4 employees one working the other talking with each other. Was waiting in line to check out for over 10 minutes no one came to assist me so I went to auto zone and was in and out.
Great service from the parts I needed and a better prices than what I found on Amazon so thanks again you guys are doing a great job keep up the good work and that's a shout out to the gentleman at O'Reilly's located in Dona Ana New Mexico
I called into the North Main location to check the warranty on my battery because that's the number that popped up when I googled O'Reilly's. I spoke with a lady who was very helpful found my warranty and told me I could go in to have my battery checked. I went to the location in Dona Ana because I live closer to it. Garth immediately came out to help me and checked my battery confirmed it was bad. He told me I would have to pull it out and bring it back because they couldn't pull it out (I get that). About an hour later I went back with my battery pulled out and Garth was avoiding me. He was calling people that were behind me in line to go before me. He ended up having to help me because I stepped up to his counter as he was trying to call up the next person behind me. He told me he couldn't find my warranty. I asked how if the other location was able to find it. He had no explanation and basically just shrugged his shoulders. I ended up leaving that location and went to the North Main location where they did honor the warranty on my battery! Not a great experience. Failed to deliver good customer service and to find and fix the issue.
Talked to a guy the day before, the day I went in he had set aside the products I was looking for, without my asking to do so. Extremely surprised at the very good service I received
I found maybe 1 mechanic might work there. For specific questions on uncommmon repairs do your research or go to mechanic shop. Buy your parts here after you know what your looking for. Then at this point they definetly can help you get what you need.
O'Reillys in Dona Ana is one of the best parts store in Las Cruces. They are very clean, organized, always willing to help and the manager is amazing and very good looking to add. Very pleased will recommend.
Save yourself the head ache and just Google what you need and order the parts on line at another parts store. Even with the information right in front of these people they still sell you the wrong parts. The incompetence in this store is baffling.
As always place never has the part you need and always tries to sell a part for more then what it is online go on with a part number for something and they DNT have the one you are looking for but can order the same thing for twice the price . Thorpe Rd is really bad for this people.working there are selling you junk better to order online and wait for a few days on parts save money and get better parts

My husband had purchased a radiator for his 4X4 Nissan Titan from them. We had it in the truck for several months and it developed a leak. He called them to see what could be done. He was thinking he would have to buy a new one, but was informed that it would be replaced at no cost to him. Great business transaction! Highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts in Donana!
This auto parts store is fairly new, but the service and customer interactions have been consistently great! I have bought a car battery, supplies, tools and car parts for my Jeep. I'm happy we have this store here in Dona Ana makes this very convenient! They always have everything I'm looking for, at very competitive prices! Store looks very well organized, clean, has pretty much everything you may need to save you a trip downtown. 5 solid overall! I love coming to this for all my autos needs!
Stopped by there on my way to Cruces, I need to replace the screws on the license plate on my car. I went in and of course I got 5hw wrong ones. Garth was so kind to go outside with me 5o see if the screws would fit. They didn't fit, but Garth made sure to find the right ones and he put them on free of charge for the service which was great cause he even gave me the screws since it was my Birthday. Since Barnett Harley closed here in Cruces, I had to find another venue for routine maintenance on my Softail. Went to O'Reillys and man were they helpful. Found what I needed and now I am known as the Harley guy.
I was helped by Tony. Great customer service. Didn't sell the part I needed in the store but Tony showed me what tools I needed and even helped me fix my problem so I don't even have to go look somewhere else for the part.
Was clean inside and outside. They had everything we needed and the staff was really helpful, they asked us a few times if we needed help and showed us what we were looking for. The manager was very nice and helpful also. Really nice addition to the Dona Ana area, looking forward to coming back here.
