This place has done a 180....haven't been here in about a year. I drive a truck for a living. Super friendly staff and one point management. Joe and Clarice at the Subway were fantastic! This will definitely be a regular stop for me again. Thank you.

Parking lot is big enough, but all other services in this location should be improved

The showers are open now (16 total), but the system is down. So you have to come in pay and wait in the lounge for the janitor to unlock it for you. 2/12/26

So I noticed a stray dog last night at the truck side entrance and decided to leave it food like some others did. Just to get in my truck and start to pull out and notice, one of the workers decided to gather all the food up and dump it. To that employee of the month I guarantee that dog would probably bring more joy and light into people's lives then you probably ever will. Really hope more people put food down. Or someone took it home.

I'm writing this not as a knock on the station itself because for the most part the store is good and it's clean. My complaint is however the condition of the men's restroom. There should be an attendant at all times in the men's restroom! It's so filthy because the toilets are never flushed so they're full and the soiled TP is just thrown on the floor and not in the toilets! Good grief how hard is it to throw the crappy tp into the freaking toilet and flush the dang thing! It's extremely unsanitary and disgusting. People are also leaving piss bottles sitting around, some full, some empty. Next time I'll provide photos!

Construction going on too long. They have 3 stray dogs that lay in the middle of the travel area of the lot and they won't do anything about them. I've called twice over two stays and they're still here. I've seen them almost get hit... Not ok at all.

The showers and laundry were still being built and none of the fountain drinks were available. Which was annoying. Plus one employee followed you around watching you as if you were going to steal something. It was slightly offensive. Laslty had dinner at Denny's and it was the worst Denny's I have ever had. The food was awful. The service was ok and I don't fault the waitress for the food. Do yourself a favor and save a few bucks and skip the slop at Denny's.

You cannot silence the speaker at the pump, it is so loud and plays the whole time. The place is still under construction and there is not a water fountain. Frustrating stop point.

All the signs are lit up but when you arrive all the pumps are closed and the store and Dennys are not open. Don’t waste your time stopping here and Flying j you should put up a sign at the exit that it’s closed while under renovations.

Flying J in Jamestown, New Mexico!!! Please do something about the long lines at the fuel Island. I stayed the night here many times and I watch what happens. These truck drivers we'll sit and do a 30-minute break and hold up the line without pumping fuel or sometimes they will get in line and abandon their truck And go inside and take a shower or do shopping. There's a lot of people that just want to get fuel and go but they are forced to sit here longer than they need to because there was no referee here keeping the line moving. This is out of control. Is there anything you can do to help.

Three portajohns outside for restroom use. Why we doing construction in middle of winter. No showers. We have to do better with this being one of the most used truckstops in New Mexico.

Because of employees like this, the rating is low. Very rude employee at Cinnabon inside Flying. It happened in the morning on November 2, 2025. My husband asked to add caramel and nuts, and the woman at the Cinnabon register said something like “go ring it up at the counter, I don’t have time,” and completely ignored him. I was very surprised — this has never happened at Cinnabon before. Usually, even Pilot employees help with such things. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t work with customers. Very unpleasant experience.

I had stopped in Grants new mexico (Loves)... And at four o'clock it was very very busy no place to park with an RV. So I figured I would go down the road to Gallup (Flying j) they are having construction and it is very hard to get to a gas pump. I had to do almost a 10 point turn to get out of the corner I was in as I could not drive around

The remodeling and making it bigger so stupid like it’s a flying J not ta they’re like remodeling the whole entire thing so what about your parking lot? How about you fix that because your parking lot sucks how about you make a second story how about you make all better showers make a massage room make a drug DOT facility hey since you’re making it so big why not make a hotel here I was hoping to go inside and get some fresh shop food. They don’t have nothing available right now and they might as well just close down and make a window for cashiers and say oh, we can only work with fuel products.

Be careful, especially women. I just came out of there. I asked for a shower room and the toilet seat was splattered with feces. I went out to look for something to clean it with, and the attendant told me he could clean it. He came back with a dirty toilet brush, dipped it in the toilet water, and then wiped it over the seat where you sit. Then he grabbed one of the small towels they put out for drying your face and used it to dry it. Of course, I didn’t use the toilet because I saw it, but when you don’t see… They should really be doing regular inspections in these places. Totally unsanitary.

Gas fuel pump area is torn up. DO NOT bring your travel trailer or RV here. There's a sign telling drivers the fuel lines are out of commission until further notice.

No accountability the store manager has NO IDEA when the last time the bathroom was cleaned this is disgusting and I don't just blame the store I also put blame on the drivers that are too lazy to throw their trash away and flush the damn toilet.! But the district manager and the actual store manager should get together and discuss more regular cleaning of the restrooms

Flying j travel center Team. Please fix the road to this location. I have been coming to this location for the last 7yrs and it's hectic. The road. It's a simple fix considering the money you guys make from us just from food and drinks.

I was parked here last night 3/23/25 and someone stole my fuel and spray painted my trailer with racist phrase please everyone be careful and aware whenever you guys parked here. We earn our money very hard and stay away from our family and these people don’t want to work and steal from us so all the fellows truckers stand up for each other today it’s me tomorrow it could be someone else.

Nice selection of workwear if that’s your thing. There’s a subway. They didn’t have the brand of motor oil that I needed, so that was a downer. Other than that, it’s a neat place and worth a stop.

I told this guy I need 2 full long white bread With tuna on both order and he said we have only 4 scoops for just 1 bread,I said if that the case can you spread those 4 scoops into both orders which he did. But he told me he’s changing me for 8 scoops tuna and asked him why just for proper understanding, He got mad and threw those 2 sandwiches in the trash bin. He said because is almost time for him to close I reported him to the management for refund The management also said their subway management is different from their own and also their customers service are closed. Here in my opinion this place is not the best but the worst No proper management Employees do whatever they like Because pilot will still remain the worst Loves travel center will never portray such behavior because they’re well trained and respect drivers Everything about loves is top notch

Clean stocked store & friendly personnel! Clean bathrooms & showers (nice hot water & pressure). Hot & cold on-the-go foods. Snacks & souvenirs. Clothing & truck supplies. Cement lot.

Lots of truck parking, polite and fast working staff. Clean store and plenty of hot food. Gentleman cleaning showers does a maticulous job. My shower was not only squeaky clean it also smelled like refreshing cologne. As Truckers, it means a great deal to come into clean showers. Keep up the good work.

Just wow, amazing, very clean, big parking lot, in store shopping makes it perfect, delicious food, subway and deny’s, very well managed, they have everything you need on road, very friendly and helpful staff, awesome, thanks guys

This place sure has gone downhill. Fuel pumps are out of service a d extremely filthy. Pump 20 was open for fueling but the display was damaged so nobody could read how much fuel they were pumping. Diesel was all over the fuel island which also was a huge issue. Overall it was so nasty outside that I chose to not go inside.

Lots of parking here I tried to get photos of the whole parking lot but it is huge. And it is 12 o'clock at night now so you can get an idea where they allow you to park and where you can't. Denny's was closed when I went in cinnamon had some food out. Really nice place lots of showers to use and lots of pumps. Excellent stop on your way.

OTR LONG HAUL OWNER OPERATOR TRUCK DRIVER. So I always stop at this location for a few gallons to get me to a cheaper stop, showers, Dennys and some much needed rest. Now I'll say this for one thing. I love that there is a post office inside. Everyone is always nice to me. There is always plenty of everything and I always count on clean showers and plenty of washers and dryers. Drivers if there is no room in the front look behind the BOSS Shop. There is always plenty of room back there. Also nice and quiet. Thanks everyone . Always a pleasure
