These people are complete jerks, i was stranded in the desert, the whole time they were "helping" me they laughed at me for how stupid i was for getting in the situation. They also didnt help at all, they charged me 300$ to movd me 3 feet which wadnt enough to get unstuck from where it was and jusr left me stranded in the dark, they threatened to impound my car because i was taking some time to pay them, dont trust these people, they will scam anyone who they see as a easy target. If i am not able to get some of my money back I plan to sue.
owner receptionist and the man that got my car for me were very nice. on the other hand, the lady that towed my car was very rude, demanded my keys, and i was missing some money in my car when i got it. owner was very understanding though.
My car was towed and money was stolen still trying to get that money back that was taking from me un professional service they offered 5% on my discount which was nothing due to the stress i went with everyone !!! Hope no one has to deal with this service or people , no inventory, sheet was provided to me as well
Best towing company in El Paso and New Mexico. Showed up very fast with a very courteous operator. Great care taken in transporting my vehicle. This is the BEST!
I called to ask the hours of operations I came by at 1:30 to be inform that the receptionist On duty was leaving and will return at 3:30 pm. I then returned at 3:30 p.m and still no one had returned. I then called the number on the door and was told they were closed due to having to pick up children from school. I would suggest they put this in writing and post it instead of having people wait around . It is now 3:45 and yet no one has returned to the office. SMH.
Just had my rental truck towed out of the sand by B. from Interstate. Excellent, courteous and prompt Service. I was back to work earlier than expected. B was very helpful in answering some questions I had about the area. Hope I don't get stuck in the sand again but in case I do I have their number on speed dial.
Prompt service. I was waiting for another tow company and when I called them I was told it would take at least another hour. I canceled the other and Interstate was there in 30 min. Great service and knowledgeable drivers.

Winch tow. Called in the middle of the night and they were the only company that answered and had a quote ready. I tried to get another estimate in the area and the other places had no winch and we're very grumpy. This place had a winch and also had great customer service! They took my payment over the phone. I was helping my cousin who was stuck out in the middle of nowhere. I'm States away. They helped right away and put my mind at ease. Very friendly and very patient and very professional! Love it!! Too bad I have to give a star to write a review or I'd give nothing. In fact there should be negative stars for treating a disabled veteran the way he has. My father poured blood sweat and tears (not to mention almost $20k) on his old school muscle car. Unfortunately, the car had been stolen in another state back in 1991. The case was solved but it was never cleared. The police had Interstate hold the car until they cleared the case. Since it was criminal, the police would not give us details and we needed to rely on Interstate to let us know. The owner of Interstate Towing was present at the time of the impound and made a promise to my father that when the hold was released he would call or stop by (He knows my father and they used to talk occasionally) and let him know. Just found out a bit ago, that the hold had been released and he never told us. Even saw him once and he ignored us and pretended he didn't even see us. He sold the car for $4k at auction and we only found out because a local who was interested in the car saw it being sold and warned us. Way to treat our vets man.

I only have to call interstate towing for my problems, if they can't assist me as soon as I need it, they right away pass the number of an availabe towing company that can. Extremely profession and quick to answer and arrive, your vehicle will be safe in the hads of The Kid and the interstate towing team. I feel safer dricing with their number in my phone :)
