Had brake work done. They got me in quickly, explained exactly what was going on, and did the repair perfectly. You can tell when someone knows what they’re doing, and these folks do. Very pleased!
Had my brake pads replaced a few weeks ago.
No longer working.
The owner called me and asked to take the car back.
Mechanic had left the brake alarm wire loosely installed and after a few miles it had come off. It was fixed at no extra charge.

Their prices are fair and the workmanship is top-notch. Even though they were backed up Yesterday when I told them I couldn’t take another day off they got my car back to me the same day. Rancho Imports have always been good to work with when it comes to wear and tear on your vehicle. I took in my Toyota a year ago for a complete overhaul as I was giving it to my son who lives in Ohio. He has been very satisfied with the vehicle. I recently took in my Buick Enclave and they did a wonderful job. Thanks for the great work you do. And thank you Mike, for explaining all the details of the work without making me feel like a female who knows nothing about cars.

I feel like they notice the details - they even noticed that our light bar cord was hanging out the side and gave us some hooks/material to tie it down- they gave us a bag full with a note in our van. So thoughtful and it was hand written! Truly so sweet. I think they truly care and are so nice and are honest with what they will and won’t do up front.
In need of some new struts and linkage control arms on my 2006 BMW 330i series car, I would WHOLE HEARTEDLY recommend Rio Rancho Imports as they were able to get the work done by a Qualified group of Mechanics that took the time to do the job in a clean responsable manner. If you can afford to wait for an appointment, I think that you will surely find that the wait was worth it. And the cost for said repairs was in line with pricing from other shops in the area, but the workmanship is FAR and ABOVE many other shops in the city of Rio Rancho. EXCELLENT JOB! 5/5 STARS ALL DAY!

I took my VW Golf to Rio Rancho Imports to check the air conditioning system that was blowing warm air. They recharged the unit and now it blows very cold. The guys asked me to bring it back in two weeks to check for leaks and I thought that was over and above what any other garage would do. Without additional charge my car was cleared with no leaks. I’ve trusted Randy and his crew for years now and I highly recommend them.
Excellent service! They were able to get me in same day and quoted a diagnostic fee. They called me later the same day to tell me what was wrong and the diagnostic took less time then expected so they adjusted the price to reflect. All the services I had them do were well priced.
We took our volvo into another repair shop. We were told that they didn't have the tools to work on our vehicle. I then called Rio Rancho imports and asked the gentleman if they had the tools to work on my vehicle. I told him what happened at the other shop. I was told yes they do. We made an appointment, took it in, then were called saying what the issue was and they don't have the tools to work on it. When picking up the vehicle I explained again that the only reason why we took the vehicle to them was because I was told they had the tools to work on it. The gentleman apologized but still charged us a diagnostic fee. The owner sent my husband a text asking how the service went. I replied telling him what happened. He apologized. We then took the vehicle to a 3rd repair shop, Independent volvo services. They were able to repair the vehicle without any special tools. They said some of the volvo models need a special tool but ours did not. My husband called the owner at Rio Rancho imports. He again apologized but didn't refund our diagnostic fee. Randy, in reference to your response. If I was told that your company didn't do that type of work, I would've taken it somewhere else. The repair did not require special tools as we were told and also didn't require any disassemble to the engine.
I found this little car repair shop and decided to take the car in. I wanted a tire alignment. There were other little things found that needed attention.Parts were put in and one, in particular, was an after market part that the mechanic was not sure I would like. As it turns out, they replaced it and were kind enough not to charge for installation. It made all the difference. They did a brilliant job. I love little shops like this where they such pay attention to the needs of the car. Everyone at this shop is friendly and very competent. They were also kind enough to give me a lift back to the house when the LYFT car didn't show.
I have a slightly lowered '84 rabbit and was not sure if they were going to be able to align it. I took it in and they did a great job. Got the steering wheel to point straight up again and my car goes straight down the road. They took all the play out of the steering wheel. Very friendly. Reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.
The problem I got my vehicle back with is definitely not the same problem I took it in for which was also not fixed. I am not too happy with the service I received and I unfortunately will not be taking my vehicles back. My issue was electrical. I was told the fix the was unplugging the radio fuse. I get my vehicle back with radio fuse disconnected plus a whole other unrelated issue I absolutely did not take it in with. Oh and conveniently a belt broke during the diagnose that I was charged to repair. I was not shown the broken belt. I was told the fix for the new issue was spark plugs. Weird since I just had those done 2 months ago. Now I now need to pay someone else to fix both issues . I also got a text to ask how my service was and when I relayed the info above they did not even bother with a response. Had I received a response I would not of felt the need to leave this review. Wont be back.
I just made my first appointment with this shop. I’m new to Albuquerque and have been looking for a trustworthy, reasonably priced shop to service my wife’s 2014 CLA250 Benz and I no longer trust the local dealer for several reasons. Just from talking to Tyler over the phone, I can tell they care about their customers. The other shops I’ve called so far sound like robots and are just as expensive as the dealer. Their reviews here are great (even the “bad ones” aren’t bad) and I’m pretty excited to have found a family owned import shop. Most of our friends and family w/ Benzs just use the dealership and couldn’t recommend a local shop so I’m excited to tell them about Rio Rancho Imports of all goes well.
DO NOT go to this shop for repairs, they are lairs and thiefs. My wife got an estimate to replace our AC condenser (it had a hole in it). Imports gave her an estimate of $700 part and labor. We dropped the vehicle off yesterday morning, We get a phone call from imports in the afternoon, and guess what now to replace the Condenser it is going to cost $1,000. Some people would call that BAIT AND SWITCH. We told them no way, we are going to pick up the car and we are not paying a service charge for doing nothing. The owner called and said he would do it for $800 ($100 more than orginal estimate). So I placed a yelp review about his bait and switch. Well that hurt his the owners feelings, so he called back and said he would not work on our car. (that was fine with me). So I updated the review. Then he called my wife and said he would fix the car if take down the review. My wife asked me to take it down so I did. They keep our car over night. The owner then calls my wife this morning and says he decided not to work on our car, because of a truthful review of his con_artist business, after I took the review down. So in one day of inter action with imports. We had them lie to us 3 times. 1. The estimate, they lied about that. 2. Said they would fix car for $800 not $700 and tried to make it like we were getting a deal, it never happened. 3. Then even after taking down the honest review, the owner decide he was not going to fix our vehicle. This was import trying very hard to take advantage of couple on a fixed income (scum of the earth). DO NOT TRUST these con artists. And I dare the owner to despute any of this review. He won't because it is all true!!
This shop is fabulous! I have owned a Fiat for three years, and until I found Rio Rancho Imports, the car was nothing but a continual headache. The staff at Rio Rancho Imports is great - friendly and professional and the mechanics are able to keep the car running in tip top shape. So glad I found this great shop.

I was very pleased with my experience at Rio Rancho Imports; they were referred to me by a friend and I am happy to pass on the referral. The staff was friendly and courteous, and listened to my concerns about the problems I was having with my car. The work was completed on time (early, actually), as agreed, and at a reasonable price. I will call them again if/when My vehicle needs further service
Great experience with Rio Rancho Imports. I took my Audi A4 in for a leaking transmission output shaft and also asked them to give the car a general inspection to look for other issues. They called me the next day with all the issues they found, offered me pricing and recommendations but never pressured me. They were very straightforward and open. I authorized the repairs I wanted done and they gave me a timeline for the repairs. When one part was late being delivered they called to let me know, but were still able to complete the repairs on time. Prices were very reasonable for the repairs completed and they actually came in a little under what they quoted me. They were very pleasant to deal with and did a terrific job on my Audi. When it was all done the owner texted me personally asking for my feedback and if there was anything they can do better. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend them.
When the hybrid battery in my Prius finally died, I had to take it in. I was dreading everything about this encounter, but Rio Rancho Imports behaved with professionalism, respect, and transparency. This shop is fantastic. They are courteous, friendly, communicate well, and above all else, professional. I never felt patronized or belittled, despite not being particularly versed in mechanics. The maintenance check is free and each problem was explained individually, including specific error codes and suggested solutions for problems, and I had the chance to figure out exactly what work I wanted to get done, what schedule it would be on, and before anything happened I had a pretty good idea of what the cost would be. Not having surprises at an auto repair shop is a new experience!

Randy the owner went on the test drive with me to disgnose the issue. He has years of experience and has worked at Toyota dealerships in the past which my truck being a Toyota tunda is. Jason the service advisor was outstanding also. I made an appointment and within the hour of dropping it off they had the issue repaired. This service center is the best I have dealt with in many years. Both of these men had terrific and most friendly personalities and our conversation was an added bonus. This service center comes with my highest recommendation for quality, reliability, timeliness, and overall pleasant experience. My best to this team.
I have been taking my vehicles to Randy and his crew since they opened. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They are honest, reasonably priced and stand behind their work. They keep track of maintenance required and recalls on all my vehicles so I don't have to worry about it. I hope they NEVER RETIRE!! I truly don't know what I'd do without them!!
Cannot say enough good things about this place! I brought in a custom and complicated truck issue to the guys at the shop and they quickly accommodated me and started tearing into the issue.
I was in a jam on a road trip and within a couple days my truck issues were gone and I’ve been able to carry on! They are also more than fair and keep you in the loop so there’s never a question or worry to be had.
If I’m ever in the area again I’ll be sure to stop by for a check up. I highly recommend them!
