I called looking for a part, turns out I got a second opinion from Jardiel on what may be the issue with my vehicle. I will definitely try out his recommendation first. He made sense of the situation and was very kind and helpful.
Make sure if you use your rewards they’re giving you the right part. Otherwise when you go back to get right part they don’t carry
Over your rewards credit to reduce the right part price. First part was originally priced $15 use my $5 credit paid $11 returned it for right part, $10 but said couldn’t use my credit cause I already did. So it was like
O Riley’s just gave me a useless $5 rewards.
Need to stop using O Riley’s in Lovington
I know $5 ain’t much but it’s the point of the matter.
This o’reillys is one of the standouts. Drove up there from Hobbs to find out the other store didn’t check inventory or send a transfer and they made it right. Not something you see every day at a chain parts house.
They had the parts I needed at a fair price. Great place to do business and there nation wide service network is awesome as well. They found the part I had bought and.saved me money due to warranty.
I always get awesome prompt service at this store, there is almost never a time where I have had to look for anything. As soon as you walk in a associate is ready to assist. They also don't push the more expensive items on you. Always a good deal on oil change and if they don't have it they can get it there soon. Also tools are available to use and they buy old batteries. Good business.
Young lady that works in there has no clue about automotive she is a smartass and runs to the back every chance she gets watched two people get told part was not in store and both parts are hung in aisle place needs better employees I will never shop there again rather drive to Hobbs than deal with her !!!!!
This place has really cool people who loaned us tools instead of having having us buy tools so we could fix our car lights because they had sparked and shorted out a switch
