Kristian (yes his name is the same as mine) was awesome. He did and awesome job on working with me on this repair (actually it was 2 different repairs but same trip). He did a fantastic job of keeping me apprized of the repair status and progress throughout my vehicles time there at the shop. The repair itself was awesome. Looks better than it did when I bought the truck. Seriously.

Did a great job on hail damage with a few imperfections that need to be fixed after painted like dripping clear coat. Only concern is my dash cam was messed with and memory was cleared and doesnt work the same, not sure why that happen but makes me skeptical now. ***Update: Owner wanted me to contact per review and going on 3 weeks with no response. My car speakers have been sounding distorted/blown and come to find out there are 2 new devices added to my vehicle without my permission and shop was only other party to have my keys/access to my vehicle, I spoke in person with manager and he was defensive and took ZERO accountability. Beware of this shop and the shady stuff they do with our vehicles under their care. I will be reporting them to insurance and BBB since they damaged my vehicle and figured i wouldn't notice!

They did very good work on my car the first time I took it there, only complaint was the timeline kept getting pushed back. Tried to schedule service there again and the booking desk told me I could get an assessment at any location and repair at another. They would not accept an assessment done by the Eagle Ranch location and wanted me to waste time on another one before booking. Their main desk told me they had an appointment available but the location said they didn’t have one for weeks. Frustrating to get different answers from the same company but at least the other location seems more helpful.

They never could fix our vehicle. We were rear ended and they basically just swapped the bumper. The top of the bumper is popping out, we have an intermittent signal and the passenger side that they can’t figure out. And they gave us our car back without programming the bumper sensors so all the lights on the dash were on. So we’re stuck with a half repaired vehicle and they refuse to fix it. Stay away from this company. We’ve gone back to get it fixed and they brush us off. Very frustrating.

My name is Rick McDonald, I had my 2023 F-150 in for repairs, it was a pretty good hit and it was in their shop for a month. I was dealing with Matt and he is a good guy, he updated me regularly and his estimate on time was right on . The truck looked great when I got it back. However I kept hearing a rattle when driving and thought it was all the yard tools I carry in the bed ? Anyway I emptied the bed and still heard it. I crawled under the side that was damaged which was the left rear. Couldn’t find anything. Then about a month later I decided to hand wash and wax my truck . Well when I was wiping it down I found the taillight very loose and kinda flopping. So I took the two bolts out to see what was up. There are two little push on clips that go in the holes for the front part of the light. There were no clips installed ! There are two studs on the taillight that push into the clips holding it in they were never put in . I have an assortment of clips and handled it fairly easily. What bothers me is that whoever installed the light knew very well it wasn’t right and didn’t take the time to find and install them. It’s the details of any job that matter ! It was such a simple thing . Someone got in a hurry or just didn’t care . That’s not cool. Overall I’m happy with them and their work, but whoever does the final inspection should have caught this. Well they have my number and can call me if they want to. I’ve left a message and have heard back yet .

The repair was excellent but it was the customer service that stole the show! Matt Baca took me in, called my insurance company, and that was all I needed to do. I was absolutely amazed! He even had my paint job redone because he wasn't happy with the first effort. Highly recommended!!

I am 100% disappointed and frustrated. Was told my car was finished, but when I went to pick it up the color was off and did not match the rest of the car with a darker color it is noticeable and now my rear bumper does not match the rest of the car. On top of that, I had vinyl strips on the car that were not replaced and when I asked why, they said, oh we didn’t know you wanted us to put those back on. I responded with the car had them when it came in, my car came in one way and one color now it leaves 2 different colors without the vinyl. I took the car in for a small repair nothing major, and now I regret taking it in. I am super frustrated. The guy said they could try to repaint it and match it better but that it could come out worse than what it is now, what seriously, not what any customer wants to hear from a professional auto body shop. The guy said he would research and call me back about what they can do about the paint and have someone install the vinyl, picked up the car on Friday at about 3 and now it’s now mid day Thursday and still no call. Resolutions for something that is not complete should be a priority, especially when it’s been paid for. Not sure what the outcome of all this will be but as of now the car sits in the garage, and I am definitely not a satisfied customer! One positive note is that the staff was very nice.

My experience with the work and customer service was great. My vehicle looks as good as new. The reason I gave 4 stars is because On the spot detail, a third party detailed, damaged my passenger seat while detailing it. I’m still waiting to hear from Crash Champions in regards to this issue.

No communication whatsoever, do. Ot return calls, missing aftermarket parts, switched parts, random flashing lights..., I won't be back but the paint work seems ok

Its a little early to tell its been only 2 days since I got my truck back, so far it seems great. Customer service I have to mention D’Metrius R. is a very professional young man who went above and beyond, he kept me informed all the time and knows how to handle his work. He selected one of his best techs to work on my truck. I wish everyone in Crash Champions RR all the best. Thank all again.

I originally submitted a requested review to Crash Champions, which was less than stellar. Unfortunately, this did not prompt any response from Crash Champions, as I think they know they fell short of expectations. If you have a completely stock vehicle that needs body work, such as fender repair and paint, Crash Champions seem to do a pretty good job. I say pretty good, because I found paint tape under a Fender Liner End Cap when I was repairing their inability to put the Fender End Cap back on properly. The replaced window vents were not installed properly and are already coming off the vehicle, less than a month out of the shop. The bottom line is the workers are in too much of a rush. When I picked up my vehicle, the side steps were supposed to have been replaced. What I found was the sidestep that was damaged completely missing, devoid of any new replacement sidestep, and the sidestep on the undamaged side of the vehicle with the old unreplaced sidestep. The steering rack was installed improperly, creating a overly tight steering wheel response. In the middle of the steering wheel movement, there is a dead-spot, which indicates an improperly adjusted steering rack. The installation of the steering shaft had the steering CV boot rubbing up against a sensor for the Water pump, which would have caused premature failure of the CV boot. Now, should I take these issues back to the same place that failed to install them properly? Nope. I fixed these issues myself, so that I know they have been fixed properly. Crash Champions has stated they have a lifetime warranty for their work for as long as you own the vehicle. Great, I would trust that warranty to the paint work, and nothing else. The mechanics doing any kind of work on steering racks are in too much of a hurry to do the job properly. Overall, I would not go back to Crash Champions for any kind of mechanical work.

This is a great place to take your vehicle for a collision repairs. I've always known that the shop is excellent. The customer service is unbelievable from a young lady by the name of Alyssa. She is very young. She knows collision side of a vehicle. Glad to see a young lady involved in the industry and the entire staff. There obviously did an excellent job of my car. I highly recommend this shop to anybody out there. The general manager also Anthony very great. Here's to the entire staff at crash champions hopefully this email gets out to the entire staff. My vehicle suffered extended damage due to an accident. I selected Crash Champions in Rio Rancho because of the positive reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. Ernie Madrid did an excellent job in keeping me updated twice weekly on the progress. Upon completion, my vehicle looked as beautiful as ever. I highly recommend Crash Champions in Rio Rancho. Ask for Ernie!!

My son brought his car here to get it repaired and I was fascinated by their professionalism and the work ..afterwards I had an accident and I definitely took my car to the same place, they made me feel like a special clientThe work they did was fantastic. My car looks like new, as if nothing had happened. , I definitely recommend them 10/10

This is probably the best, most professional, and friendliest body and auto repair shop I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From Olga's friendly/attentive and greeting/scheduling to Ernie's expertise in body estimates and auto mechanics to Justin, the auto technician, who's work ethic and ability is outstanding. I would recommend this shop as a "First Stop" for any auto repairs you may need.

My name is Ana Chacon, I got a call from crash champions on oct 10th saying my truck was ready to be picked up when I was on my way to picked up I received a call 2 minutes before I arrived saying they weren’t available to give me my truck because no body was there and my truck was already in the back, I still went and when I arrived my truck was outside and he keep telling me my truck was in the back no body was there and everything was a complete lie, I saw everybody there including my truck outside, I got very upset because he lie to my face, I paid my deductible, I left home and I notice a couple of things wrong with my truck, I called Glenn he told me to go back Monday so I went Monday he took my truck for a ride we talked about the thing the are wrong. This is a poor work for more than 21k that you got paid from my insurance using after market parts, when my trucks was all original with OEM parts before my collision. I’m not happy I will not be happy I’m very disappointed with the customer service, the service, the work, the materials come on my truck is new i should’ve took it somewhere else. Plus I never sign a damage waiver I picked it up and my windshield is all cracked like come on what do you do for leaving this type of work. I want my truck how it was before my collision this is not right they took too long to fixed it. I will do what ever I have to do to get it done right.

Our vehicle was towed in after an accident, where it sat for nearly two weeks before it was looked at. Meanwhile, we were exhausting our rental coverage through our insurance. The guy in charge of our repairs went on vacation for two weeks, so the front desk just gave us the impression that our repairs were in limbo while we waited for his return. We did get service “updates” semi-regularly, but those consisted of “your vehicle is disassembled and we’re waiting on parts”. The repairs are odd… the hood doesn’t lay flush with the body and the underside of the replaced panel just looks unfinished. We won’t recommend this location. The lady at the front desk said that they are the only place that insurance companies have available to recommend, so they’re backed up… not accurate. There were a lot of options. We just chose them because they’re a new shop, looked professional and were in a convenient location. Never again.

Unfortunately we did not have a better than average experience. Gabriel was great and professional but we had to return for minor work three different times and still work not really complete as needed. Failure to install wiper blade correctly caused metal on glass etchings and yet to remedy. Company recommended by Progressive insurance and more difficulty with rental cars in conjunction with auto body work. There needs to be better continuity between progressive, rental car companies, and crash champions. Really too much work and time needed as a customer to get the desired outcome. Attention to detail is needed. And I still need my rear windshield fixed

We got hit by a truck that pushed us into the vehicle in front of us. They gave an estimate for the damage on both ends, even though the front was minor we still wanted it repaired. They were super friendly about it. Unlike the other repair shop went to first, who was rude. They did a great job on the repair and they kept me updated throughout the process. There’s even an enterprise station in the building so my rental was there waiting for me. They even picked up and vacuumed inside my van, which is no easy task because I have 4 kids, 3 dogs and chickens that routinely ride in the van.
