I called and asked for a tow for exactly 4 miles and was charged 175. Although I appreciate the timeliness of getting to me within 30 minutes. I just believe I was a severely over charged for such a short service.

The tears are streaming down my face as I sat stranded at the side of the road with a blown tire. Jr pulled up to me asking if he could help. I felt guilty but he insisted. Jr had the spare put on in minutes. I don't have any extra cash on me but I have a pizza in the car which I offered. He declined. He told me to relax, enjoy my pizza and have a good night. He told me I was special and he did it because his Daddy thought him right. He sure did!! Thank you Jr.

My starter went out on my car. I called a tow company for help and they told me it'll be 30 to 45 min arrival. Waited patiently then called them back and was told another 30 to 45 mins because the driver was picking up another vehicle! I had waited almost 2 hours, getting frustrated I cancelled my order with the original tow company. Got in touch with Tow Daddy and doggone they arrived in 10 mins! Shawn hooked up my car and delivered it back to my sister's home. In the future I'll look to them for service. Look them up. Thanks a million!
I got in a car-totaling wreck, and they came to get the car onsite. Junior was the one to get the vehicle, and he was incredibly kind. A few days later, I went by the tow yard to get some belongings from my vehicle, and Sean (or Shawn) greeted us and was very accommodating and kind as well. Highly recommend them if you are in need of a towing service. I know I will be using them in the future if I ever need a towing service.

Tow daddy is a great company‼. My past experiences from a towing company were always with hesitency to help . Not at tow Daddy ‼. They all have been so accommodating, especially. Sean , I probably drove him crazy because I came later than expected but he was always very kind. Helpful. Went the extra mile‼. Thank you for all the generous help ‼
They are an AWESOME tow company would give 10 stars if could. Very kind & caring.Junior was very kind to my granddaughter when her jeep liberty was in a wreck & totaled. He let them get stuff out of it before he towed it away. Had a chance to meet his father today & he was also very caring. I called to get my car towed and the guy I talked to helped me pre-diagnose my car and recommended I try getting a friend or a nice stranger to jump start. If that didn't work, he also reminded me to verify if my car insurance covered roadside assistance. I was able to jump start my car. Thanks to these guys, I saved money. If I do need my car towed in the future, I'm calling here.

My car was mistakenly towed to Tow Daddy, LLC yesterday. Without getting into the excruciating details of how this came about, suffice it to say that the whole ordeal was handled in a friendly, honest and extremely professional manner by the company. My hope is to never have to use a towing company again. That said, if the situation did arise, I would absolutely utilize them as well as recommend them to friends and family. Tow Daddy is by far the best! Sean made me feel like family. He came to my rescue when no other tow companies would even pick up the phone on a late windy and rainy night. He responded with urgency and care because he understood that being alone on the side of highway is scary. Best service I have ever received from a business. I pray I never get stuck in that situation again but his number will be in my contacts and I am forever grateful for his service and making me feel like it would all be fine. Thank you so much Sean!
Tow daddy removed a flipped over car from our back yard professionally and with minimal additional damage. They know what they are doing and did a great job! Just a reminder why you don't drink and drive.
Mud puddle I should not have driven through. was not paying attention. I almost got myself out but then got stuck in hard. Called AAA J&E came out and said AAA does not pay enough pay me $250 or I leave. I did not have $250 he left. WOW. as you can see I had half a car length to get out and I was not in deep (I stopped as soon as I got stuck hard so I did not dig myself deeper) there is about 40-50ft of mud behind me.
After 3.5 hrs MORE waiting I gave up on AAA and started calling local listings on google maps. most numbers were bad. Tow Daddy Answered. $150. it was dark at night for a cold call we will be their in 15 minutes that is a reasonable fair price.
They were their in 15 minutes and without anyone even getting muddy had me out in under 5 minutes. They even came BACK UP 21st st (the road I said I would use to drive out of the area) to make sure I made it (unknown at time if it had a mud hole as well it did not) That is pretty darned cool and professional. They rock!
