I'll try to delete this post - I accidentally reviewed the wrong place and I have no experience with Mr. G's Pro Tow though they seem like nice enough people in their response to my negative review towards another tow truck company in Santa Fe
Parked at the Santa Fe Brewing Company for an event and my car sank into a culvert. AAA summoned B & G Towing to dispatch them to our site.
We couldn't have been served by a more professional and polite associate named Sean ( Shawn).
He apologized for the late arrival on a busy Saturday evening. He checked to make sure there wasn't any additional damage or leaks to the undercarriage of our vehicle.
Within 10 minutes we were on our way.
Our transmission blew 8 miles from our AirBnB destination in Santa Fe, in the dark morning hours of Thanksgiving day. We barely made it but were able to park, cook & share a meal with our St Johns College student as a family. However we needed to rent a vehicle and towing and salvaging service to take care of our car and get back to CO the next day. Brian from Mr G's was the only place we cold-called to actually show up when promised. We entrusted him to handle some issues out of state. He kept him promises and did exactly what we had agreed. His integrity keeping his word was priceless when we were in a jam & could've easily been ripped off. Respect to Brian as a man of his word. For us, Mr G's came through when trustworthiness mattered most.
