with. They came in late at night was fast getting to our location they did an amazing job handling our vehicle. Drove safely both gentlemen Rayes and Michael were super professional and sweet. Came to our home and were absolutely incredibly amazing. Best towing in the universe!!!! So grateful for them and this business literally thank you beyond words. The prices are incredible and the service is unbearable. They literally should get best of and deserve the recognition. Namaste
I give them five stars and five thumbs up they went and pick my brother's car up out of the middle of nowhere and took care of it and charge the great rate from Santa Fe to Albuquerque! If you ever need a tow and you're by the Santa Fe area Mountain Air etc definitely call these people up
This company was dispatched to recover my stolen truck that had been found. In my truck were tools along with other valuables worth well over $1000. According to the tow slip that the responding officer filled out, all of my property was still in the truck and accounted for. When speaking to the officer, the inside of my truck appeared “untouched”. Thinking that my truck and tools were now safe in a locked and fenced property, I did not find it necessary to visit the tow yard myself as it is quite far from my place of residence. My truck spent about a week in their possession until it was moved to the body shop to be repaired. Upon arrival to the body shop, I quickly found out that these items were gone and the truck had appeared to have been completely gone through. I would advise anyone who is using the towing service (especially with the recovery of their stolen vehicle) to pay special attention for missing items while the vehicle is not in the owners possession.
Amazing service, after jumping my car twice prior that same week, they were once again the only provider in the area that responded to my Geico roadside request, this time they had a guy come off the clock with an injured arm with just a portable jump starter, because their main unit was on an out of town call, to jump my car a 3rd time so I could get back on the road, even got there 30 min earlier than expected, caught me off gaurd because they weren't even in a company truck! Also gave me some great advice for cleaning the corrosion off the terminals to save a buck. Super grateful, God Bless
On its way to a wreck, Anaya's Towing truck was laying on his horn, tailgating, waving his arms around, harassing everyone in front of him. There was zero way for anyone to get out of his way. The tow truck is NOT an emergency vehicle, this was extremely unsafe and absolutely 100% uncalled for. There was zero reason for Anaya's Towing truck to have to get anywhere quicker than anyone else in this situation, and in the process created an unsafe situation for everyone else on the road. I will NEVER hire them for anything.
They arrived in two hours on what I later found out was a very busy day for tow truck services in Santa Fe, with lots of cars overheating and dying on the road in the extremely hot summer temps.
The driver found me despite my sketchy description of my location (I was in an unfamiliar neighborhood).
I had a very positive experience with this tow truck service and driver was a sweetheart. Lastly, I'll mention that Anaya's sent my invoice the very same day, by text. It was as easy as such things can be.
Me and the misses were on a family trip in Angel Fire NM, and on our way back to Nevada our truck broke down off exit 137, it was hot and we had our two small pets with us. Anaya’s was the only place that answers the phone on a Sunday and got to us quickly. The Tow Truck driver was friendly and courteous, and made sure he took care of my truck. They towed me all the way to the dealer and promptly sent a payment link for payment. They also took care of me the very next day when I had to have the truck towed to another shop for repair due to the dealers inability to fix the truck. These folks are very professional and understand what it’s like to have a bad day on the side of the road. Great to work with, honest and professional.
Our 39 ft motorhome broke down in Santa Fe and our insurance contacted Anaya’s. We thought we needed to be towed to Albuquerque for service but Anaya’s recommended a much closer mechanic who is really great with RV’s. We took their advice and got up and running much faster than we would have otherwise. What’s awesome is that not only were they well equipped to carefully tow our big rig - but they were looking out for us as humans who were not familiar with the area. We strongly believe they not only saved us time but money as well. Thank you!!
Had to pick up my sons truck that got impounded. Third time. The other two companies charged around $280.00 Anaya's charged $180.00. Talk about being a fair and honest company. I will always recommend them for their fairness and honesty.
5 stars to Anaya's, but especially Damian. He went above to help with a tow on my disabled vehicle. And helped to make my vehicle work and save the tow from my insurance. He really showed that he is truly there to help others. I will definitely use Anaya's again thanks to Damian
This company wrecked our truck, claimed they had no insurance to cover it so it would have to be a claim on our insurance. Took pictures and videos, then the operator Robert Anaya, blocked all exits. For over an hour after our paid vehicle was good to go. Horrible company, highly recommend to look elsewhere.

After a scary accident my truck was towed here. Driver was kind and very helpful. Great great great service! Super helpful the few times I had to go to look at my truck after it was towed . I would not wish an accident on anyone but if I ever need a tow they are the ones I would call. Bernadette was so helpful and kind and the other girl ( name escapes me) was great . Anyway A++++++++. A family member of ours was dealing with a medical emergency while on a road trip through New Mexico and was not able to complete his drive home. Cody with Anaya’s Roadrunner promptly helped our family member get their vehicle to a nearby hotel and even got him something to eat to help stabilize him while family members were in-route. He then followed up to be sure he got home safe. Thanks Cody for going above and beyond when tough and trying times occur.
Used Anaya’s through my auto Insurance emergency roadside coverage. Initially another wrecker service was assigned, and after waiting 40 minutes with only 20 minutes left, that provider canceled the job. Anaya‘s was reassigned for the job and the estimated wait time was two hours (according to my auto insurance.) I was on the side of I 25, in between Santa Fe and Rio Rancho with my sister and three kids in tow. Anaya‘s came much quicker than the two hours, in approximately 30 minutes- they came from Santa Fe. The tech Damian was very nice and got the job done in an efficient and safe manner. The last act of kindness- he got onto I25 behind me so I could get on safely from the shoulder in front of him.
I sincerely appreciated the fast response (after another service wasted my time) and the good work to get us back on the road. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who may need roadside service. Thank you again!
Needed to tow my car from from my old rented house. Scheduled a tow waited an hour and half in my car they never called. I called them, they said they had to go to a wreck (fine I understand, but call to let me know). I reschedule. Next day. They are 30 min late no call, I call. They say on their way. 1 hour later nothing, I cancel… I think, nobody picked up the phone! This isn’t business, it is a joke.
The driver I worked with was very nice and extremely professional and handled my car with care after it broke down for a battery issue.
However, the dispatch lady was very rude. She initially gave an ETA of 2 hours and said she'd try to get someone to me sooner. After 2 hours I called her to check on the status, she said the driver was on their way and left a few minutes prior. After 4 hours I call again and she said they'd be pulling in any minute. They showed up after 4h20min. She was never apologetic about any of it. When I called her out on her lack of communication she threatened to cancel!
It's absolutely OK to be busy and to have long wait times (even if I had to wait 24 hours). What's not Ok is leaving people in the dark and not communicating with them after you give them an ETA.
They were prompt, fast, professional and friendly, to the point where it turned a midnight nightmare stranded on side of the road, into a bit of an adventure instead.
Driver even helped push the car into my garage when we got back home, and give me some suggestions that turned out to be spot on as far as insurance coverage. Also seem to know exactly how to tow my car, rather than guessing like most.
This all happened after midnight on a Friday night, with very few delays, and the rates were very reasonable!
Our RV broke down about 100 miles from home. Not knowing who could help us, we made 4 calls to different towing companies. The last person gave us Bob’s number, and what a lucky thing that turned out to be. Bob showed up quickly and got us hooked up and headed home. What a relief. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He turned our stressful situation into a pleasant experience. (Well, as much as it could be, under the circumstances).
We’re so thankful we were able to have Bob come to our rescue. I hope we never get in this situation again, but if we do, I hope we can hire Bob to save our bacon. Thank you so very much.

Anaya’s Towing was amazing! Made the mistake of going through my insurance company instead of just calling them immediately. Eight hours, and three canceled dispatched local tow companies (they all called, said they were coming, and then just never showed up. Not even a courtesy “we’re not coming”) later I had had enough. I called them at 8:30 last night while it was snowing and they arrived in less than 25 minutes. I was on the north side of town by St. John’s. Took great care of my car and maneuvered it amazingly. I busted the front steering mechanism so there was no connection between my steering wheel and the tires. Not an easy tow but they made it look effortless! It was also very reasonable pricing for the fact that it was late and snowing.They are truly the best in town!

They called around all over the area within a couple hours from us to see if anyone was able to fix our vehicle because they did not have the part. No one did end up having time to get it in so they took care of us and went above and beyond going to get parts for us and ultimately fixing the vehicle the next morning. They were very kind and amazing service very affordable and helpful! Highly recommend them!! Most honest mechanics I've ever met!
Wonderful service, genuine concern for the customer, very courteous and an impeccable business ethic. I needed a tow in the middle of the night and was worried about getting charged an arm and a leg....they showed up in less than 30 min, and shocked me with their very reasonable price. In addition to this several options were given to me on what to do next with my broken down truck. Ultimately they facilitated my efforts to get my vehicle on the road again. This incredible family owned business went out of their way several times for me...I much appreciate it
Great customer service! My car broke down and I was expecting a long wait but Anaya's showed up within 10-15 mins. When your car breaks down its extremely stressful (and the last thing you want is to have to wait for an hour); the guy was helpful, informative, and put me at ease. I highly recommend!
