I always appreciate Ruby, she is one of the best drivers in the game. She is always so pleasant to interact with, she always asks if we have any returns when she brings parts to the shop I run. I wish Ruby would do a state wide training seminar for parts drivers. She’s just wonderful.

Horrible service. Big O Tire requested 1 light bulb and the they sent a lady twice with the wrong bulb and each trip took 20 minutes when they are 2 minutes down the road. Horrible horrible service.

Great store, they have a good selection of psrts and oil. Look for sale prices on oil online, it will save you some money.

I already don't like Napa because of past experiences but this interaction will be the last time I ever try to shop at any Napa. I had 3 Napa batteries in my RV when I bought it, they recently all went bad, 1 battery was under warranty. I took the 1 battery to this Napa and asked them to warranty it, they "tested" the battery, it read 12.8v and they said it was still good, I asked the salesman if he tested it under load and he said, "no, I checked the voltage and it's good." I explained that the battery wouldn't start my little Honda Fit, it can't be good. The Salesman told me because it reads good voltage they won't warranty it. I left and went across the street to Parts Authority where they tested the battery and it was NOT good, 12.8v but died under load. Unfortunately Parts Authority didn't have the batteries I needed. I went to batteries plus where they also tested the battery and it tested NOT good. I was ready to buy 2 batteries from Napa but because they refused to warranty my 1 battery they lost a sale. I will happily spend more money or wait for parts to never shop at Napa ever again.

Don't trust the website! Online inventory doesn't match what the store has. I have trusted the site and when I ask for the part they never have it.( 3xs) Plus the employees are rude, I had to say hello 3 times for a response. If you call your put on hold for ever. I understand that it's hard to be in retail but if you treat people with respect you will be respected. The person that "helped" me acted like I didn't know what I was asking for. Women can also, get dirty and be under a hood. He questioned me if I was sure on the engine on my truck. Dude, I special ordered my truck with a 6.2 engine!

I stopped in while on vacation and needed a part for my truck. Very knowledgable staff and everyone was super friendly. I don't live in the area but if I'm ever passing through the area again and need something I know where I'm going! Thanks for the great service!

I have been a customer there for 5 years, I have never been disrespected by a man in my whole life the way West the owner did. I will never go there again. Bad service to the fullest. I called and talked to an employee, he said I had a life time warranty, when I got there West would not except it. Vulgar language is not exceptional when you own a business.

NAPA always got things that no other parts store has or even heard about! Parts are always quality, and this time it was a half price online monthly promotion! Paid online, picked up in store within a couple of hours. Quick and easy! Will have to do that again soon!

I've shopped here for 20 years and staff has always been pleasant and helpful in every way. NOT NOW! Went yesterday with a 12V battery I bought there last July; it was not holding a charge; I had the sales receipt. Young man, Albert, was not at all attentive and grumbled that he would have to test it (charge it and put a load tester on it) and I could come back in 1/12 hours. Went back and he said in a somewhat snarly way that it tested fine; nothing wrong with the battery. I asked for the battery and my paperwork back and he had to dig my paperwork out of the trash can! I should have made him show me how it tested because I got it home and put my multimeter on it and it was only 11.2V. Took it back today, same guy was the only one available, and I explained it's a bad battery. He didn't even re-test the battery! and said they didn't have this model in stock and would have to order it to be in Monday. Another guy, on the phone the whole time but obviously listening in said "You should have called to see that we had it before coming" which yes, I suppose I could have but it's a standard 12V battery. So Monday I will make my 3rd trip (60 miles R/T) to get it. And they're using a prorated warranty saying the full warranty is 3 months (I thought I read online it was 12 months so now I'll have to look that up again to see if they are cheating me) so I'll have to pay $50 more for a $100 battery that lasted about 6 months. And that will be my last trip to this Napa; lots of other auto parts stores in this town and I won't put up with rude service at this one.

Went in orederd a clutch sold me the wrong one 4 times !!! 4 times!!!! Finally gave my money back after a week and a half of back and forth with them and told me to go somewhere else should of told me this the 1st time!

I called looking for oil and filters for two different cars twenty minutes before closing time. The man who answered the phone looked up all of the info we needed and boxed everything up for me. All I had to do was come and pick things up. The employees there were kind and polite. I will absolutely be back again.

Helpful, friendly staff. Only problem is they have a very rough parking lot and it has a very steep entrance. It is also not handicap accessible as the entrance is on an awkward hill with a narrow walkway.

The staff here has a great deal of knowledge and expertise that you won't find at the other part stores in town. They tend to be a little on the busy side for the number of staff they have, but I would still rather wait a little and go here compared to any other place in Santa Fe.

So sad when a small awesome store gets bought out by a large company.napa does charge more than their competition but I never minded because I felt they had better parts.not so I purchased a lifetime warranty center carrier bearing a couple years ago for a truck that gets driven rarely it went out and when I went get a new one they did not have me in their computer. Why did they put my information in if they would not honor the warranty. Goodbye napa hello AutoZone
