I've always had good experiences with Lentini, but Tyler really helped me out this time. I was in a pinch and he helped me source the part that I needed, and was very understanding of my needs as a customer. After the order was placed, I had called back with some follow up concerns (due to some errors I had made) which were quickly taken care of
Shady online business practices. They won't respond to the "note to seller" and then claim you never sent one until you show them proof then they refuse to acknowledge that beforehand. I had specifically asked to include a part or it would be useless to me. The manufacturer says it's one part and they did not state otherwise AND had it included in the pictures in the listing. Then they keep saying i filed a false reason for return and need to modify it and threatened my eBay account. The only problem here is that you can't modify a return reason on eBay. Once you close the return it's done. That's what they're betting on. I've dealt with it before. I had to delay a job and shell out an extra $100 to get it done due to the missing part which they have every chance of clarifying my concerns before sent. Negative eBay feedback is also coming.
JP and Dave are great guys to work with on the phone and their dismantle crew is diligent in their work and thoroughly secures any larger it awkward items to pallets for transport.
Staff were helpful and quick to find what I needed. Price for what I needed didn't break the bank. I will go there again for future needs and will recommend Lentini to my friends.
Awesome experience, I’m not a body guy but every year or so I get a new project and Lentini was the best parts experience I had .Parts were in excellent condition and the guys there helped me load up an X3 roof hood and glass securely I would highly recommend, especially in a business were you rarely get great service from phone to yard .
Extremely displeased and frustrated. Despite calling ahead and traveling nearly two hours each way, I waited for 50 minutes only to be informed by unhelpful staff that the item was damaged, with no apologies offered. With 25 years of purchasing experience, I can confidently say this establishment is the worst I've encountered. I strongly advise shopping elsewhere to save yourself the trouble.
Great customer service, parts & prices. I called the Ringoes location first and spoke to someone who found the hard top I was looking for at the Port Murray location. He was very helpful in setting everything up so I could pick it up the same day at Port Murray. The guys at Port Murray were really nice and installed the top right onto my Jeep. It looks brand new and saved me so much money. Definitely looking here first for parts next time!
Wanted a full sized spare rim for a trip out west. Super professional service; got it within a day or two, got a tire on it at a tire place, and we did our trip!
Called up here for some rims, was unpleased with the how unprofessional they treat you. It took forever to finally agreeing with what part I needed, they gave me a price but then said they refused to let me buy them. After telling me the condition I said I understand but I would want to take a look anyways however they again were unprofessional, rude, and over all didn’t care. Wouldn’t not recommend! I understand customer service and they had none!
Would give negative stars if I could. Just dropped off car from demolition derby. Front end loader operator went on a rant on how he doesn't play games nor does he want stripped cars, was very nasty un caring soul. Go figure.
They should say out right that they do not accept cars from demolition derbys.
Great place. Found a part I needed on their website first, then I called to confirm that it was in stock. The person I spoke to was friendly. I told him what part I was looking for and immediately told me they had it. I then gave him my vehicle's color code. He went and confirmed the vehicle the part was coming from matched my vehicle's code and called me back a little while later.
I went and picked the part up a couple of days later. Upon arriving I saw they already had the part waiting outside for me, ready for me to take it. All I had to do was go in and pay, and then one of the employees offered to carry the part to my car for me. I was on the road home within five minutes.
10/10. Would deal with Port Murray Auto Salvage again if I ever need a part.
I paid $600.00 for a motor and when I put it in my truck I couldn't get it to start. Turns out that the distributor was bent. Port Murray charged me another $100.00 to replace the distributor instead of honoring the warranty. Just another crooked businessman. My wife was fighting cancer at the time so I didn't have the energy to fight Port Murray. I suggest you stay away. Just my humble opinion.
It was my first time going there. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I like the guy that faces the door was. He can see directly outside. He help put my thing on my truck. He answer any question I had. Sorry didnt get his name. Thank you
