Stocking the shelves takes priority to greeting and helping customers. Five employees, zero customers, I had to do my own diagnosis, walk aimlessly through their isles. Ridiculous

I want to recognize Jonathan. He helped me out and made sure I had the right windshield wipers for my car. His patience in customer service was excellent. He worked with me out in the cold and I really appreciate it. He is credit to your store and organization.

This location is terrible. Every time I order a part, they take well over an hour to deliver it, which is interesting considering they are about 5 minutes down the road. Just awful.

*Airport location* Absolutely the worst oriellys I've ever experienced. Not a single employee at the location understands their job, every always appears to be completely lost in the sauce as you'd say! Have not had one good experience here. Corporate really needs to step in at this point, pretty sure all the guys there are high while working. Cannot seem to ever get orders on time or correct or even just be able to find a part that right in front of their faces! Absolutely terrible service.

I came into the store on Sept 10,2024 to get oil and a filter for my truck. Jonathan helped me get what I needed and even had the knowledge to make a good recommendation. His comstomer service is on point. I hope O’Reillys recognizes his hard work and appreciates him as a valuable employee.

I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SHOP AT AIRPORT LOCATION!!!! I WAS SHUN FOR NO REASON! I walked in first thing in morning, (didn't get a "good morning") that was okay. i was all happy to buy a hand tool anyway, so showed the employee the pic, he said "yes we have it, it should be on isle 4, 5 or 6" WOW!!!!!!!!! then i was the only customer and was left for an hour just looking and looking looking (i felt like crying) AND the trash can in front was overflowing and the two employees were playing around behind counter, no other customers so i still dont understand why i was SHUN?

my receipt says Alexis (10am 4/12).. the young hispanic gentlemen who helped me out ( just outstanding service)! i was driving from LA to Miami, and needed an engine block cap (or i'm going nowhere lol).. he never gave up, even though it's not a typical stocked part (old KIA).. he spent 10 min easy, till he found a perfect (not KIA) stand-in.. that got me to Miami. this retired firefighter sure appreciates the work ethic, well done Sir! The O'Reilly's on airport road is a lot cooler than the one on cerrillos road The people that work there are a lot friendlier I won't be going back to the O'Reilly's on cerrillos road but the one on airport road yes. Friendly fast and they had what I needed.

Love the new location on Cordova in Santa Fe. Although they could use a restock of the spray paint. I went to all three stores in town to get enough primer for my project car. That kinda sucked. But I prefer O'Reilly to AutoZone. They just seem to have a better product. And the prices are very competitive in my experience. Overall, O'Reillys has been my favorite parts store. Oh and I wasn't aware that if you purchase something at one store you can't return it to a different store the same day. Not a huge deal but useful to know I guess.

I think it's a shame how the employees Park their lifted trucks in the handicap area the store itself is nice we came here to pick up some stuff and couldn't believe all the handicap parking were taken with employees trucks not a single vacant handicap for the people that really need it this guy drove up and didn't have a leg and couldn't even park in the front shame on you people that Park on handicap that don't need it it's a struggle for handicapped people just to get around yes you the one with lifted truck that said Doughboy Perfection Tires shame on you have respect for the people that need those parkings

Came in to get my car scanned. Easy thing to do but the customer service was phenomenal. Unfortunately, they did not have the part I needed, BUT it is a car that is only a year old, and Kia won't allow OEM parts to be made for the K5 yet.

Claudia and Raquel are the BEST. They always go above and beyond to help customers out. I love going to them because they’re always willing to help with anything. Not only that but they’re always in a good mood and making people laugh. They truly know great customer service

You can see the employees hanging out with friends wearing no masks through the window. When you walk inside they pull them up and tell you to put yours on. Ghetto location.

Would give zero stars if possible while the staff is very helpful they miss some important points. Last Thursday I had them hook my truck up to a code reader was told the issue was my coil packs which I purchased. After install the issue did not go away went to a local mechanic and found out the spark plugs were the issue. I also purchased these at this store then tried to return the coil packs which I did not need and was told I would be given a refund because the parts are electrical components. I feel I should of been informed of this before I was sold the parts which I purchased because they advised me to. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told all the staff were managers which is a lie considering I have spoken to the store manager before. Never got a refund and was not provided with a manager to speak to I will take this up with corporate and update at a later date. Moral of the story go to AutoZone.

While the employees who waited on me were helpful, both days I went in there, none of the employees were wearing masks. I asked the young lady why they were in direct defiance of our governor's order, and she said they had received a message from their district manager that not only were they not requiring their employees to wear masks, but their customers did not have to either. I am taking my business elsewhere as it is clear the health and safety of their customers is not a concern.

Everyone at the store is very helpful. Unfourtunately while I had a miscommunication with one of the employees about O'Reilly policies (the employee was answering technical questions i was bombarding them with so I probably caused them to forget to tell me about the policy) The manager Seneca went above and beyond to make my experience shopping at O'Reilly a great one. Have been going here for years for auto parts and advice and will continue to do so. Highly recommended auto parts store!

Its best to know exactly what you need and go in armed with a part number. Sometimes you get that counter sales person that just doesn't give a flip about what you are trying to accomplish or has too little experience to perform their job. And sometimes you get that person that will search the store over to find the part you need and sell it to you at a discount.

The store manager Chris has no people skills and does nothing to improve or make a customers situations, that explains why they only have a 3.8 rating. This is from a shops point of view. I purchased an oil Pan because the threads on the old one were stripped and find that the new 1 has the same problem except has Heli coil in there. That was the whole purpose of the repair and Chris will do nothing.....

Good luck getting tthe right parts from these guys. They have left me stuck without wheels twice in 1 week. I will never return to this store by choice. Unless it is for a return. Worst customer service, and product knowledge from anyone I have ever seen.

I went in there, stayed about 15 minutes, and left in disgust without what I had gone in for because the service was beyond bad; it was non existent. I waited in front of the counter for about 15 minutes while one guy enjoyed a conversation with someone he obviously knew and the other was on the phone. The one on the phone said he'd be right with me. After he finally got off the phone, he ignored me while he diddled around with other stuff. The other guy finally finished his conversation with his friend and picked up the phone and just stood there staring at me with the phone held to his ear as if to say: don't think for even a minute I'm going to wait on you. The manager of this place needs to fire these no loads and hire some decent employees.

We're from Denver. Had a strut go bad on the way down here. This O'Reillys store had the strut in stock along with the tools I needed to purchase in stock as well. Great people. Very helpful! Scott and Hershey went above and beyond making sure I had the right parts and tools so I could get the thing fixed at the hotel on a Saturday night. Thanks for the great service guys. A+!

Satisfactory service. A print out was not offered for my check engine light and the staffs knowledge or willingness to offer advice varies. Sometimes it's exceptionally good, other times not so much.
