I texted them for an estimate and I got a response very quickly. I sent them pictures of what I wanted taken away and they gave me an estimate by text and came out a couple hours later and hauled off all my junk. Christopher Hill was very polite well-mannered. These guys did a great job with demo and removal of my 15 yo spa. They had a tight space to work in, but tackled it and got it done. Not an easy job, and I felt it was a good value for the service. Communication was great, and they were exactly on time.
This weekend my garage refrigerator decided to call it quits- I drive a hatchback and there was no way I was getting it to the dump. I called Junk Maniacs on a Sunday no less and he arrived in under 2 hours and had my old fridge removed so quickly! He was so helpful and accommodating- I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area needing junk removal big or small!
Update: Came out for a second job that they had quoted us on the during the first job which was to remove an area of landscape rock from my backyard. The job ended up being more extensive than we all expected it to be and so they offered alternative options and a discounted price since they didn't like having to leave the job unfinished. I gladly paid more than the discounted price because he did just as much work (if not more) as we originally thought it would've been and that area of my yard looks far better than before, even though it's unfinished. Will gladly have them back and this proves even more so how honest and dedicated they are to what they do! Thanks again!
Initial review: Used this company to remove a few larger items from my backyard and some landscaping rock that we didn't want and didn't want to mess with hauling away ourselves. Very responsive (especially to text, which is ideal for me), VERY reasonable prices, flexible availability, and arrived right on time! Polite, professional, and made sure he got everything I asked him to get before he left. Will definitely use again!

Junk Maniacs performed a very welcomed free pick-up for the community today. They were so easy to work with, quite pleasant to deal with, and extremely professional in their work. We had a little pile of miscellaneous junk out in our driveway for them to pick-up. Junk Maniacs was great! They arrived on time. They worked quickly, but carefully so as to not hurt walls, door frames, etc as they hauled out nasty sofa beds, etc from a small mobile home.

This company was extremely helpful! Their communication was fast and clear! They scheduled us fast, were on time and communicative the whole experience!
