Around October 2024 my girlfriends sister had an accident and they towed her car me and my girlfriends mom and her went to go inspect the sisters car bringing proof of ownership papers. But as we were looking the lady was getting defensive saying we can’t touch anything and that they didn’t touch the car. They claimed that the bumper fell off “making it hard to tow it” when the bumper did not fall off they PULLED IT OFF so they could claim that it was not in working condition so they could take it, offering $100 for it, we then could inspect the car and we told them there was around $260 in the center console and they said “we didn’t see any money” but earlier they said they didn’t or couldn’t inspect the car? We later left to go get money to buy the car back which was $500 and when we came back we started searching for the money and the lady helped us look and pulled out a FAKE $100 bill that was “stuffed under the seat” and then later on we found $60 still in the center console that they left. I never talked about this before because I thought there was really no point because we weren’t gonna get anything back from them. But this real life scenario is to prevent this from happening to others, do not trust these two faced ignorant people EVER all they want is money, all they do is lie, all they do is everything but helping the people they are supposed to help while working with the RRPD is insane.
RATING A 5 FOR ATTENTION.......Did the service work without notifying me of the charge until after the work was completed I was pressed for time and short on cash and just paid it to avoid the headache. I left feeling like it was my fault I didn't know of the charge.
I was dumb enough to get myself stuck and they got me out in less than 20 minutes after calling and only charged me half of what was quoted!! Awesome tow company

This Company J & E Towing is one of the best, companies around. I think these guys can do it all. They have the most kind, respectful and knowledgeable drivers. I had to call for a tow to move a vehicle for a friend. Not only were they on time when they said they would be there, the asked me what was going on with the vehicle. They took the time to help me and looked over my vehicle, gave me advice. They tried to give me a jumpstart at first. Then told me my starter was sticking, they poked around and got the vehicle going. I tried everything I could and that didn’t work. These guys came and it worked. I had them tow the vehicle anyway. They were kind and even gave me a slight discount because I still used them even though the vehicle was running. I will recommend them any day
My car was totaled by a woman who ran a stop sign. When I went to get all of my belongings, they had thrown ALL of the broken glass, sharp broken chrome and filth from the street all over the inside my car, making a horrible experience even that more horrible. TWO WORDS: TRASH BAGS!!
This is a fantastic company. The customer service was perfect the women answering the phone was very kind and helpful. The tow truck showed up exactly when eta was stated and the driver could not have been more nice or more professional. We will only be using this company from now on.
Towing companies often deal with customers who are having one of the worst days possible. That was not the case for me. I needed a truck moved from one location to another. I let the dispatcher know I was in no hurry and just needed to know when to meet the driver. I expected a couple of hours wait. Less than an hour later I received a call from Esteban (may be spelled incorrectly). We arranged to meet and he arrived exactly when promised. I was impressed at his professional approach, his friendliness and most of all his expertise.
I am writing this review 45 minutes after Esteban called me. My truck is perfectly placed in my somewhat steep driveway and I am happy. I would heartily recommend the business for their professionalism and responsiveness. It was a totally painless experience.
GPS took my daughter down a dirt road which was much softer than it looked and got stuck. Called insurance for a winch tow and they couldn't find a provider who would take it. Called around and J&E was at our location in 20 minutes. Jerry G. got us unstuck quickly and gave us a very fair price! Highly recommend these guys!

Honestly I never write reviews but I felt like in this case it was a must. My car was pretty banged up and prior to calling other tow companies they weren’t much help but when I called J&E Towing he was extremely helpful with my vehicle and I saved a bunch of money due to that. I would totally recommend
I’ve had to call J&E towing a few times, and they are always there on time and super cool.. One of the Drivers named Jerry was very nice and gave me a ride to the place my car was towed. I would greatly recommend This company . When I call triple AAA I request them plus they never keep you waiting long , they come right away :)
Very professional and courteous! I was stranded 20 Miles out of town over the weekend. The dispatcher and the driver were both very kind and helpful. Also very affordable and didn’t price gouge due to location or the weekend. I will definitely use this company again.
Our car broke down and we were stranded. Called around and nobody would take us. Called J&E and they responded quickly and they were super super kind. Reasonable pricing and we called them again a week later to tow the car to the shop! Highly recommend!

My husband and I contacted J&E towing to tow our Can Am Spyder as we needed to have it serviced and we had not rode for awhile to R&S service I called ahead to service department, when the tow driver arrived at R&S we were refused service due to the year of the motorcycle 2008, they did not even suggest where or who could service it although we had spent thousands with R&S leaving us no choice but to have it towed back, J&E were so very professional and worked with us to get it back to our home, of course we paid for the tow as that was only fair, but they worked with us on the cost of having to tow it back. I am hoping we can work on towing it to our now home in Peralta, NM as we have sold our home in Albuquerque and need to take it there to find someone to service it later. Thank you to the very professional tow driver, the receptionist, and Owner/Manager of this Tow Co. we will use them in the future and give the 5 stars for the service.
After the fourth toeing company, J&E answered was super friendly and awesome. Our tow truck driver Gabriel was amazing really friendly and nice! We will definitely be using you again in the future if the need arises.

I was in a bad spot on coors by pass by Ellison with alot of traffic broke down. Andrew the driver was on point bringing the tow truck in, I thought it was going to cause a huge back up, however he pulled it in, and loaded the vehicle with ease. Their towing service was available at the odd time of day we needed it. Driver came right out after he finished an earlier job. He was very polite , knowledgeable, and quick with his work. I really appreciated him after my fiasco. Would highly recommend!
Terrible service, we waited an hour and missed a call, called back 2 mins later and they cancelled the service leaving me and my kids stranded on the side of the road! Then to respond with some condescending response to my review only reflects the terrible service. If you were trying to help you would have waited more than 2 mins to cancel, or try to text. You are not trying to help people, you are just trying to make as much money as you can. If you cared you this wouldn’t have happened.what a joke, I will be filing an official complaint with aaa as well.
J&E Towing is a family-run business - husband/wife/son. These are the most customer-service friendly business that I have experienced in a long time. My son was in an accident on HWY 550 early in the morning (1:00 am). They towed his car and then met with us to discuss his options. Not only did they suggest the most appropriate dissolution of the situation, they also walked us through the whole process and patiently waited while my son gathered his belongings and said 'good-bye' to his first car. The fee was exceptionally reasonable and well within my son's budget. Thank you so much for the care that you took with my son and me. I am forever grateful for your service during this difficult time.
Our car was towed by this company after an accident. Very moved by the customer service we received. My initial phone call was well received by the lady who answered the call. After identifying my vehicle, her first response was to ask about the well being of the individual/individuals involved which we responded that he was ok and her response of I'm glad he's ok felt really sincere. It didn't stop there , the gentleman who towed the vehicle was there at the time and was very helpful in helping us to retrieve our belongings from the car, crawling through the mangled vehicle to retrieve as much as he could . Thank you J&E !!! We really appreciate your help especially in this stressful time.
The interlock device I'm straddled with had been malfunctioning for weeks. I'd been told I needed a costly reset, but my local shot couldn't squeeze me in before my device was scheduled to implode. I drove twice as long to get to J&E, but they were so friendly, accommodated my crazy schedule, and even updated the settings on my device to help get me going more quickly in the mornings. Bonus = I didn't need the reset after all! I am going to J&E from now on. The excellent, knowledgeable service is worth the drive.
Was linked with this tow service via AAA and was blown away by how great they were. I needed help towing a family member who was unable to drive due to a medical episode and the dispatcher was very understanding. She got in touch with a driver who understood how scared and alone this person was and was able to prioritize getting to them.
The driver was polite and courteous and identified himself when he arrived. The dispatcher even called to confirm the driver had arrived.

Totally impressed. This is the best towing company I have ever have done business with. When I called for information for a tow I was impressed with how soon they were going to be able to help me. When the driver arrived he was nice and was reassuring that he would be able to tow my vehicle. I grew up around the towing/car industry and I appreciate this company. One of the best towing experiences I have had. The woman on the phone was super friendly and very helpful. She was able to get me a tow quickly bc a truck opened up. My wifes car died yesterday and we were not sure where to tow it to. Called these guys and had it towed to our house. They arrived VERY quick and the driver was very courteous, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Very nice. Today, we needed a tow to the dealership after we figured out the location. Called them back and I swear they were at our house in 10 minutes or less. We were so shocked. Different driver this time and all the same attributes! If we ever need another tow in the future, we will not be using a different company. These folks are awesome!!! Thank you very much for helping us!
I am a professional at locking my keys in my car and J&E towing has come to my rescue more times than I would like to admit. I use AAA roadside assistance and J&E is their private contractor. Every time I have needed assistance, the service providers are always FAST and professional. I recommend J&E for all your towing or roadside needs!
Woke up to a dead battery, Thank goodness I have AAA. Andrew Antonen was dispatched to my apartment. He arrived promptly, was so professional and respectful. After towing me to American tire, I was talking to another customer there. I told her what outstanding customer service Andrew gave. We both agreed it's a rarity to get customer service from young people. But this young man proved otherwise. Good luck Andrew, with your work ethic you will go far. BUT TODAY I drove 1/2 mile and my front bumper is falling off. It had to be the tow truck, putting in a battery could not do that. I called J&E and I won't mention his name coped an attitude. So I called AAA, it will take 5-7 days before they can help. Meanwhile I can't drive my car, or the bumper will fall off.
