took son to CA, car could not start after stop and go.
Took to this shop, the owner did analyze of generator, battery.
He charged fairly, and did a fair analysis.

My daughter and I had some car trouble on the way to California driving from Alabama after the death of my father, and had to stop by this place.They were rude and refused to put transmission fluid in my 2008 Altima even though they have a repair shop on-site,and a mechanic that was working on a car when we arrived.After sitting for 3 hours,we finally left and continued our journey home.When we arrived home,we had one of our "White" family members call to get an estimate for a tune-up,and she was told the repairs in total would cost $200.Hhmmmm...I thought they didn't work on cars,but only changed tires????????? Interesting...The owners wife was angry that he was assisting us in any way and came to the shop door to scold him for helping us at all...I will never patron this store ever again,and that has me thinking twice about NAPA Auto Parts stores. If you are Black I don't advise you get stranded/stuck in this town, Nor do I advise that you patron this store or the shop directly across the street....The sad part is,they missed out on some good business due to their prejudice,and given the appearance of the location itself,they need as much business as possible.
We broke down driving our 5th wheel and diesel. Crawled the 5 miles to Napa. The owner was amazing. Had the part by 8am the next day, let us park there and hook up to his electric (with truck broke we couldn't use battery for heat ) let us borrow some tools. We would have froze. Just when you think there are no good people left in the world, people like this come along! Thank you so much!

Most parts have to be ordered! Store inventory is limited or next to nothing! Store owner is very helpful! That's the only positive thing about this store!
My truck was breaking down and Google said this store was open today on Sunday, then I drove all the way down there to find out that the store was closed!!! And I'm in the middle of no where. Isn't this great!!?
