We were stranded in the dark on the Interstate for 2.5 hours waiting for a tow that never came and finally found Dolly and Juan with Ram Towing that picked us up in an hour. Dolly was even willing come get us until Juan could get there for the car. It was late and they went over and above to help us out even the next day if needed and we are so grateful for them. Thank you guys so much!!
Five stars all the way. Ram Towing LLC in Grady, New Mexico absolutely saved us when we ran out of diesel in the middle of our trip. What could have turned into a stressful disaster ended up being one of the best roadside service experiences I’ve ever had.
Neto was incredible from start to finish. Calm, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. My diesel truck would not restart after running out of fuel, and priming the system took me almost 30 minutes. Not once did he seem annoyed, frustrated, or in a rush. Instead, he stayed positive, helped troubleshoot, and even went back to get an additional five gallons of diesel to make sure we had enough to get going safely.
What really stood out was how much they actually cared. Neto even offered to follow us to the gas station once the truck finally started just to make sure we made it there without another issue. That level of customer service is rare these days.
Thanks to Ram Towing and Neto, we got the truck running and were safely back on the road. If you ever need help in the area, these are the people you want to call. Honest, dependable, and truly first class service.
I had the best experience with Handyman towing. They arrived when they said the would. The gentleman was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. He also help me figure vout where I needed to have vehicle towed to get the proper repairs done. I was just traveling through and not familiar with the area. As a solo female traveler, he put me at ease. This is a very genuine, and honest company. I would highly recommend Handyman Towing!
I can’t say enough wonderful things that Chuy and his wife did for us! I got a flat tire on I40 East at exit 321 Palomas, at around 7pm. It was dark and we were not in a safe place. After 2 hours of waiting, the sheriff (Stephen) arrived and started to replace the tire with a spare. Then when Chuy arrived a bit later, Chuy and the sheriff finish putting on the spare tire. Then Chuy and his wife drove us to our hotel in Amarillo, TX to our hotel 191miles away!! I am forever grateful for their kindness during the Christmas season. We are a family of five and our kids are young. Chuy and his wife went above and beyond what they needed to do. Hands down Handyman towing service are the best!
Extremely helpful. Recommended a different mechanic shop after the one I picked was closed. Kept checking on my vehicle after dropping it off. Would get towed again by them again!!! Highly recommended!!!!

While driving from Arizona to Iowa with my sister and daughter, our car broke down in New Mexico. We called Handyman Towing, and they truly saved the day! They gave us a lift all the way to Texas, and the entire experience was wonderful.
Not only were they much cheaper than all the other towing companies we checked, but they were also incredibly nice, respectful, and kind. I felt safe and cared for the entire time.

I had the best experience with them. I not only was an hour away from him, but from then an hour from home. So a 3 hour job for him, $300. Which was a remarkable price and a blessing. Here’s the kicker, we waited all that time for him and left my car off. Only to find out when he arrives and we start my car, the “low engine oil pressure” light had gone off, and our supposed oil puddle on the ground had disappeared. I felt terrible for making him drive and wanted to give him some money anyways. He wouldn’t take it. It’s a blessing to find businesses backed by kind and humble men. Truly a blessing.
The Handyman towing technician Juan Ramerez kept me informed of Arrival and assisted in getting destination changed and was professional in all ways…. If repairs can’t be done at towing destination then I would gladly request Juan be our towing tech again… Van C
HIGHLY recommend them. I traveled from Tulsa to Albuquerque and my truck broke down on my way home in San Jon. The driver came VERY quick and took us to Amarillo so we were closer to home with it. Offered to stop off the interstate so my son could use the bathroom. Waited a while for the mechanic to let us pull the truck into the garage. Took us to the airport on his way out to get a rental. My son was even wanting to go with him to play with his kiddos🤣. He was a godsend and made sure we were all good before leaving us. I will always be thankful for him in that highly stressful situation. He was one of the highlights of our trip.
Mr Martinez saved us today on EB Hwy 40 mm 297. He not only changed our flat but he followed us to the station and ensured our tires had the proper pressure.
