This a company has horrible customer service and will screw you over any way possible . While making the town process as difficult as possible. I would Aviod this company.
Great respect to shorts wrecker service. The lady i was able to speak to on the phone set me up and had a flatbed to pick up my truck asap. Great service and prices, driver was great guy, will highly recomend thier services.
Really bad quality work, truck took over 3 month to get fix, go it back and interior trim, window tint, was damage, took another two months to get it repair again, still headliner was damage after getting it replace with a new one, owner acts mad whenever you try to talk to him, avoid going to this place, I just go my truck back, hopefully roof is not leaking anymore.
Hands down best auto body shop! I brought my 2020 F-250 limited in for hail damage, they had it repaired in four days. on top of that they detailed my truck. it looked better than the day I bought it! Thanks Short's!!!
Best towing company ever! I've had to use them more than once now and each time they made sure I was well taken care of. The drivers are great and they are the only company I'll use here from now on
Terrible service first off.
The receptionist was rude over the phone she did the bear minimum to help us out and answer our questions.
After we got the car back it was in worse shape the sun visor does shut all the way anymore
But the worst of it is the the door is scratched up already and the paint looks terrible. If the other person's insurance wouldn't have forced us to go to this shop we never would have. I can't state how disappointing it is to wait so long for the car to get fixed just to find out it's just as bad as when it went in.
I think they should have a way to release your car over the weekend and after 5 o'clock. People work and or have to travel and can't make it by 5 which causes more storage fees.
Awesome service very fast. They are always helpful and quick. Only place I will call if I need a tow. Emilio was very helpful and visiting with him while our vehicle was loaded was a pleasure.
The receptionist Becky was super helpful and had someone out to unlock our truck with in 30 minutes of us calling. The man that came to open the vehicle was professional, personable and had our vehicle unlocked in less than 2 minutes .
Friendly, professional, quick response, extremely fair priced and amazing customer service. Wouldn't choose anyone else if I was unfortunately stuck on the side of the road again!
We were out vacationing just outside Carlsbad and had an issue with having the front bumper getting pulled out because we parked over a cement parking block.
We called them, and they looked at the situation, because we are driving back to Chicago tomorrow, they got the front bumper secured enough to drive home safely.
These guys were amazing, we were only there for maybe 90 minutes. Great people, good work, and they cared about there customers.

Had our car break down in the middle of nowhere, emilio showed up (twice) immediately and had us to an auto-shop in no time. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. 10/10, would tow again just for emilio's stories.
I got my truck impounded after a traffic stop and when I was able to go pick it up the business was closed even though it was 4 pm and they close at 5pm on a Friday. Luckily there was a man in a grey camaro in the parking lot that worked there and he went above and beyond to help get my truck back right at that moment, even though everything was already closed and locked up. Thanks you Short's Wrecker Services for having awesome employees that can sympathize with the customer. The prices are not exaggerated in any form and seem pretty average. I payed close to over 200 for my truck that was there for 2 days.

Battery was dead this morning. I called Geico Roadside Assistance and they dispatched Short's Wrecker. Nice young fellow arrived in fifteen minutes and gave me a jump. Would not hesitate to use them again.
I had locked my keys in my truck Saturday night. Called them first thing Sunday morning and woke them up.....sorry guys....they came out and got me into my truck! Very nice and friendly people, if (hopefully not) I need this service again I’ll definitely be giving them a call!
AMAZING!!! I've had big and difficult dents removed from two of my vehicles. The guys at Short's were able to perfectly remove them. This shop is such a blessing and I'm so thankful for the work they've done!!!
Stop! If you are broke down anywhere near Carlsbad NM call these guys! We were on a family vacation from Texas to the Grand Canyon. Our alternator crapped out between Carlsbad and Artesia. Stranded and 10 hours from home, we started the search for a wrecker and auto shop. After a few calls, we found Shorts and immediately knew we were using them. They spoke with southern hospitality, reminiscent of home, showed up within the hour, and Jordan, the driver was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helped ease the pain of being broke down on vacation. I pray I’ll never be stranded in Carlsbad again, but if I am, I will only have one call to make. Shorts Wrecker. Thanks again guys.
Remarkable job. A vehicle backed into my passenger door at a grocery store, caving it I about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving 2017. I bought the truck brand new in May 2017, so I wasn't happy. I took it to Short's the Monday before turkey day and got it back the next Wednesday. Apparently, they took the passenger door off, closed for the four day holiday, and left my new truck exposed to their dirty, dusty, smelly body shop for at least that entire time. While the paint job came back superb, my truck stunk like a body shop for months afterwards. I couldn't get that stench out. I finally had the upholstery shampooed about 5 months later. The smell is finally gone, as is that new car smell. But the paint job is truly better than the factory. The driver's side is typical, bad, orange peel bumpy-shiny. The passenger side is mirror-like. Too bad about the smell though...

I had a bad experience because they treat you with a bad attitude. It seemed as if they hate their job. It's not my fault you are having a bad day. All I wanted was an estimate on my car and they didn't give it to me because my car had to be washed first. I went to 2 different other places and they gave me estimates without any problem. First and last time being there.
