Positive and seamless experience. Inspectors are receptive and professional. As mentioned by others, come prepared with all requirements and arrive on time (that’s 15 minutes early military time ;).
Bring before pictures and after pictures 4 1 of each corner of the vehicle.
Bring the receipt from your body shop and bring the receipt for your parts!
If the parts have a vin number ( doors , hood , trunk ) make sure the vin number of the replacement part is on the receipt from where you bought the parts.
These people who work here are decent and respectful they get the job done if you have your paperwork correct if you don’t they’ll explain to you what you need.
Expect to wait between 35-70 minutes

Perfect seamless once you have your documents in order, YOU'RE GOOD. Be on time. These folks are nice people and willing to push you through once documents are good. Make it easier for them and yourself... You'll be in, and OUT..
BE ON TIME! GET DOCUMENTS IN ORDER... take stock of your life and be prepared.
Reading through these reviews would intimidate you! However my experience was nothing less than great! You cannot be upset with the decision you made! You chose to purchase a salvage vehicle! The staff here are only doing their job! Which is to make sure the vehicle you purchase is road ready! Sure you will do some slight running around IF the salvage vehicle YOU purchased needs repair etc. I came here twice and each time….they communicated what needed to be done and when you call over the phone they set up with the next available appointment right away!
It was a great experience and if I decide to get another salvage vehicle I know what to expect where to go and I know I am in capable and good hands!
I feel like only people with bad experience write the reviews. I was skeptical at first, but when I brought my car for inspection, I forgot my title, and the guy was very helpful and told me to get the title back and be back in an hour. The staff i side was very polite and conversational as well. My experience was good. The car was in and out pretty fast.
Only that one Indian guy who works here knew what he was doing. These people really had me running around for 8 months and it turns out I didn’t even need all that B s
They really don’t have a grasp of DMV processes here. Whenever I speak to someone, I’m instructed to do one thing and then when I speak to someone else they say that’s the wrong thing to do. I’m no expert in this field so I am doing what these “experts” have been telling me but no one seems to be on the same page.
It’s like the requirement to be hired here is “be as stupid as possible please.”
My husband brought his car for inspection at 11am but we got there early and they took him in even before his scheduled appointment, very professional workers, fast and efficient. Kudos!
This is probably the worst people to deal with. They wanna talk to you all kind of way since they know there isn't many salvage inspection places in Jersey
My husband and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. since we are fully aware that dealing with people can be a hassle sometimes but geez! Terrible customer service!
