We had a hot tub that had been neglected for many years and needed to be removed. We found Easy Load in an online search the day before the 4th of July holiday. We had expected to have to wait until after the holiday to schedule an appointment, but the owner contacted us within an hour to let us know that they had an opening in their schedule and could come that afternoon. When the owner gave us a quote, he asked if the hot tub had been drained and explained that a drained tub would be easier and quicker to remove. We thought that the tub had been drained, but when they started the job they found that the cover had been leaking and the tub was full of rainwater and all of insulation had been soaked. This made the job a lot more difficult and time consuming than both of us expected. But despite that, Easy Load did an outstanding job on the removal in a professional and courteous manner and their clean up after removal was better than I could have anticipated. We were so impressed with their service that we willingly paid them for the additional time and effort that the job required as a result or our mistake about the condition of the hot tub. And while they were finishing the tub removal we had them look at some large outdoor wooden furniture that we have been wanting to dispose of for a long time and booked them on the spot to return the next week to handle that for us. Easy Load is now on our list of favorite service providers in Santa Fe and we would gladly recommend them to any of our friends.

I highly recommend Easy Load. Edwin and his team were extremely professional and courteous, and they went above and beyond to complete the job. To begin with, in setting up and scheduling the job, communication with Edwin was very easy and smooth. When it came to the task at hand, they walked into a disastrous mess at my property but handled it with aplomb, even making 2 extra unscheduled trips when there turned out to be more junk than I had anticipated. They cleaned up every last bit of debris and even gave the area an extra comb-over with a rake and leaf blower. To say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. Easy Load saved the day! We recently experienced a no-show situation with a different removal company, and called Easy Load a half hour after the original company was scheduled to arrive. Crossing our fingers, Easy Load answered our call right away and said they would fit us into their schedule that same day. They arrived within a half hour of us speaking to them. In a courteous and friendly manner, they were quick to remove everything that needed to go. I was very impressed and asked if they knew of anyone who could trim our trees. Edwin the owner was very fair on the pricing for the trash out on my apartment. I sent him photos of the work that needed to be done. He gave me a quote.I and added that the carpet in the bedrooms was needing to be removed so he made sure to bring another trailer with more helpers. I was very satisfied with the attention and quick efficient work that they did.
My wife and I are both disabled combat Veterans. We recently had to move and were unable to move a very heavy glass table that was left to us. We were striking out getting any help in our local area, until I called ez load. They were exceptionally polite and helpful and were immediately willing to go FAR out of their way simply to help us even with their business being located nearly two hours from us. No stops, no problems, they just set us up for a pickup time for the very following day. Problem solved. Immediate solution with a single phone call.
