B E S T❕ I had a coolant waterfall from broken pump. They fixed it quickly & brought my vehicle back to me. Thought it was going to be a week off of work but they handled it in a few hours, on the weekend, in the morning. Very knowledgeable & friendly mechanics

I am the proud owner of a 1999 Mercedes. If you live in a small town mechanics are hard to find. Thanks God there is Hoods up auto. A little hard to find at first, but it is 100% worth it. Brandon, the head mechanic, is always willing to fix any car what comes his way, but Mercedes is somewhat challenging. He fixed my car within the approximated time frame. The Service and the price were absolutely amazing. If you have a mechanical problem, Hoods up auto is the place.
Hoods up was recommended to us by another mechanic when we got stuck because our car wouldn't start. They sent someone out to us and even though the car started for him without any issues he still checked a bunch of stuff under the hood and helped us narrow down what the problem could be. They were fast, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us out.
My car broke down on a road trip 8 hours from home today with both of my kids in the car with me. Needless to say I was pretty stressed! I was able to get it towed to hoods up at 5:30pm and it was fixed in 30 minutes. They were willing to accommodate me so quickly and were so nice! The new alternator belt was not too expensive either. They even had toys for my kids to play with while we waited. Road trip saved.
Took our company truck to a transmission place in Roswell and was told that it did need a transmission. Cost 2500.00!! Decided to get a second quote and called Heads Up. SO SO grateful that I did. Not only did they tell me that it did not need a transmission , but repaired the truck and the cost was about $800. Honest and kind to me as a woman. Great guys and service!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Super cool guys, great attitudes. I literally tried the 10 biggest mechanic shops in roswell and they were all backed up for a week but these guys got my evo in and got me up and gone within 2 hours. It's a bit far from town but very worth taking your car to.
