Found a link for a hood that I needed on another website that Warren Auto had listed- I called them and they sent me all the info, including multiple photos, pricing and delivery date. The pricing was excellent and the staff was friendly, professional and polite. Delivery went without a hitch and the driver was the best. They'll be my go-to for parts from now on!
Called in to see if they had car parts for my honda 2020. Let me be clear! These ppl were so rude with little to no patience! Im asking simple questions and maybe im not using the technical names for the parts but EVERYONE DOESNT KNOW CAR PARTS!!! The way the person on the phone had slick remarks and constantly used sarcasm was so unprofessional!!! I try to support small and local businesses but since my inquiry felt like an attack Ill be encouraging everyone to search elsewhere!
Don’t buy anything from these guys. Called to buy a part for my car. Paid 300$ for the part and they said they were shipping it the same day. Been over a month and I haven’t got my part so I called back just for them to say they don’t have it and I’m not getting my money back. Watch out for these scammers
Had been on the hunt for a transmission for several months, called these guys, they confirmed they had it in stock, gave them a deposit and made arrangements to pick it up over the weekend. THEY texted me to let me know it was ready. I took the two hour trip to their yard and in no time (probably ten minutes wait) I had my transmission loaded to my vehicle. I could not ask for a better transaction than this. You can tell they have MANY satisfied and repeat customers, as while I was there a few customers came by to pick up their parts.

I never leave any reviews of any places I go to, but I had to make a google account specifically for this place. I had the best experience ever getting parts for a very rare and old vehicle. Prices and service were amazing. The parts were distributed and delivered extremely fast. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
I have to agree, my experience is almost identical to customer Andre Freligh from "a month ago" as of the time of this writing. They have The Patience of Job.
I had a not so great experience with another yard that I am fairly sure shipped the WRONG transmission, that just so happened to fit. Internally.. I am dealing with a Subaru, so, I could have purchased another vehicle in what I spent in repairs. Okay. So. That OTHER yard (not WAW,) their CURRENT unit is the correct. One. That. They. Are. Avoiding me. To. Ship under warranty. Place in Connecticut.. okay. Moving on, THIS place has my trans! TZ1A4ZCDBA-RM. Memorized that at this point. It's ACTUALLY THERE! :D Okay, so. Out of all the places with reviews that say, "They list it as low mileage and know it isnt any good" (place in Brewster NY) OR places say "Rude customer service, told me to come, told me it was there, wasnt there" (Queens NYC)... THIS place.. HAS IT!!!!!!!!
I have a trip to a function on a major Internet community of car enthusiasts in 18 DAYS.. So, yeah, I REALLY NEED my transmission! I am about to call them AGAIN today, as they said it will come today or tomorrow.. again, this place has the patience of Job, and the transmission is listed as Part condition X that means Unknown.. but it says "TESTED GOOD" in the notes, and I believe them! And that is what I need.
Please, give this place your business. They EARN it!! 5 stars, more if I could, and I'm gonna go call them now lol.. this place is great, could not be happier and came through in a pinch because if they didn't have this part, things would be even more dicey for me than they already are.

Exceptional customer service. These are good people. They will take care of you. Just have patience.
I have to admit I ended up being a headache of a customer for these guys. They quoted me low/very fair on an old cylinder head. I was in a rush on my job, so I was calling every day to check in. They ended up having to pull two separate heads because the first one they pulled was cracked. If I were in their position, I would have wanted to tell me to "get lost" to keep it politically correct. They almost definitely are not making any money on our deal, but they still honored their original quoted price.
Steve Jr., Sr., and the crew here at Warren Auto -they are good people. They are just trying to keep up. Please give them the benefit of the doubt, and have more patience than I did.

Great experience. I needed a tailgate. I called went over vehicle details, I received a call the next day. They had what I needed and the price was good. I’m looking forward to dealing with them again for a few other items.
