Terrible experience. IAAI's fees are through the roof, and now, if you don't use your account within 45 days, you get locked out. You can still purchase a car though, but can't pay for it. They then charge you late fees and storage on it. Buyer services refunded the late fees, but the manager at this location "used their discretion on a case by case basis" and decided they didn't care and charged the fees anyways. Steer clear from IAAI. Been doing business with them for 10 plus years and they really are just out of control with the fees anymore.
Long story short, the tow truck driver towed the car to the Port Murray lot and didn't give me the license plates. I called Port Murray and they were courteous and shipped the license plates to my home. Great service!!
I recently visited IAA in Port Murray, NJ, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The facility was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate.
The variety of vehicles available for auction was fantastic, and I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I appreciated the transparent bidding process, which made me feel confident in my purchase.
Overall, IAA Port Murray exceeded my expectations with its excellent service and impressive selection. I’ll definitely be back for my future auction needs! Highly recommend!
Súper mala la atención que se recibe por parte de las dos señoras que se encuentran en la oficina de la ubicación de Port Murray. Atienden de manera despectiva, son groseras muy mala atención y ayuda a los drivers.
Third vehicle purchased from this branch that was announced RUN & DRIVE but would not move due to severe transmission damage, asked to speak to the manager and was told he’s busy, but receptionist said RUN & DRIVE means the steering wheel was turned to the left and right with the engine running. Interested to see if their profits fall or gain in 12 months!
worst place I ever been from all IaaI auction sites. The lady sitting there has the premium attitude how to not helping the customer. very unkind. And for the vests-they really play cops there. And if you don't have a vest with you, they actually force you to buy it for $10...without even offering to lend it.
Same again all employees very nice and helpful. When I reached there it was late. But I saw 2 gentlemen and they said 8AM be ready on door than we will take you. And they did the exactly what they said.

When you go to any IAA you are required to wear a neon vest. If not you are told to stay in your vehicle. The manager here decides it's ok not to wear his but plays cop when you don't. Gotta love double standards!!!
