Had to call them cuz our truck would not start my husband had had a heart attack we had just gotten out of the hospital they released him our truck would not start so my granddaughter got there and took me to Walmart to buy a new battery put the new battery and it still would not start so we called luchini's the driver came and he asked what had happened so he went and checked the battery he jumped and the wires are loose on the terminal but it started he wasn't there not even 5 minutes we asked him how much it it was it was $90.43 for him being there 5 minutes and he didn't even tow our truck I will never ever use them again and I cannot believe after the experience of having my husband in a heart attack and almost died and I can't believe this
Witnessed a crash from afar at 1am on 2/4, and the gentleman who towed the car and cleaned up the area after was amazing. We never realized who cleaned up the scenes after accidents like those, and so late in the night. He took his time to get all the rocks out of the street and sidewalk, and checked over the area quite a few times. I can imagine it took pressure off the home owner whose rock wall got banged up pretty good. Thank you for your service to our community!
Nothing but praises for these guys locally owned and operated. Our truck was stolen and ended up in their lot and they helped us figure out what to do next. Never had such a good time under such bad conditions. Thank you guys!
Who do you call when your Class RV breaks down from California? You call Luchini’s towing and recovery in Las Cruces NM. We had engines issues and they came out with the proper equipment and an experienced driver who is Benji! He was so helpful and also gave us recommendations as to who may work on our rig. We called his recommendations and ended up at a shop we are very happy with.

Robert at Lucini could see how upset i was after an accident & worked so flexibly with me. Im so so grateful.
I am from New Mexico, I am from Texas but I have been left cold with the prices. Today I did a job with Lucini's that consisted of lifting a truck off the ground and mounting it on a 20-foot flatbed. The job took 2 minutes and the tow truck was 3 miles from my location, which cost me $214.33. I was speechless but unfortunately my trailer had a hitch damaged.
Robert, took real good care of my truck both loading and unloading. Very skilled at what he does. Was able to load my truck and unload with out causing any additional damage.
1) we requested re-stacking, all commodities were mixed up - damaged ones with good ones...
2) They initially told we have to pay about 7600, but now they are charging us about 8500 ...
3) For towing a trailer for 2 miles, they are asking 724$!!!
Do not recommend.
Robert went above and beyond in towing our car. He even made sure we had a ride home late at night. Whatever Luchini’s pays him, he is worth every penny and more.
A few weeks back, my wife had locked herself out of her vehicle. I was on my way to bring the second set of keys, and upon showing up I see Luchini's Towing there.
I thought my wife had called them, all to find out they were driving by and saw my wife trying to get into her vehicle. They stopped and offered to help us.
Luchini's had the vehicle unlocked just as I was pulling in.
We had offered to pay them, and they said no. They where driving by and wanted to help out. We will definitely be using them, should we ever need a tow, car unlocked, etc.
Thanks again Luchini's for being a great representation of this wonderful community here in Las Cruces.

This was the worst towing experience I ever had. Roberto tried to talk me into going to a different mechanic than my own, he then told me "i am going to pick up my wife".....??? Excuse me? After calling her & having words he appeared to change his mind. He was extremely rude and sarcastic. Do we have to remind men that sometimes women who are 5 feet 2 inches might need a hand in or out of a giant tow truck? This man needs to learn some manners at least. Cannot recommend this company.
*also, if you cant pick up a stranded female with a small 17 pound dog without whining about your "beautiful clean truck", you shouldnt be in the service business.
Awesome experience and actually recommended a solid mechanic and was overall improved my day considering that I was in need of towing services!

Called to get a tow and they were at my house within 40minutes. Other companies in the past have taken days to return my calls. The driver Robert, is professional, friendly, and a safe driver. Excellent customer service through and through. Highly recommend.
Helped me tow my 04 Jeep liberty and came within the hour, very quick service. He was very sweet and even helped us set up the car at our house where we could work on it, great business.
Above and beyond. I broke down in the middle of the night int he middle of a gas station. To make it worse I had a 40’ trailer behind my truck. The dispatcher/owner heard my woes and even though all his drivers were on calls he took my number and followed up. His driver showed up, after a long day and helped me work through the problem and get me out of the way and near a parts store so I could get it fixed in the am.
The tow driver even called the next day and checked in on me.

Top Notch! Mr. Luchini came to our assistance for a breakdown on I10. We were fully loaded with cattle. He hauled the truck into town and came back promptly later in the morning to tow us over into the shop that had been locked up throughout the night. This guy means what he says, and does what he says he’s going to do. That’s a rarity these days. I’d give 10 stars but they don’t offer that. Only thing that’s bad about this man is there isn’t 100 of him to go around helping folks out on the highways.
Robert was awesome. We were given a 2 hour wait time, and then were called back in 10 minutes with a wrecker available right then. Robert was quick to the location, quick to load up, and parked our car right where it needed to be at home. Luchini's offered us the best deal out of all the other tow companies I called. We drive a full-size truck and was hauling a fifth wheel. They came recommended to us by one of their competitors who couldn’t assist us. They towed us truck and 30ft trailer from Hatch back to El Paso. Awesome people. And thank you so so much.
These guys are extremely professional, courteous and honest. My family and I broke down from out of town. After AAA did us extremely dirty, we got ahold of these guys through the local police department. They got us out of the freezing cold and into a motel and towed our truck and trailer for us. I was quoted what I thought to be an honest price as well. I hope to never have to use them again, however should the need arise, I wouldn’t hesitate. Give them a call, you will definitely will be treated nicely. They put the customer first and it definitely shows!

Well we do I start, our truck broke while towing our travel trailer, from our insurance policy Luccini was assigned to tow the travel trailer, where another company to tow the truck, where do I begin our assigned tow driver Stephen was, extraordinary, very professional, attentive to details, and very Familiar. We are very Grateful for the services received. Highly recommended.
Our driver, Robert, was beyond helpful and friendly. We had been sitting along the Highway for 6 hours. Robert quickly loaded our van and took us to Las Cruses. When we got to the repair shop they said they couldn’t work on a van. Robert got on his phone and found a friend that would take a van to work on then stayed and brought us to a motel and offered to have his wife give us a ride the next day. Praise God for Robert. He has made a horrific experience bearable and given us good memories of Las Cruses.

Awesome experience! After calling four different towing companies, these great guys were the only one to answer. Within 35 minutes the transaction was complete and my car was on its way to mechanic. Driver Robert went way over and above what he was asked to do ( tow us) by problem-solving and finding a way to fix our balky Prius. We were so utterly stuck with no place to stay and 45 minutes away from home. He had compassion for us and went the extra mile to help. So incredibly impressed.
I called for a tow in the middle of he day with rush hour traffic - they came in 20 minutes with the truck. Front wheel missing? No problem, easily handled. Driving all the way to the next city over? Again, not a problem. Got my vehicle back home 40 miles away just 1 hour after my initial call. The operator, Steve, was extremely professional and cared for making sure the vehicle was well treated, and even offered friendly advice on how to address the problem. Super quick, reasonably priced, with great care taken for my vehicle. 5 stars.
The drivers are nice and respectful and seem to have a good grasp of customer service. The office however has absolutely no idea how to keep records and transactions of paperwork, so don't expect to get a receipt or ask any questions the day after services rendered, much less treated like a decent person.
This company was a life saver! The sweetest man, I believe his name was Steve, came to our rescue when we were stranded on I-10 on our way to Texas. He eliminated SO MANY worries by not only getting to us quickly, but suggested a mechanic and hotel that were a 400 ft. walk from each other. He was professional and very friendly & of course, helpful. I have no idea what we would've done without him!
