Pro Tow came through for me in the middle of the night when AAA wouldn't. Joe, my tow operator, was siper nice. They even worked with AAA to help me get reimbursed. Recommended!!!
Difficult to get a hold of. Tried to get my vehicle out on Friday but no one was in office. Called the Farmington location and the ladies there were kind enough to try to help us get ahold of someone. We waited almost the whole day before we decided to try again another day. Called on Sunday and finally someone answered. As a customer who is paying a lot of money to get a vehicle out, you would think we would be helped fast, that was not the case, I had to wait until they finished their errand before meeting me. They tried to tell me the weekend fee was $100 extra when I was told it was $50 extra on Friday.
then are the worst. May ipods pro went missing when my bag was in the car and I looked up the location and it was near 7/11 by the old laundry Mat. they dig through the vehicles. stay away.
Quick, very polite, no excuses, dispatched immediately. They hauled my truck 12 miles home and set it right where I could work on it. The tire shop down the road wouldn't even try dispatching a driver even though they were all present in the shop, so don't go there wanting immediate service, besides im paying, i want service not a lecture. Protow had just completed a haul to kirtland and they headed straight to my site. My truck is a lifted crew chevy and it was no problem at all for them.
Unprofessional services with poor customer relations, no return calls to verify services requested, and most of all, not willing to help with towing personal vehicle. Guess, company would rather concentrate on DWI people!
