Very responsive . Not only showed up quickly, very helpful at directing us to a great repair shop. Very reasonably priced for a tow, not like many gougers I've run into in the past. I would highly recommend them to anyone stuck anywhere around Alamogordo.
Broke down in the mountains with a trailer in tow near Cloudcroft on a Sunday around 4pm. They were there within the hour and towed my truck and trailer. Great fast service and great attitude, ready to help! Highly recommend!!

Alamo towing was awesome. I broke down in the middle of white sands right Infront of the mall. The sheriff officers called Alamo towing as I asked them to do. The tow truck driver was awesome, kind and professional. He got to my location after the sheriff's department called them for help. He got my truck home and put it in the right spot in my drive way my husband asked him to do. I will always use them for all my towing needs. Thank you gain to the driver as I didn't catch his name. He deserve driver of the year.

I was locked out of my car getting out of work and was trying to get it open with a wire. Billy saw me and asked if I needed help and he opened my door in about 30 seconds with no scratches or anything. If I ever need any help with locking my keys or any of their services I am definitely calling this gentleman again. Thank you again Billy, you made my day!

Huge shoutout to Juan Cereceres with Alamo towing for going above and beyond! Our Camaro broke down and we were completely stranded at the store with no one else willing to come help. Juan showed up when no one else would, picked up the car quickly, and saved us from a stressful situation. Professional, reliable, and genuinely kind — we’re beyond grateful. Highly recommend Juan for anyone in need of help when it matters most!
Juan is awesome! In February 2024, we got our truck stuck way down a forest road on the mountain (like idiots). Juan showed up in the dark, on a UTV, in freezing weather, and towed us out! It was amazing. In July 2025, Juan unknowingly came to our rescue again when he called police to report seeing a stolen bike my sister-in-law had reported missing on Facebook. He stayed nearby until police arrived and showed them the Facebook post, making sure that it got back to its rightful owner. So I wanted to take this opportunity to plug Alamo Towing! These guys are super responsive and they’re good people! ❤️

I had to get 2019 Chevy traverse towed in to get its transmission diagnosed. The people at the mechanic shop told me they can’t move it because the tie rod is smashed. I thought that was strange as the only issue was the transmission. Apparently it is my fault I did not meet the driver who apparently doesn’t know where to put his hooks and ripped multiple ares of the under carriage of my car and put his hook on my tie rod and some how dented the back end of my car. I tried to call the owner who then tried to talk down to me and explain how towing works and they didn’t do it. They charged me $380 for the tow. Apparently they charge for snow. They don’t dig your car out, they just put hook’s wherever they please. But apparently I did that. So just know these people are crooks. They will not take responsibility or admit to destroying your stuff and try to talk to you like an idiot because they messed up. So if you use them make sure you can be there when they move your car.
Had a flat on the front tire on my pickup! I have back problems and can't do much! Called Alamo Towing to set up an appointment, they said they would be here in a little while! Juan showed up, changed the tire, made sure the spare had the correct air pressure! Loaded the flat tire into the bed of the pickup! Very efficient, very friendly, great service!
Had to have my motorcycle towed , they were the ONLY COMPANY THAT HAD A DRIVER TRAINED TO HAUL A MOTORCYCLE!! From the phone call to the driver "Juan" everyone was super polite and friendly, fast and dependable. Highly recommended, if I ever need a tow or any kind of emergency auto help I will call them 1st .

THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME! I was having a crisis with my old car, NO scrap company in Alamo or El Paso would take my 2004 chevy cavalier. It was stuck at the mechanic shop for two weeks and I was in tears because it was sitting for so long. The guy from the towing company was SO SWEET and told me right then and there he could scrap my car for free! I was so ecstatic! He was very patient with me and followed me back home to get my title at my house. PROMOTE THIS MAN! I didn't get his name, but thank you! ? I highly recommend this company for both towing and scraping cars!
These people are great. My truck slid into a ditch on it's side in a snow storm in Ruidoso and Juan got it out with ease. The skill involved was amazing and he got it out with no additional damage to the vehicle. I was extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Alamo. Thanks again Juan!
Juan and his team were great to work with. Not only did Juan call me to try to trouble shoot my issue before coming out to get me, they went out of their way to get me off the trail so I could get it towed into town for a new starter. Not many tow companies willing to go off road to recover, but Juan and team went above and beyond!
Forest was super awesome. He let me know that he had to get fuel before he came up to Cloudcroft. He stayed in contact with us and let me know when he was coming up the mountain. He was super fast at loading the truck up. He got us home quick and safe. Once he got us home he unload the truck. He was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!!!
Alamo Towing was able to take my car to El Paso, TX after another towing company cancelled because they forgot that they were scheduled to take it. Not only was Alamo Towing, on short notice, able to take it they arrived early.
The tow truck driver, Kenny, was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant to talk to and very professional. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and when he arrived at the destination.
