I had a motorcycle accident on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere, I was injured and taken to a hospital. My bike was damaged and not rideable. The state police called Elite Wrecker Service to recover the bike and make sure it was safe. They had to travel down 15 miles of rough dirt road to do that. Once I found out where my bike had been taken I contacted Elite and was assured my bike was in safe place. My experience with elite has been nothing but exceptional!

I tried to get a quote & set a time frame for a tow. Then when I tell him I’m see if someone can get to it sooner he tells me not to call him back.. so unprofessional. You provide a service & if someone can get it done faster let it be but to be disrespectful wasn’t needed. I hope you have the day you deserve sir.
Fast and affordable service for a 60 mile tow of a truck and travel trailer into Carlsbad on a Saturday night. Everyone was exceptionally professional and attentive. Getting towed is never fun, but these guys made it as painless as possible.
The Operator was awesome, very informative and an all around nice guy. The truck on the other hand had me worried but we made it to Carlsbad from Hwy 652 with no issues. The truck is old but tough.
Richard helped me when I was in quite a pinch. He masterfully maneuvered my vehicle off of a rock & graciously towed me to Forrest Tire when we noticed I also had a flat. He was funny, kind, & had great conversation & really made me feel better about my situation. THANK YOU RICHARD!
Mr Richards not only came out to me at 130am for 2 gallons of gas to make sure I made it back. He drove almost 100 miles to do it. Wasn't in a pissed off mood about it either. Highly recommend.
Would only recommend this towing company! Vehicle was disable and was not able to switch into neutral, with the help of Richards experience and knowledge, my vehicle was safely and quickly towed!!
If you are ever in need of a tow, these are the people to call. Richard was very friendly and very helpful. Definitely gonna use them again if I need a tow.
Vehicle recovery! Called them very early in the morning and they still had Very quick service. Guys that came out were quick and friendly. They tried everything possible to get my truck unstuck from a ditch. They did a hell of a job. Highly recommend these guys! Saved their number in my contacts incase something ever happens again!
Horrible service plus wants only your money gives you one price and runs your card for more asked for my itemized receipts sent it to me and his math was not mathing he was over charging me 165.17 over and the hangs up when I called to ask why I was being overcharged!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Im from out-of-state and broke down and these guys made me feel important. They were there when they said they would be. I wouldn't call anyone else. Ignore the 3 star rating and give them a call first!!!
Our cat got a flat about 60 miles outside of Carlsbad. We tried other services first with horrible experience. Elite loaded up a loaner car so my entire family could get into town, came out late at night, let us drive ahead to get the kids in bed and then dropped the car off. The driver was amazing. Very professional and super friendly. Thank you for helping to make a bad experience not too bad.
I came in for a flare to be repaired and when they tried to remove the tire a chuck come out the side. They called out to the shop and explained they would make it right. They not only worked with me to get the huge tires for my truck that let me Barrow a tire so I could make it to work. They bought me a new tire and paid half of the second tire k owing it would ride wrong with one new tire. They were honest and hard working. They worked with my schedule and took great care of me. Please if you need tires they are where to go. Honest hard working people. Thank you guys.

I was here visiting my fiancé and got a nail in my tire. They took the time to explain everything to me and gave me time to call my fiancé to figure out what he wanted to do! I felt bad cause I didn’t want to waist there time but they were so patient. I do not have a shipping address so they allowed me to ship my tire I am buying since they didn’t have the one we wanted and put it on for me! They are all just very genuine caring people.
Very Unsatisfied!! I bought 4 new tires at this place, horribly customer service, when I brought my vehicle in, they had me pull my truck in and made me take the spare down myself, then some guy comes in complaining he’s been waiting over an hour he says. So I had to pull my truck out and waited about 2.5 hrs. I got my tires finally but apparently they don’t know how to Balance tires or use a torque wrench broke lug stud but of course it’s not their fault. Tried to drive my truck to work it was shaking so bad i could hardly stay on the road. I took it back told them what happened, they “say” they balanced them, if they did they don’t know how cause they were Not. So I’m talking with Mike the Manager he said they would fix it. When I told him I don’t want the unexperienced kid working on my truck again he said that’s all your gonna get, I asked him to do it but he said he doesn’t get his hands dirty. Really, very unprofessional. Well I told him I don’t trust that kid to touch my truck so I spoke my mind!!!
And of course he didn’t like it so I agreed to leave.
When I finally got them balanced somewhere else guess what 3 very unbalanced tires, at least they got 1 right. They are gonna hurt people!! Stay Away
Made the call lol and they came so quick broke down on 285. Blocking traffic at a bad time. Drive backed up hooked my Jeep and had it chain and locked tight before I could get in tow truck. The price I paid was shockingly low compared to the past towing charges I have paid. A+ for this company
I wish I could leave 0 stars, ordered my tires one day then went back the next and they had ordered the wrong tires. Which really wasn’t a big deal, mistakes do happen. The big deal was how rude and unprofessional the receptionist was. I can only imagine how much business they lose cause of her. Their also very unorganized and all over the place. The only thing I’m happy about, is taking my business else where.
Locally owned tire sales & service center. Very helpful owner, good service, fair prices on new tires. Decent selection. I needed something special and he had it in the next day. Plenty of parking for big rigs (RVs, etc,) and over the road tractor trailers (18 wheelers). Across the street from Wal-Mart and IHOP.
Overpriced for the quality of their work, expect to spend three hours here for a tire rotation and dont expect for your tires to be balanced correctly. Now I have to go pay for someone else to balance my tires CORRECTLY for trying to save a couple dollars and get it done sooner it’s gonna cost me more time and money. There’s a reason why this place can take you in same day, cause they do awful work. Would wait and go somewhere else if I was you.
Friendly and courteous staff and reasonable prices.
Over the weekend as I was stranded on side of the road, I called several other tow companies and had no luck, but these guys did answer and were prepared to help..they were fast, friendly, and courteous and while hooking up they did a great job, and were cautious and attentive.
I would use Elite Tire Tow Services again if I needed to, and would most definitely recommend them.
Only giving 2 Stars because the Receiptionist was extremely nice. I got my tires rotated and balanced and when they where done the air had never been checked and properly inflated for the front and back. I have my doughts that the balance was even done. So when I pulled up to the door to have my tires inflated I asked about resetting the sensors and the owner informs me that it will be an extra $45 for this. Excuse me, This comes standard where I am from, and the owner replies, the machine isn’t free and walks off. I also had the pay extra because my rims are 20” and it’s an extra charge over 18”. Never again will I go to this place. Price gouging unfriend business minded owner there.
Great service, great people, and great prices! They helped me get what I needed to get back on the road - new tires on the fifth wheel trailer. Big, open lot, easy to navigate with any sized rig. Techs were knowledgeable, and the office staff were very friendly. Would come back for sure.
Took 3 hours from the time the driver said he was heading to me which was about 15 miles out of town to get to me and drop the vehicle back off in town. When I called for a quote the only charges I was told over the phone was a $115 for the callout and 2.75 per mile. When all said and done cost about 344.40 for a tow. ridiculous the time and charges that were hidden fees I'm guessing. The driver did fixed the problem but be careful with them undisclosed fees.

They not only charged 200 for a new Proxes tire witch is originally 120
They also had our worker put the tire on himself because he supposedly had back pain and then, the tire size wasn't the one we had asked for.
They took a smaller one and didn't mention it until they arrived to the job.
I tried to talk with ALFRED but he didn't give a flying ****.
They are rude and very unprofessional!
Over charge you and try to hide the fact that the tire isn't the right size.

They are horrible, they tried to charge me 480 to fix a single tire. The tire they fixed got flat 40 meters down the road. Disgusting service and people. Do not call here, they will rip you off, use you and leave you deserted on the road. If there was anything below 1 star I would give it.
We used US Rider and Elite was their provider. While it took them a while to get to us, as we were in a remote location, they were very pleasant on the phone. Called when he picked up our vehicle, and was the nicest wrecker service I dealt with on the phone. Clint was the dispatcher, we did not meet Cliff, the driver.
bad service. Told me they could pick up our driver and van. 2 hours later my driver called them and they fell behind and let know one know and said it would be two more hours. They just had us waiting on them. I understand that things happen but they could have gave us a heads up to make other arrangements.
