Hit one of I-40s famous potholes near the state line and snapped a leaf spring on my travel trailer. Got towed, spent a night in Tucumcari, and got back on the road by 11am the next morning with new leaf springs and tires for a very reasonable price.

We are very pleased with the service received from Jack’s. Our travel trailer had a blowout at midnight on I40. Unfortunately I didn’t have a Jack or any way to get the old tire off and the spare on(new RV’er, lesson learned). Called several companies and no one wanted to help. Jack’s sent someone out within the hour. Got us moving again. We stopped by his shop the next morning and had all 4 tires replaced. Quick and easy, we were back on the road. I would not hesitate to take my rig to Jack’s. Thank you!

We needed a new starter for our Newmar DutchStar and they replaced the exhaust flex pipe. Outstanding customer service, incredible fair pricing and amazing and skillful service providers. The mechanics and front office staff were pleasant and easy to work with. Special thanks to Roy for coming out yesterday afternoon and this morning to get our diesel started. Be proud folks for a job expertly done. Our sincerest thanks and appreciation.

We had a problem with the slide-out on our RV. Though they do not repair slide-outs, they found a solution to our problem and made it possible for us to safely continue our trip. I should also mention they were quick to address the situation and we were in and out in less then 10 minutes.

I was driving a trailer from LA to Michigan and blew a tire twice before hitting Amarillo. Roy, Isaiah and jack got me back on the road. Isaiah noticed an issue while checking air pressure that led to the fix. These guys spent the morning on springs and alignment and got me back to Michigan with no other issues. I feel I paid a very fair price, and they had an all hands on deck approach to getting me back on the road. But Roy did a bulk of the job and was a beast. Thank you!

Incredible service! Both people I that helped me were very kind getting my truck unstuck from a mud pit. The pricing was also far better to anyone else I talked to, definitely use them over anyone else.

We pulled in around 4 pm with engine cooling issues. The guys at the shop were willing to help and looked at the truck right away. They had us out in about an hour without overcharging us for what we needed. Everyone there was so nice and friendly.

Everyone at Jack's Truck Repair was STELLAR! We are traveling back home to Ohio with our 5th wheel, which is our home. My husband starts a job there soon and we found ourselves in need of a mechanic. They got us in, fixed, and on the road in a couple hours, for a very fair price!! Thanks everyone!!!

Stay away from this shop. Was there for 3hrs today to get a oil and fuel filter changed and also asked if they can do an inspection to make sure everything was good since it's blitz week. The only thing they did was the oil and fuel filters and charges 400$. They proceeded to tell me that they have to charge more bc they don't keep the parts in stock that they have to order it from oriley's. Speedco doesn't either and they charge less and actually do a full inspection and in less time. But after 3hrs of being here. I'm the one with the bad attitude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AT ALL COST.

Traveling to Utah our motorhome broke down in New Mexico. We were towed to Jack’s automotive repair. Great group of people incredibly honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend them. They worked hard to help us and did their best. We will forever appreciate them. Incredibly honest and they do what they say they will do.

On our way home from Utah to Florida, pulled into campsite with two flats. Pulled in shop next morning at 8am. Had us right in and fixed, back on the road . Very knowledgable and kind people . Highly recommend..

Huge blowout on I-40 due to a pot hole the size of the Grand Canyon nearly took our fender off! Couldn’t make it to an exit so family of 6 in our road trip loaded minivan on the side of busy I-40. I didn’t want to get out and try and make the repair myself as the position of the car wasn’t very safe (tilted on shoulder with semis flying by) AAA routed Jack’s to us and they arrived quickly (both the tech and the owner came!), made the swap to the spare and even double checked the inflation of the spare. Owner called a local tire shop as we were still 2-3 hours from a major city that could help us get the tire replaced on a Sunday. Can’t say enough good things about this business. Saved our family vacation and kept us safe in an uncomfortable situation. Thanks guys!

Stuck on the side of the road with a blown trailer tire and not the right tool. Comes to save us, and we decided to replace them and they had them in stock and did it immediately. Great service and advice! These people know what they are doing! Thank you so much a highly recommend

Excellence and professionalism are the best words to describe this place, they are focused on their mission: putting you back on the road asap, we came here with the same problem we had in WY( not resolved), the air compressor , and the delay was only waiting for the new one, but as soon as they got it, they were able to fix that issue, I think if every other shop had the same disposition to help when u need it, the roads were more safe! I want to mention too that the people here are extremely friendly and kind, they gave us a ride to get some food!The lady at the office called her son for help us! Really? So what else can I say: hope u never break down but if it happens, I hope u are near Jack’s Truck Repair, thank you guys!

As a female, honestly mechanics always make me suspicious especially when I’m not sure what is needed. Not Jacks Truck Repair, they are honest and fair. So willing to go step by step for my own understanding and never make me feel like I’m wasting their time. I have taken three vehicles for repair now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. The ladies in the office are always friendly and not bothered with phone calls for updates. My experience with Jack’s has been nothing but great. This is a business I would recommend to anyone. The community and travelers especially are lucky to have them!

It started with hitting a pothole on I40 just outside of Tucumcari, NM. AAA to the rescue...Jack's towing and truck service responded. Amazingly helpful!!! Truly an amazing bunch -- the tow truck operators, the mechanics, the women in the office. I was stranded. They took care of everything. Five stars is not enough.

New Year's Day, 2025, my husband and I broke down on i40 west of tucumcari. Jack's truck repair and towing were there within the hour to get us safely off of the highway. It turned out that we had a broken axle on our fifth wheel trailer. jessica was great to communicate with and placed the order for all of our parts, careful to make sure that all of the details were met. When the parts finally arrived, the whole crew worked to get us back on the road. I can't say enough good things about Jack's truck repair and towing. If you use them, you'll be in good hands.

Thank goodness for Jack's! Jessica and the mechanics were SUPER helpful. We had our RV trailer with 4 leaf springs destroyed and they were able to find the parts and repair it the same morning we brought it in. I come from a family who owns a successful heavy duty auto repair shop in Louisiana, where I worked at myself when I was young and was taught about honesty and integrity in the way you do business. This shop is great. The alternator in my Honda minivan died on the highway and I coasted into town. They sent a tow, brought me in, and had my van ready to go in 2 hours from the time I got to the shop. I’m a people watcher and kept chuckling while listening to the employees joke and work with each other. They kept a positive atmosphere and did great work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you!! When UHaul Packerland in Green Bay, WI put us on the road with a trailer that had a 3-year-old bald tire, Jack's came to the rescue. And FAST. My UHaul review is not as glowing, as you can imagine, but when the tire blew and the trailer dragged and started a brush fire along the US 40, Jack's was ON IT. They responded very fast and got us on our way. When UHaul Packerland couldn't care less about their customers, the damage done, and money spent by the County putting out a brush fire because of their incompetence, it's good to know that there are businesses like Jack's that care and are willing to work hard to make it right. Rented a uhaul car hauler from them to take to california. Staff was great. They even hooked it up to my truck for me so I could tow it and load the car up at the hotel down the street.
